Recently purchased a mattress and pillows from MF and the experience was really good. Our salesman, John, was awesome. He gave us the perfect amount of his knowledge and space to make the right decision for ourselves. The price was fair and the delivery men were great.

We purchased a mattress for our beach home at this Mattress Firm last year. The mattress is very comfortable, the service was great and the price was fair. We went to the same mattress firm this year to purchase a second Mattress, same style, and again, had excellent service. It took about 15 minutes die the complete transaction and I will have it delivered on 36 hrs- excellent. Nico, service person, was very efficient. As we remodel, our next mattress purchases will be from this store.

My sales associate,Dennis Hopp, was great. He was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable explaining to me the benefits of an adjustable bed frame relieving stress on pressure points to give you a better nights sleep. Hi, we are a Coast Guard family and recently moved to the area. I contacted the Mattress Firm store in Rio Grand initially just to get a new box spring. We thought our current mattress was fine. Boy was I wrong... The store manager Matt, listened to our concerns and had us test drive a few mattresses, you know, just in case we wanted to upgrade in a few months. All with zero pressure. Well my friends, my wife and I have been struggling with lower back pain every morning for the last couple years. Matt showed us a mattress that fit our budget and was just right for us. On top of his phenomenal customer service, he was able to save us nearly a thousand dollars on our new Beauty Rest Black Label with adjustable base! Thanks again Matt for taking the time to help us and get us a new setup. We’re looking forward to restful sleep and pain free mornings!

Called Rio Grande location where we ordered our mattresses for down the shore to find out the name of the mattress that my husband loves. Matt took the time over the phone to help me & I was able to order it right then and there. I was so happy that I didnt have to take time the next day to do it all myself. The mattress we ordered is the Pressure Smart Firm. My husband has back problems and he was a fan since the first time he slept on it! We now own 3.

Nico, our salesman, was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to show us many different mattress combos, and did not try to influence our decision. The store, however, did disappoint us in one small way. We wanted a headboard and footboard. This is apparently so rare that not only was it not in the computer as listed, but had to be discovered by several other means, including calling other agents who also were unable to assist, and told him that we would have to buy pieces; sides, footboard, slats, etc. separately. Nico asked several times if this were true. The computer did not have the parts. When we said just give us the headboard, Nico put that into the computer. He then told us that we would have to provide our own bolts for the headboard. From Lowes. Across the street. He even called back to see if this were true. It was. I am astounded that a company that sells headboards that use standard bolts, could not have an easily located box of them. I truly did appreciate his grace under pressure as it were, and, I think, if he had been able to leave the store and get the bolts, he would have. Thank you.

I came in today purchasing my first mattress on my own having no clue what I wanted, but I met Matt and he helped me through the whole way.
