I had an emergency move a few weeks ago and needed some packing material. I was lost with what I needed for a 2 bedroom apartment. I called first and spoke to Jackie. She asked me a few questions to determine what I may need and recommendations. I head out to pick up some boxes, tape, and wrap. I get to store and she had it all ready based on our conversation. I did not get it all but what it I did was perfect.

I recently used this public storage and everything went smooth and better than expected. I have had bad experiences before at other locations but this was such a good experience I had to write a review and I really don’t write reviews but I felt this experience deserved one. Jackie (the manager) was so professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location.

Jackie was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I’m happy to no longer need the storage but sad that I won’t see that friendly face regularly.

Great place to store your items. We transferred from another location to be closer to our new home and signed up online. We were able to move in on our own time and did not even have to schedule an appointment.

Bought a couple units from auction. Nick made the process fast and easy. He even helped me remove snow from one of the units that was covering in snow. Thanks bud!!!

We were charged for the month after we moved out. I made a multiple attempts to resolve this issue, and none of the manager nor the regional manager answer my calls nor respond to my voicemails. Customer service hangs up on me when I call them and we get to this question. Its a shame they let things like this happen and make customers spend their time on fixing their mistakes!

Went to this location to rent a unit with my friend and the young lady named Jackie helping us was amazing. Her customer service was the best by far that weve experienced. I was renting at a different company but seeing the difference in politeness makes a huge difference for real. I highly recommend this place.

The prices are unbeatable especially when they have Sales!I was over paying at a different location for the same size unit. This location is exceptional and have some of the best customer service.Nick Fuentes is AWESOME! I have been storing items at this facility since last June and recently my storage door got jammed by some items from within the unit. I could not open my door and as you can imagine, I was beyond frustrated. Nick did everything possible to help me get my door to open. We were only able to open it half way. So, Nick immediately arranged for me to move into a new unit. He loaned us a dolly to help move my items and continued to check on me throughout the process. He was thoughtful and did everything possible to assist me. I totally recommend this location.

Just closed out my account with this Public Storage location after seven years. The only reason this specific location IS RECEIVING A FIVE STAR not a four star Review is because of the on site staff, JEANINE and MARGIE. In the seven years Ive been at this location, any time I needed any assistance with anything, over the the phone or in person, related to my storage unit or storage related, JEANINE and MARGIE have been available. Not only have they been available, JEANINE and MARGIE were cheerful, respectful, attentive and most important ACCOMMODATING.Now, about the location itself. VERY CLEAN, easy access to ones unit. Wide enough streets to fit two full size pickup trucks side by side down the rows of units. My individual unit did its job, kept all my stuff Secure and Dry. Id say something about the price I ended with but, I get it, its a business. Im actually glad Public Storage increased the price of my unit as the years passed. Forced me to get rid of my stuff, close the account and start saving money. Thank you Jeanine and Margie.

I rented a medium sized storage space at Public Storage and the process could not have been easier. Jeanine was wonderful, so helpful. What a difference employees can makes!Jeanine was the Manager of this location when I acquired my unit 2 years ago. She was always cleaning, inspecting the property or interacting with the customers. She always waved to me, and seemed to be paying attention to what was going on. She was the absolute best. I always felt like my things were being taken care of.I noticed a change in how the property was kept up after she moved to a different location. It wasnt always a positive.But, as of this writing, it seems to be rebounding a bit. And, I had the most wonderful experience with one of the employees, Latasha, as I was getting ready to end my lease there.This is NOT when you are expecting to be wowed. But it certainly changed my opinion of Public Storage.Latasha seemed to genuinely care that I was ending my contract with Public Storage. She even encouraged me to check out a smaller, less expensive unit. She even left the office to help me test fit my trailer in the smaller unit. She wanted to make sure that it would work for me. She was very nice and did not pressure me. She offered to hold the unit for 48 hours so that I could take my time in making a decision.Even though I decided to go with another storage company, she was still very nice and helpful upon my leaving. She went with me to the walk-through of my old unit and provided me with everything I needed for a smooth exit.Because of Latasha, I will check out Public Storage first, should I ever decide to shop around for a different storage company than the one I am using now.Thank you Latasha.

Nice, quiet, well kept storage property. Office manager Jeanine was so nice and helpful with helping me store my pickup and possessions in a 10x30 garage unit.. I was headed to Europe for 3 months and stressed about leaving my stuff. I found a good rate at this facility. Check in was quick and easy, about 45 minutes with parking and lockup. It was a $30, 20 minute taxi ($20 with uber) ride to Ohare. Public Storage sent me emails confirming monthly payments.I arrived back to 20F Chicago from Amsterdam, happy to find my pickup truck started, but sad my left front tire deflated (slow leak). This is just a warning about leaving vehicles for extended times, not a reflection on Public Storage.It appears the Storage security gates are locked between 930pm and 6 AM, which could have been a problem for arriving on overseas flights.Thanks for keeping my stuff safe.
