I went to bed bath & beyond in Rio Grande. I was looking for a king comforter set. Patty helped me even though it was not her department. She made my trip less than 5 minutes. Even though the store was busy it took me about 5 minutes to check out. Teresa checked me out. She was very polite.

Sun, Apr 25, 2021Today i went to your store in Rio Grande New Jersey to purchase pots and pans. With deliveries and such leaving item shortages in so many store inventories, your staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs for a purchase for pots and pans. I believe they went above and beyond and deserve praise and a big thankyou for their service. I found the Bed, bought the Bath but cant find the aisle with Beyond. Guess I didnt look hard enough. I will ask the next time I go.

I dont know whats happened but basically this store has no soul. Bland muted fabrics. Curtains priced triple where youd find them elsewhere (so that 20% off coupon means NOTHING - still paying too much) and the store design is dated and tired. UGH. Wont be back. Store manageent should bring on new merchandisers and get purchasers to pick items we want in 2021 not 1998.

I picked up some euro shams on sale. I find it annoying that BBB sells the euro pillow for $10.00 each but the only shams that fit it are $30 and up. And no pillowcases that size either

My house caught fire and my insurance company called manager Jen who personally shopped to get me everything for my kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms at my temporary rental. Then offered to deliver it for me. The staff at this store did not need to do that for me; but they did and that showed me a sense of caring, compassion and sense of community. I will forever be grateful for the staff here who showed us love.

The ppl were SOO RUDE...its never happened before but when I tell u the rudeness was enough that Ill never go in there again.

If you use a coupon but return the item, you get the coupon amount deducted from your purchase so you don’t get a full refund. Even with a receipt. And you don’t get your coupon back. I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Only purchased product because of deal/coupon I received. If I had known I was going to be treated as if I was a scum bag trying to steal I would of walked out as quick as I walked in.Ladies in store greeted and treated me kindly as any customer serviceI grabbed a vacuum, from the shelf, that didnt have a spider wire alarm on it(I didnt realize I had to not pick that one, in order to not be looked at as a potential thief)This man asked if he could carry to the register for me. I said no, Im fine, thank you sir. More than capable. I approach the register(only one open) near the doors. This man, I realize after several minutes, actually stood blocking the exit doors so I couldnt walk out. Even though I was waiting in line patiently behind an older couple. So then he approaches me again listen dude I gotta get outta here(since I was wasting his time) but I cant have you carrying this around with out the spider wire so Im going to(takes it from my hand) place it over here, you let me know when youre ready to check. What did you think I was doing? Waiting to bolt out the door, while ready to pay with my wallet out? Im sure youll read this you seemed like a higher up, but I was the dude in the flyers hoodie. Sorry that screamed thief, dude.

Bed, Bath & Beyond has many high quality items. The prices are high. The products last longer than the other department stores in the area. Its always nice to walk into the store with all the pleasant scents.

Well made high end merchandise.

As seen on TV or shopping network explosion. 80% of stuff you dont need but see a personality use. Gadgets and widgets galore. Use once and place in the drawer and say its something you cant live without. Otherwise when you do find something you can use its likely you wont find replacement parts or compatible accessories by the anniversary of your purchase. It is however a great place to kill a half hour while your spouse debates with a sales associate on whether a nylon spatula or silicone spatula is best for that once a year holiday cookie baking frenzy.

Good selection for shore themed items. Prices are higher compared to stores that offer discounts. Not worth buying anything unless you have a 20% coupon because of inflated prices.

Bed and bath has avariety of Beachy items that you might like to add to your collection.

Everybody was very nice n helpful, you can find just about anything you need to decorate your house. I even had to drag my husband out, kept losing him in every department!

They have a nice assortment of home decorations & paraphernalia. The pricing is on the high side. Went to Big Lots for a bedding set for more reasonable pricing & a better selection in that range.

I can only give BB&B 3 stars because no matter which store you go to, you can never get 2 carts down the same aisle. Nice stuff though.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had several questions about a product. The first employee wasnt familiar with this item, but quickly found someone knowledgeable for me.

You can always find what you want there. Staff is very helpful. Cashiers are wonderful with the coupons.

As niche stores go, Bed Bath & Beyond has the inventory to back up their claims. They have coffees that Ive been unable to find anywhere else except online. When Im looking for a particular kitchen appliance, its Bed Bath & Beyond I think of first. They always have what I am after. What makes this particular store draw only 4 stars is the wonky check out lines (or system if you can call it that). Its confusing at any time of the year and during holidays its chaotic! Fix the way you can pay and exit the store and that fifth star will come.
