I ordered a cold brew and it tastes just like it’s sour. It tastes like there is alcohol in the drink and it just does not taste right! Fast service though

I personally love starbucks, and this is a good location. The line doesnt take super long, like the Popeyes, and the staff there are super helpful and friendly.

The personal are always nice but they did not put my lid on tight and my cup holder is full of coffee.

Friendly staff, quick service. Temperature on drinks just right. Clean facilities. Parking is tight and drive thru lane is not set up wisely.

Every time I order online it shows the stuff available but when I get to the store they don’t have it! I wanted my refund and instead of putting it back on my card she put it on the Starbucks app.what if that was my last and I wanted to get something other than Starbucks😤.Trying to call and it’s just going to voicemail....

The only reason I only gave four 🌟 stars is for lack of product consistency. Ive always been given great customer service and pretty much every staff member Ive dealt with or have come in contact with has been very polite. If my drink ALWAYS came out the same it would have been an easy 5 star rating!Side note my six year old is crushed that youve discontinued her unicorn 🦄 cake pop! Kids😁😂🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been to this location 2ce weekly since moving to the area a few months ago. My last visit was terrible! I haven’t even been back since nor do I plan on it.The person taking my order was so nice at first. I attempted to order 2 different iced drinks but adjusted my order due to lack of supplies (no lemonade or caramel drizzle for over a week). He handed me a hot drink which I refused. It was 75 degrees yall. He was snappy as hell & even tried to blame me for not specifying hot or cold. Hello sir, you didn’t ask! He took my drink back without addressing my million apologies & had someone else bring it to the window. Rude af!!

For starters, there was a hair in my drink. No it was not my own hair. I have blonde hair and this hair was BLACK. The croissant I ordered was BURNT. Terrible business, will never be coming back.

All the baristas at this location are the sweetest and actually care that my drink tastes good and they get to know me. I cant say any if that about the pooler location anymore. This is the only location that I can guarantee my drink will be right at least 100% of the time. Amy other location its too hot not sweet enough or too sweet or the coffee is burnt or the milk is sour but the manager mr rod does a fine job of ensuring his staff is accurate every time

Even when the line is backed up, they operate very fast at this location. Currently you cannot go inside the facility due to the pandemic, but placing a mobile order or just ordering from the drive-thru works fine. They are always friendly here!

Coffe frappe not made correct. lady at window speaker very annoying just please take my order and let me pay and Go! secondly, i get to window pay never got my card back. i had to turn around from traffic go back to starbucks inside get my card and manager re made coffe frappe and still not made correct. Slowest drive-thru in the history of drive dining. Was able to make a doctors appointment, cancel subscription to netflix, create possible cure for cancer, go back to my house, make bacon/eggs, come back in line, and still be in the same spot

I ordered my regular tea and was provided something other than what I normally order. I very kindly returned only to be told it was right...Im certain it wasnt because peppermint makes my teeth hurt so I knew the tea was wrong. The Medicine Ball was remade and still incorrect. Seems like the staff is hit or miss...guess I will just pass on the tea from now on.

I really appreciate the Starbucks in Rincon. They always have my order right and move traffic along swiftly. And of course the staff is pleasant as always.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.I come from CA so everything moves faster there but this is insane. They physically can’t function with a customer in the drive thru and in the inside. It’s crazy. They have 6 or more people in there and I’m not sure what 5.5 are doing...I worked at a coffee shop, I know it’s fast paced and demanding, but these folks don’t have what it takes to wear a Starbucks apron. Faster training needs to happen.Also, they’re always out of a pastry or two. Stock up!!!!Gave 2 stars for the kindness of the people. They are rare in this town. They smile, they speak to you and make you feel appreciated. So kudos on that ⭐️

I just paid $5 for a grande beverage that was literally HALF FULL when I recieved it. Thats absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. I am so disappointed.

I went inside for a change to get help reloading my app with cash. Staff was friendly and helpful. I like to get breakfast items on my way to work to eat at break time. It was good to see some of the bakery and lunch choices on display. And of course all of the beverages are great. I like completing the challenges and getting extra points.

This location is always closed when we go by. Lately its only been open until 1 or 2 pm Monday through Friday. I dont know if they are having staffing issues or what the problem is but honestly at this point they should just close this location.

Went to get my normal white peppermint mocha, but they were out of white mocha, so I asked for a caramel cloud and the lady asked me specifically if I wanted the cinnamon one, and I said definitely not. Nothing cinnamon please. Well, we wait and wait and then I pick up my cup and all I smell is cinnamon. Ive been there a total of 4 times and half of my orders have been wrong so far.

Chipper staff, fast service(both drive thru & lobby), wonderful interactions with the community, great recommendations for new stuff to try, clean lobby and bathroom, and the only time there was an oops with my order it was immediately remedied. Love this place!

Told the lady I wanted to use my birthday reward, she charges my card on the app told me I had a balance. I AGAIN repeated “I said I was using my birthday reward” she’s clueless at this point on what to do, has to refund my card. She then scans my app again using my STARS!! I said birthday rewards NOT my stars, meaning I had 3 rewards (birthday and 2 I earned) now I have one. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location until they’ve been open a while longer.

The baristas were very nice and knowledgeable about their drinks and were very patient. In addition to this, I left my purse here and when I returned more than an hour later, they had put it in the back for me to ensure it was not taken. I was very grateful and thankful they went beyond their duties and were paying attention to their surroundings. Very nice people and definitely great customer service!

You have an employee thats an older gentleman and a veteran. He is absolutely the best! He works fast and never messes up my order.I once ordered a tea that tasted and looked like lawn compost smells. Lol This gentleman was kind enough to replace it with a chai and a smile. Thats great customer service!Most of the employees here creep me out by asking weird questions at the drive through, but that one gentleman is awesome. Please, put him at the drive through!

Where should I start... Well, their drinks are amazing. It is a very clean place. Also, yes, they misspell names all of the times, but it is ok. Did I say that it is way too overpriced? Well it is. A McDonalds coffee is around 3$, whilst a Starbucks coffee is around 8$. But Starbucks makes them better.

Ive only been to the drive thru, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The white mocha iced latte is delicious. Unfortunately I cant give any Starbucks five stars, but the prices are ridiculous! I mean, really. For a cup of mostly ice.

I don’t know what’s been going on at this Starbuck’s, but they need to get it together. The wait time is long, orders are wrong and the entrance will be randomly locked.

I love the convenience Publix store for those that are commuting back and forth to work. Like specially like there mocha coffee. Its a great place to stop in and grab you a little snack and a coffee to go.

I’ve visited this location multiple times since it has opened. The store is always in order, bathrooms kept clean, and the employees are friendly. For that I gave the location 2 stars. The problem for me lies within the uncertainty of beverage orders. I’m lactose intolerant and I normally order my frappe with coconut milk and no whip. On multiple occasions I’ve recorded what I thought was a lactose free beverage but after about 20 minutes I discover that’s not the case. Again this morning I gave this location one last chance and although I was told the order was correct it was not. I strongly urge the owner of this location to talk to the employees about the importance of fixing drinks exactly as ordered. Getting sick from a drink isn’t my idea of fun.

The baristas obviously try really hard and will help and explain when something is wrong. I tried to order from the secret menu, and they explained that is not actually created by Starbucks. They are made up drinks by customers! Which makes sense, as they were never advertised by starbucks or any menu baords, however they still offered it to make it as long as i gave them the recipe, thank you guys!❤

For weeks Starbucks has been closing at 2:00 p.m. during the day. Starbucks has always been open until 9:00 p.m. They are obviously low staffed due to Covid. Hope they can get this situation fixed soon.

Do not visit this place! I called to see if they had the IT Frappuccino that is being advertised and the cashier asked me to look it up and tell her how to make it. You need to have trained employees. Its not a customers responsibility to tell you how to make a drink YOU ADVERTISE! I asked if I could get a discount for telling them how to make the drink and thats when another person came on rudely telling me no. It was the customers responsibily to tell then how to make a drink. This isnt the first time they have been rude.

I thought that because they had just opened that was the reason they are so slow but theyve been opened for some time now. The drive through is so, so slow. They take just as long to give my total, which I could just wait at the window, than they do taking my order. The window employees are not always customer service oriented. Customer service is important for this industry. Disappointing for Starbucks because its not typical.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have had the displeasure of visiting.I am local to this Starbucks, but I travel very frequently and have been to countless Starbucks. I have given this location numerous opportunities to not be poor, but they fail on every visit. The staff is rude and lack knowledge on their own menu and promotions.There has never been more than one or two customers when I have visited and they still make drinks wrong and follow it up by turning their back and ignoring the customer trying to get their attention. One visit my fiance asked for a drink they were promoting online and the employee asked her to get on her phone and look up how to make it.....The managers also must have poor communication because one says one thing and another acts as though they have zero clue as to what the other said.There is another Starbucks right behind this one inside the Kroger grocery store...do yourself a favor and save a headache by going to that one.
