I was looking for some color with my partner an older woman with black and purple hair welcomed us in and said her name was Christine as we were looking around she kept repeatedly staring at us but wasnt asking if we needed help I then couldnt find the color I was looking for so we went to leave the store as we were leaving I heard her mumble under her breath that our kind was always in here just trying to steal Im guessing she was referring to me and my partner being African American. I didnt see the workers that are usually there because they are always helpful and sweet this new woman seems to have something against us for absolutely no reason

Found an AMAZING purple shampoo that doesn’t dry your hair out! Looks like I just got my highlights done despite them being 6 months old! I wish I had gotten the associate’s name, she was very helpful and I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to help me find something that works for me. :)

Elycya’s the best, she actually knows her products and if she isn’t familiar or hasn’t used the product she will tell you so instead of lying so that you buy it or she will guide you to a product she has used and that works. I recommend you come to this store and ask for her if you need help.

Super nice sales lady and she knows the products as well as uses them to suggest to you whats best to use.

I love this store.Great service at this location They always have what I need and the customer service is outstanding. The workers (Gabrielle in particular) is always there to help point out and suggest great products and she always ends up selling me things I didn’t go in for.

This Sally’s used to have extensions and stuff associated with that . They no longer carry any. Plus they never asked me if I need any help like other Sally’s but Clearly and obviously staring at me down each aisle. And were short and rude when I ask them questions. I dealt with a blonde manager once and she was very nice and helpful a real doll.

Better selection than the Sallys near my house. Its a little smaller than other ones, but they cram as much product as they can in here. Quiet, clean and new too.

This store has the worst service. The.cashier Racheal went out her her way to be RUDE with us yesterday while trying to make a purchase. Yelling at us for trying to match a color and standing over us. This is the 2nd time at this store we feel profiled because of our race. Not to mention she.couldnt even say thank you after our $$$ purchase. She needs training on how to treat people. HORRIBLE Horrible
