Theyre product tracking system has really improved. It took the employee no more than 2 minutes to scan the display and find the Milwaukee staple gun and fan above us. Very happy with that!

I would like to thank Ingrid and Diego for there very customer service skills. They both were so very helpful made o ur visit so nice and less stressful like it is when we visit the other home depot in modesto. Good job guys keep it up. Look forward to seeing u in the future. Mom and daughter in store purchased a microwave range and stove And also Johnathan in the blinds was very helpful thank you we didnt need to get the blinds cut after all.

I love this Home Depot. I have been to many over the years but for some reason the staff at this location just makes me feel like family. They are always happy and helpful even when it is 100 degrees. You go youngsters.

Had to rent a drain tool. The tool rental dept was very helpful and efficient. Friendly service! Also, received a free pair of work gloves for the job! Nice touch!

The sales rep in windows & doors...AWESOME SO HELPFUL. Fernanda...or whatever her name is in the paint dept...RUDE... had to find the employee...then ask to be helped 2xs and that was followed with rude attitude.and she didnt know if she could paint match my paint chip......can you match this paint chip, is it big enough for the machine ....I dont know with an eye roll....Well girl, maybe you should not be behind the paint counter then...ACE had no problem matching our paint chip😘

Sometimes the items are not replaced where the shoppers put them; it could be maddening. The majority of the employees are friendly & offer assistance to shoppers on where to find the item. There are several checkout stations available each time I go to checkout; they also have several self-checkouts open with an employee there should you require help with the registers, including helping you learn how these registers work. Plenty of parking available too.

We found most of what we needed. The building was kinda warm. We called upfront to ask for someone to cut a blind and no one showed up so we gave up. We checked out and tge checker kept making mistakes. Us, our receipt was so light you could hardly read it. I told her about it but, she just said yes.

Man this place has just about everything you need. I have never had to go elsewhere for my home improvement needs. I would recommend Home Depot to everyone.

I purchased a Ryobi battery powered lawn mower on my way home from work today. I was disappointed to find that my “new” mower had previously taken a spin around someone else’s yard. Two stars for the hassle free refund, -3 for the waste of time and gas.

We ordered a fridge for delivery and we’re told it would arrive on the 18th of august. (3 weeks from when we bought it) which was fine. It didn’t arrive with in the time frame they told us so no one was home the first time it came. We called the guy no response who called us. (Assuming it was the delivery driver) but no one answered and left a voicemail. So I called customer service and rescheduled it. Second time they said someone showed up and That no one was home. (no one ever did We have cameras) and we asked a family member to stay at our home while we were at work. So we wouldn’t have any problems getting the fridge. the third time no one showed up again and we got the day off to make sure we were home to receive the fridge. Again the fridge wasn’t here. we spoke to Home Depot all they could do is give us 50 bucks for our inconvenience and told us that it would take too long to cancel the fridge so we might as well wait for it. Like what’s? We spent almost $4000 on that fridge and now we have to wait a fourth time for them to “show up” again. I’m putting one star but really no stars should be given. Every time I spoke to customer service they made it seem like it was our fault no one was home but literally we have a camera and one came to deliver when we were home during the time they told us it would be there. We even waiting longer. Honestly we bought our washer and dryer and had a good experience with HD but now I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. Horrible service. And it’s been almost a month of the runaround. This is ridiculous. Don’t buy appliances from them

Home Depot has a wide selection of products at decent prices. There were people there who could answer questions when needed. All in all the very enjoyable shopping experience

They didnt have the garden section 😔 opened so We had to walk around to the front door and We are both Handicapped! The Service inside was Great!

Got a couple of products with the help of a friendly employee but was looking for a product they couldnt find so had to revert to amazon but really awesome service.

It was very busy while I was shopping, but was still able to receive help within 5 min with selecting a tube light bulb for my garage. Great service and associate even helped select light color.

Always a pleasure at this Home Depot location. The employees are very helpful & the place is pretty clean. Lots of great products. The only down side of that is that I always spend more money than I should had (thats my own fault though.... I have a shopping problem. Lol).

They had a good selection of herbal and edible plants there right now for spring. It was a little hard to find people in certain departments but it seemed like there was a lot of employees there. Its just what were they doing? They werent helping customers or working cash registers. Thats why only 4 stars. Research what you want and where its at online at the website if youre in a hurry.

Some young adults talking between them and not enough experience to help customers. Should be an experienced person and a new person in each area. Will be more helpful form them and fir us the customer.

In & out quick with 2 carts of building material. Nice clean wide rows making lumber loading easy.

Went in for a Barbecue grill cover. Found it and noticed that the garden section was getting plants and displays were being set up for Memorial day. In and out no problem.

Every time I go here I get the vibe that I must be bothering the staff because they act like Im putting them out.

I know theyre technically all the same, but the Riverbank store is just cleaner, more organized, and nicer.

For this visit, I was aiming to find horticultural sand to add to my potting mix that I purchased at another big box hardware and garden plants with garden supplies store. They had no horticultural sand, not even one brand of it. Something that caught my attention was the large display of flower seeds and vegetable seeds packets. I was browsing the assortment, and I noticed they had 3 different companys merchandise of seeds. Whereas at Ace Hardware, there was just one seed companys merchandise with a smaller square footage display of the seed packet assortment.

The staff was caring & friendly. Price reasonable & fast pickup . Thank you Home Depot!

Place has a great selection but gets busy. If you need plumbing help though ask for Chris super knowledgeable and experienced.

Drove to the nearest Home Depot in another town to pick up longer screws for my tv mount, only to walk out empty handed.So much for their under equipped hardware department.Although I must say the employee who helped me, did try his best to locate the screw size.

Love to shop here. My grandsons and I are planting our vegetable garden this 4th July holiday.

One of the supervisors Deja at the service desk is very helpful and is always willing to help out her fellow customers!!! She is well put for this position I really hope she stays at Home Depot to spread her joyful and magnificent personality. I will be returning to this Home Depot more often because of Deja!!!

Needed hardware for a portable sink and was having trouble finding the parts . Nathan was a huge help, put the parts I needed together and when I asked him for directions to screen doors, he knew exactly where they were at ! 5 Stars for this guy !

Garden staff very helpful with a special reference to a young lady named Reahnna and nice. Most of the employees are helpful, prices are a bit high considering the amount of volume they do. But in a pinch I shop there

Let me start by saying that this was my experience, and for reference I am a very polite person but I also dont tolerate rude people.This home depot has very rude and very bad customer service representatives (at least the ones that I talked to), I talked to multiple people and they all wanted to get me someone else to help me because they did not wanted to help me themselves (lazy) they all had R.B. faces just as bad as their personalty. HD has really good prices and products which is great, but it all goes downhill when they hire rude people like that.

Customer service needs improvement. Willingness to help is not there in staff.

Riverbank Home Depot is really nice. Just a smaller scale than in Modesto or Ceres.

Go early if you dont want to wait for paint 8am

Great place for what you need to get ideas, supplies to do your home improvements and information on products that your not sure about buying. Their on-line ordering is painless and on time. Be advised there are limits on essential supplies and there is at times a waiting to get in line, so either come very early or take a chance but be prepared to maybe wait 5 to 15 minutes. My wait time at 11:00 am today was 5 mins in a line of 15 people. Veterans show your I.D. CARD or copy of your DD214 for your discount. Be safe out there.

Had to get some lumber for a project I was working on.

I went into the Home Depot in Riverbank to find a replacement bolt. Cody immediately jumped up to help me and instantly recognized the exact bolt amd size i needed. I was in and out of the fastener isle in under a minute. He is a Rockstar who deserves to be recognized. This type of service is why I prefer HD to Lowes.

I have never had a worse experience with this home Depot or any other one in my entire time of. My father is self-employed handyman. He has been dealing with home Depot for years. Not to mention so have I. As a normal day I bring in several receipts several different products. They are debit card and they are cash. Whats different this time isnt me, or my receipts. Its the cashier and the parking lot attendant. Miss cashier proceeded to ask me where the debit cards are. And as always I reply they are my fathers I dont have access to those cards they have always just gave me cash. I asked her what the problem was did you change your policy? Her answer was yes they did when covid started. That is not true. I have been to home depots up and down the state of California and even a few in Nevada. And that is not home depots policy nor has it changed. I am angry because this has inconvenienced me. I now have to drive across town in the heat to another home Depot. I saw the lot attendant come into the store and shake his head no. I do not understand why I appeared suspicious. Sadly riverbank home Depot has lost a long-standing and loyal home Depot customer. I should have asked to speak to the home Depot manager. Just for those of you that are curious. Just as I had known already, that is not their policy. Their policy did not change because of covid. My inconvenience was due to a lot attendant and a cashiers opinion of me. I am deeply sorry to the manager of this particular home Depot. It was not your fault you lost my business and my fathers. I can only hope the others do not experience the same humiliating situation.

After a few misdirected locations from the associates, we were able to get everything we needed for our project.

I come here because it is convenient for buying lots of things at once. There is nothing bad or good about this store. It has never elicited any emotion in me, neither good nor bad. If I need one or two things, Ill support Ace or another locally owned brand because I actually like not fighting the swamp of people seen at this store.

Staff and facility have adjusted to comply with C-19 requirements very well. Everything is clearly marked upon entry regarding masks and six feet away, and upon a quick glance down the self service cash out area it is all clearly marked and I witnessed regular sanitization and cleaning efforts with the correct anti bacterial sprays to minimize risks associated with the current situation.Items can be easily found in the store, the layout is just like other HD locations. Clear, large signage and plenty of examples to view of necessary items. I also appreciate that the staff doesnt come up to you or bother you to see if you need help but are always quickly found when you wish to ask questions.
