If you want excellent customer service go with Javier or Luis or Mike they can really help you out they give awesome customer service and if you go with the girls they will turn your down or not even pay attention to what you need is not even worth it going with any of the girls there

Terrible service!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST RETAIL AND WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTIES. I purchased a charger back in August from this store that is suppose to have a 1 year warranty. When I went in right away the girl called her manager to ask if it could be replaced for which she said I had to call At&t to get it replaced through them. I purchased the item from this store and therefore they should be able to replace it for me. I asked her to call him back to which she refused to because she said he wasnt even working to which I told her that is his job. The girl tried to make it seem like she was being helpful but ofcourse not. I asked her to call her manager and she said the other girl already did but I never saw her or heard her do so. I am upset because what is the point of having an At&t store here in Rio Grande City if they cant even resolve something so simple.

This AT&T store has the best customer service. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and so far this crew of guys are the best. They treat me like family.

The assistance in this shop was superlative. There were absolutely no conflicts on having my needs being taken care of by the attender. I would highly and most definitely recommend this store to other people.

Changed service from Verizon to AT&T and came in store with Ms. Chris and I’m so glad I did, she was super nice and helpful, really recommend her and this carrier they had so many promotions and she made the transition so easy!

Att is the greatest company thats for sure. But the customer service in this place is the worst. I rather drive all the way to McAllen than to recive service here.

I have literally been trying to contact this store and still I can not get somebody to assist me. I know we are going through a pandemic although I contacted other At&t store and got answers. I needed information regarding a curbside pick up yet still nothing.
