This was about as ideal of a system for me as possible. Booked a unit while I was still in Colorado and was able to do everything quickly online and it was all ready for me when I got to New Mexico. Pay is online too and everyone I dealt with in person was friendly and helpful. They even have carts around the buildings to help move everything. Would absolutely store here again if I need to.

Excellent facility. Lori at the 528 location was amazing. At closing time I had misplaced my keys, she was able to drill the lock and I was able to access my storage locker. Great service!! Clean and friendly

Clean, beautiful storage facility and friendly staff. Docking a star due to a couple reasons.... One, they wont give out after hours access unless youre a business owner whos hours dont coincide with theirs. Two, they only give you 6 days after your payment is due before theyll slap on a late fee and lock your unit, denying you access. Three: they can be a little bit on the pricy side, but they are secure and clean. I currently have three separate units at two different locations but Ive had several units with them over the past few years and theyve always been consistent.

Victoria was a pleasant young lady to work with. Her smile and positive demeaner was infectious and made a stressful situation bearable. I wish I had a grand daughter like her. Unfortunately my daughter recently passed before she could bless the world with her own children. My wife and I are understandingly devastated by this and I needed storage as we have recently had a divorce after 35 happy years of marriage. I wish my daughter could have met Victoria, her love of life would have lifted my daughters spirits as she suffered through the aftereffects of the chemotherapy. Thank you Victoria for warming this old mans heart.

I can’t say enough about Extra Space Storage at this location on 528 in Rio Rancho NM, particularly Sami. I am not very comfortable with storage facilities. I seem to always forget my passcode to get in and I even forget my storage units. Sami has always helped me and always cheerfully. If you need storage, I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Sami was so very helpful. He helped narrow down the right storage unit and time frame that will work great for our needs.

Extra Space Storage in Rio Rancho is a clean and organized facility. I received a very affordable monthly rate by signing up online. I was able to view my unit before signing a monthly contract. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Sami helped me locate a cart today. I wish they had more but he took care of it right away.

This process was very simple: I went online, picked the size and price suited for my needs, received my access code, went to the unit with some of my things. The unit was clean and a lock was provided. I havent had, or needed to have, any interaction with the staff. I am certain they will be able and willing to handle any concerns I may have, based on the top-notch condition of the facility. Their pride in their product shows.

Recently got a text from this location and Ive had my property in storage for three months apparently there is a $36 increase that will go in effect on my fourth month and more increases as you stay there longer. This is something that was not mentioned upon move in. I feel like this company pushes you in a corner and their outlook is if you dont like it move out. Soon to be renters, be cautious.

The website to sign up was very easy to navigate. They did require storage insurance which I wasn’t super happy with, but I got the unit cheap enough that it was still a reasonable cost with the added insurance.

Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The unit and facilities was clean and secure. I was very impressed with this storage facility. It is well worth the money.

The place is clean and well-organized. The staff are a bit sugary but helpful. Very loud disco/hiphop music is played from a radio station with commercials all the time. I had to wear earplugs. You are required to buy a $20 special cylinder lock, which is useless anywhere else, when a normal lock would work just fine on the doors. Prices are reasonable.

Have rented for years with Extra Storage Space, they are all really good at customer service and keep the place very clean and accessible. Great place to keep your personal and business storage.

The local office was very helpful and made the process easy. I had one question I forgot to asks. I called the 800 number and was of no help all you get is a recorded phone tree. The most I could get out of it was my current bill. I called the local office number and they helped me with what I needed. The place was very clean and well kept.

Easy online booking experience and great follow up. Unit is super clean and the grounds are kept clear and each to navigate.

Not once but twice did our RV get broken into . Please be careful they have no night security. I was told both times it was not their responsibility to make sure the RV’s are safe. No competition and it happened to many of the RV’s around us . Prices were great but not when you have two insurance deductibles with in 3 months. 😔

Jamie was very helpful getting me set up to store my RV. She walked me out to see potential spaces and made me aware of their security policies. Before I left she helped me ensure that my access code worked appropriately. The facility is clean and seems very secure. Im looking forward to having a safe place to store my RV.

Awesome customer experience! As I was being shown the facility, I couldnt help but notice that every customer we passed, stopped what they were doing to speak with Heather. That may seem insignificant, but its not to me, especially in this day and age. In speaking with one of the other customers about Heather, they explained to me how she goes out of her way to develop a relationship with all of her clients. Big smile, tender heart, understanding attitude, and a clean storage facility to boot!

We were told by Leslie that this was a great place one would break in but that was all a lie because came today with no heads up or call saying my rv was broken into and stolen goods out of my rv. Plus my hitch was busted up like they were trying to steal the whole rv.
