These people are crooks.. I got a quote for 529.32 for a set of tires that I priced online for $ 328.00. Which included install. They told me it would take 3 days to get the tires. It took 10. When I brought the bike in the woman had no idea what she was doing and then tried to tell me it would be another 200.00 to install. I even went online and showed her the tires and the prices which were exactly what I told her. She said she couldnt take that kind of loss....Loss? all they had to do was install 2 tires!. I sure miss Rich..he knew what he was doing and made sure the customer was taken care of. Now you can eat the tires because Im sure people arent knocking down their door for a 240 tire.I own 3 bikes. And will Never bring my bikes here. You would be smart not to either. Their trying to pad their wallets by ripping people off !
After failed attempts by two other shops to properly tune my bike, Rich and his team at Crossroads put it on the dyno and dialed it in, as well as a few other repairs and modifications. The shop was clean and well kept inside and out, which speaks volumes. They also were upfront, honest and personable. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely superb shop. My custom from another builder had serious problems since day one. Rich and the guys did absolute MAGIC - perfection to the Nth degree! I trust them implicitly and completely. Wifes Ultra Classic trike FIXED in one visit - also worked on by that same other builder. Id trust their work with my life - but more importantly with my WIFES life! Im in awe........... Jim Hokett, Magdalena
These guys are awesome. Make you feel like your family
Good shop that understands bikes, customers and service. I have and have had several Harleys over my lifetime and I also have a 2002 Indian Chief. I was having problems with it running right and needed a mechanic. I wasnt familiar with the new Indian dealership and since they arent the manufacturer of this year of Indian anyway I did not want to take it there. On top of this it has an aftermarket S&S 113ci motor and I felt like HD knows S&S motors as well as anyone. I also thought thunderbird HD has been in business for quite some time so I decided to take it in to them for repairs. When I explained all of this to the guy at the counter he told me he would check with the Service Manager which I thought was strange but said ok. He then comes back to tell me the Service Manager said we only work on HD! I was so surprised I broke out laughing while walking out of this shop and wasnt sure if maybe he was joking. I called a few friends who all recommended Crossroads Cycles in Rio Rancho for all repairs and particularly S&S Motors. Crossroads has gained a new customer with several bikes and they are now my shop of choice.
Crossroad cycles is closed it is now a small engine repair shop chainsaws lawnmowers etc.
Weve had great experiences with them.
Great job on my bike
