Got my car over a year ago and they made promises during the deal that a year later have yet to have been met. Have talked to the manager Chuy multiple times/every month since I got my car and he’s given me the run around and says he’ll “call me back” never once have I gotten a call back . Buyers be aware when making your deals.

I was very disappointed to find that after taking my vehicle to get serviced, my vehicle was returned with my low tire pressure light still on. Although I took it in for something else, I didn’t find that as the best customer service. When a battery is replaced, obviously it resets or changes some settings you previously have on the vehicle, but little things like that make a big difference and say a lot about the quality of service you offer a customer.

They are very professional at Payne Rio Grande. My vehicle needed a seal for the transmission and they ordered it quickly but it took about a month to deliver to the service dealership. They fixed it for in about five hours and I was on my way. The delay was not on their part, I believe, it was rather on that third party that they ordered from. Overall, good experience.

There could have been more communication from the service dept.

Takes them longer than usual. They would not pickup phone and when they finally did i was stuck on hold. They also didnt call when my vehicle was ready.

New and used autos sold here. Prices and service is same as most car dealers. Sales department is same as others dealers. I noticed that ther are not as pushy as other placed I visited before. Beware, used a credit card that hasnt been used in years. Gentlemen took it out back and came back a few minutes later, next day a cloned card is being used at several restaurants. This transaction is the only one done on that card ina very long time......

This car dealership is a FRAUD. They did a promotion stating some deals and prices. If you see a deal or price in the mail dont even waste your time by going. They will change it the minute you get there, and will try to waste your time with lies.
