Brian was VERY helpful in assisting me from migrating my number from a corporate AT&T account to a personal Verizon account. I chose this store based on positive reviews and would head there again if/when needed.
Called in today to try to see if I can get my phone fixed, guy didnt seem like he likes his job. You might want to find someone who does before you lose too many customers.
EXCELLENT STORE! I wanted to upgrade my old smartphone that I had run into the ground for a new iPhone. My wonderful associate Garret helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure that I had no questions unanswered. He made sure I was completely comfortable with the iPhone, as I had used an android for years. He was fantastic and I wish all sales associates could be like him. Thank you again. Highly recommended.
Brian and his assistant are simply great. They took much time and were extremely patient trying to help my companion, who is essentially a Luddite, upgrade from her old iPhone. They carefully explained everything, sought the best deal for her—even found discounts for her due to her work place. Very friendly guys who made sure everything went smoothly on transferring her data. I was so impressed I decided to upgrade my phone as well while we were there, even though it was a few months early. They have my highest recommendation
This was by far one of the better Verizon stores experiences Ive had. We worked with Garret Henson and he was terrific-- totally helped us out with our phone situation, put in the time and effort to resolve our situation, and was really a pleasure to work with. I dont usually write reviews, but this is a well-deserved one.

Had an excellent experience getting a family members phone set up and data transfered from one device to another. Very kind and friendly staff. Great people willing to help you any way possible
I went to this store with the hopes that because it was a “premium” retailer that the staff would have good costumer service skills and would be above average but it’s been abysmal so far. I came from T Mobile and the rep didn’t complete the number porting process correctly like the store manager instructed him to do and the entire process took over 2 hours to complete while both he and I had to talk to Verizon tech support over the phone to cancel and re initiate the account. I also chose to have my account to use auto pay and now 1 month in I received a text from Verizon saying that I needed to make a payment so I called them and ironcailly spoke to the same store rep who told me that everything should be fine and to ignore the message. Now unsurprisingly my account is inactive because I didn’t make a payment which means they didn’t set it up properly in the first place and gave me incorrect advice to ignore the message. Premium retailer? More like pure incompetence, hire new staff who actually know what they are doing.
Awsome Brian made my wife and I feel comfortable in new purchases and was very patient explaning how to use my new watch and my wife new phone. would highly recommend .

We have purchased numerous phones and a tablet from Brian. He always guided us towards signing up for the best Verizon plans. On several occasions, there were some issues with our devices. Brian was very helpful in solving our issues. Next time we buy a phone or device, we will be sure to visit Ridgewood Verizon store and ask for Brian.
The staff that work here always remember me and are always personable despite only being in every couple of months. Ten outta ten.

I recently visited the Verizon store in Ridgewood, NJ. Typically having to deal with any store is a major headache for me. However, I worked with Verizon employee Daniel and was extremely pleased. His knowledge of the product and his professionalism makes him a major asset to Verizon and his fellow employees. Thanks again for a great experience!!!
Jarred McKinnon is an excellent sales rep. He’s courteous knowledgeable and professional . We all have our phone lines here and he’s always willing to help and answer any questions .
Daniel was fantastic helping my mom through purchasing her first smartphone. He helped her set everything up, transferred all her photos and info, and did it all with a smile. He even set up her email, put the phone on easy mode, and installed the screen protector. I would recommend this location to anyone!

DO NOT ever go here. The first time I went was to buy an iPhone 5 and the owner told me that it was too new and I had to wait on a list to get it. I decided to check out a different verizon store and I got the phone the same day. The second time I went was to buy a charger and the owner told me it was going to cost $37.99!!! I bought one online for $7.99. This place is a scam.
