I was told by a sales rep I couldn’t buy the phone alone. I could only buy a bundle including a case and headphones. They are definitely crooks who feed off commission, and it shows. Save yourself the time and money and purchase online, instead.
(If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would) The person we spoke to was awful. The employee’s name was Gio. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not entirely sure why they have a person working who isn’t able to even give a client time to answer basic questions. She sounded condescending despite not even understanding my question. She spoke in English to other employees regarding our questions, had a full conversation, dismissing the fact that my grandma didn’t understand English, which is something she knew and my grandma was her customer. I’m glad I was able to witness this because I’m sure they do this to other clients and it’s complete BS. Being polite is part of customer service. If people can’t be polite then take your service somewhere else.
Went to the store to get help with internet issues on my device and the lady helping was extremely rude. I walked out.
Walked in wanting to ask some questions to potentially port over my mobile service to them and was ignored and passed over

If i could give lower than a star i would. Called in 4 times all 4 times got answered then hanged up. Had to call from another phone number so they could actually answer and help me with a simple question! Thank God I changed to AT&T.
Bunch of crooks, not only do they share your account information to anyone that walks in, but are rude as hell. Dont waste your time talking to lowlife manager Morales. He talks back, cuts you off then acts like you are abusing him. To be frank I have reported this store a few times for the same reason. Best to avoid this store.
SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. We got our phone lines and told us one price and then the next billing cycle it was another price. Some of our friends got scammed too! One of the sales associates (Myra) did not explain much when getting the lines and scammed us. Horrible store. Don’t Go There!!!

Went in to have my grandsons cell phone looked at because it was over heating and lost connection many a times. I was very suprise, they looked at it and they advised that it needed to be replaced. They mentioned that it would take 8 to 10 days before I could get the replacement. Much to my suprise they called me back the nrxt day and said the replacement was ready. Went back on the third day from the initial visit and replaced the cell. Needless to say my grandson was very happy. Very satisfied with T-Mobile services.
Bad customer service. They steal all the good stuff the free app tuesday has to offer. The merchandise should be for customer not relatives

The floor staff gives the impression that they do their job in the best way; the managers or managers of the store should pay more attention. For example, the timetable published in google maps and on its own page is one and the one displayed on the door is another; speaking of that specific store. They should have more respect for their clients time and correct that detail.

I only treat the client just but not generous: never bother them more than twice or they can get angry. But everything else is a company with perfect service, and its prepaid plans are the cheapest I have seen and you still do not receive bad service, on the contrary you receive as good service as sprint and perhaps faster than sprint. And paying online and wherever it is on iPad is better than going to the store directly. If you want a tablet I recommend tmobile because they have the cheapest prepaid plans. But only four stars from the top.
