You can pick up fedex packages here. When your fedex packages ship, go to fedex.com and arrange for it to be shipped to this dollar general. Employees here aren’t aware that service is available, heads up. Oh and if you try calling this store, phone line doesn’t work.

Dont use FedEx holding here. The employees dont scan them upon arrival to accept responsibility for them and my package was lost or stolen.

By far the worst customer service in Starr county. Was yelled at in front of other customers by an employee. Felt humiliated. Definitely going to report employee to corporate for the way I was treated once I get her name.

Went to return an item and the girl was super rude and ignorant. I go there because I live close by. She told me she couldn’t take my items back even with a receipt and to go in the morning when the manager was there. Sad to say the manager is just as rude and always looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Very disappointed but I shall take my business elsewhere.
