Amazing workers! Very friendly and happily attentive this makes it my favorite Starbucks. Must admit tho as much as I appreciate the attentive customer service, coffee here always tastes different…. Sometimes it’s the best coffee in the world and other times it taste like hot water … expensive $6 hot water but I keep coming back … lol

The drive through line was out in the middle of of the parking lot.....they got that line through so quickly! An my older was perfect...never had a better experience with a starbucks in my life....EXCELLENT JOB!

Terrible customer service. Staff was denying me service due to not wearing a mask, even though multiple other customers were sitting just two feet away from each other without them on. When I told them I didnt have a mask handy, and asked if I could go sit at a table and Mobile order it, then said no, that the tables are socially distanced. The tables are no more than two feet apart. They told me I could either go through the drive through (which is face to face contact still) or stand outside, and mobile order and they can bring it out to me. Tell me how any of this is logical or makes any sense? Staff had attitude and told me it was the law to which I responded it is not the law. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Do better Starbucks

There was no where to sit down after one orders. There were several elderly individuals 1ho had ordered, and was forced to stand to wait for their orders. Other than that, it was a nice experience. One older gentleman came in without a mask. They told him that he wouldnt be served prior to providing him a fresh mask. Nice!

Ordered a basic drink for my wife, the lady handed me a drink that was almost pure white......a venti iced non fat white mocha with 2 extra shots isn’t that color. I asked her because it didn’t look right, but it was like she didn’t know. Of course I get home and it’s wrong, super irritating with such a basic drink. I suggest teaching everyone that works there what drinks should look like for the future.

Oh my bread...there grilled cheese sandwich...mmmhmm yum! I keep debating on whether or not I should get two. One now...and immediately one after. Yes, the more I think about it...the reasonable it seems.

I’ve had really good service at this location minus about a week ago I stopped and the person working the drive through forgot to give me my debit card back. I didn’t notice until I got to black oak and couldn’t find it and had to leave and drive an hour back down the hill to get my card I was less than thrilled! U would think they would have offered a drink or something for the inconvenience oh well

I come here once in a while to get my coffee and its usually very busy, BUT the workers are very fast and efficient.

Best way to keep the spirit alive and spread the uhhh... Joy.... Close down the drive through and encourage everyone to come in and cozy up with coffee

Love this place, had coffee to 2 of my friends.

Ordered online for pick-up to save time by avoiding drive-thru, but personnel not allowing instore pick-up. Forcing everyone to go through drive through. Clovid is not a valid excuss, we are all using safety precautions. This store is being extreme, no refund available.

I ordered a frap and a latte on uber eats. it came two hours late and it was delayed and i understood but when my drinks came, i did not expect my frap to be made two hours ago, all melted and my latte all cold, i thought they’d remake it or do it before they came to pick it up but nope 😐

Went through the drive thru on 2/23. My drinks look like they’ve been sitting there for a while and they didn’t even get them right. If they were busy it’d make sense but it wasn’t at the moment. If you’re gonna be rude, have the audacity to get my order right.

My drink was delicious, and the manager is amazing!

They had quick service and were following_most_ of Starbucks corporate Covid-19 rule. However, there were two problems, one a health concern and the other a mistake in ordering. The health concern ewas that the cashier took my sisters cash-- which I doubt he should have taken. The order mistake was that he put whip on my sisters frapp when she didnt want it. Otherwise, great job!

Usually are really good with their orders. I did a mobile order where it was supposed to be ready in 3-7 minutes and it wasnt even worked on until 8 minutes in. They had lost the order and they were trying to verify that I ordered it and ordered it correctly. Then they found that it was on the printer but just hadnt noticed or worked on it yet. Thankfully it was a simple order and they were able to get it to me quickly. Ive ordered many other times and usually they are right on with their timing.Really friendly staff though. They always greet you hello when you come in and thank you when you pick up your order.

Starbucks is hit an miss there not all alike some are good some not so good there prices are high at all of them an there breakfast sandwich are good they have lunch sandwich but i havent tried them

Very friendly Starbucks. Good seating inside and out. Typical Starbucks store. Sometimes drinks arent correct, make sure you check before you leave. Otherwise a fav to stop in for my tea fix.

I love this place! The employees are very fast and efficient/friendly! They always get my order right. I usually order a Coconut Mocha Macchiato and the taste is by far one of my favorites.

The atmosphere is so pleasant and clean. The service is almost immediate whether its your order or cleanliness in the bathrooms. The drinks are also consistently delicious. I will come again!

I like it better than the Downeys ave location, but the parking lot is TRASH.

The perfect place to meet up with friends. Only downside is it’s in the busiest section of Tulare so it tends to get crowded if you go at a bad time. The coffee is typically brewed to my liking.

Make sure that you go to the one in the Raleys shopping center in South Lake Tahoe, its cheaper than the ones that are in the casino hotels and in the Heavenly Village. Great hot chocolate.

Your employee Stacy was very rude to my friend and I. She rudely stated I cant hear what you are saying. Over the drive thru. And when we got to the window she didnt give us our sandwiches that we ordered. She sat where waiting and then looked at us and asked What do you need? But in a way that didnt feel helpful. I wasnt comfortable with my experience.

Its very UGH! I tried explaining that I DON NOT LIKE FOAM in my coffee and the Barista have an attitude...I could have raised hell..But i didnt I just took my coffee and scooped out all the foam which now made my coffee a grande not a venti which I ordered and payed for...and poured some of my husbnds coffee in it....I dont understand what they dont understand here I DO NOT LIKE FOAM ...and yet everyday I GET FREAKING FOAM!!! UGH!!!! I have been to 7 different Starbucks and still no 1 can make my coffee correct!!! I have been here a year now....Its a damn shame

This place is pretty small, and they can never get the right amount of classic in my drinks. Ive been served the wrong drink several times, not that I particularly mind in most cases, but sometimes I dont realize until I leave.

I dont know if its just me but it seems like their prices keep going up. Pretty expensive for a small tall cup of coffee now...

I went thru the drive-thru ordered a specialty drink with an added shot of espresso. I received a cup of coffee with milk. Ahhh! I cant go back and just upset that I paid $5 for a cup of regular coffee and milk. Not cool!

Very rude! Explained exactly what I would like in my coffee three times in drive thru. She just kept arguing with me on the price. Finally had to show my receipt from the day before at the window so wouldnt be charged double. Then made me sit up front for 10min for an iced coffee??????

This place has a big patio. you can go with the kids and enjoy some coffee.
