Staples customer service converted me to OfficeMax. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and called OfficeMax who put it on hold. At checkout they asked if I found what I was looking for and I said no I couldn’t find it. They said if you didn’t see it we are out. I appreciated them knowing their full stock so well but would have liked the appearance of them doing their due diligence.

I just purchased over $500.00 and I cannot say thank you to the two Staples employees who went out of their way to help me and to educate me on the products I was puchasing - who ever taught them customer service these two deserve a 10 star rating - you know your products and you brought it down to my level - I want to thank RICHARD and VAL - I will be looking for you two the next time I shop Staples - which will be often. Thank you Staples for such well trained and informed employees.

I waited too long to post this review. I love this Staples location. I’m an instacart shopper, and most days have trouble finding stuff at other businesses, but not here in Riverbank Staples! Richard was absolutely the Best! Richard helped me find every single item for the customer and I truly appreciate his help. This store is very clean and organized. I’m sure I could’ve found all my items, with such an organized store, but thankfully With Richards help, I was outta there in no time! Thanks Staples for hiring such helpful employees and thank you Richard!

Excellent customer service.

Paid extra to have a print job express done. Not only was it not ready by 1:30 like I paid for but at 4:30 they finally informed me that their printers were not working and so they wouldn’t be done until the following day. Cancelled the entire order and didn’t have what I needed for my event. Should have paid the money to my usual local print company instead

I came in for an emergency and needed some documents for my attorney by the night and the printing associate Aden was a huge help he got me taken care of knowing the time crunch I was on I really appreciate his hard work and dealing with this huge job so calm this has been a huge weight lifted from my shoulders I would highly recommend coming to staples for all your printing needs! Thank you so much Aden you are truly a life saver! God bless!

Rudest associate manager Jennifer I have ever experienced. No one in copy center when I approached; not busy!!! She came from back of store. I requested a copy of five pieces of paper. She said do it yourself it’s cheaper. I tried to explain I didn’t have my card with me and was in a hurry could she please copy them. She talked over my words and said go up front and buy a card it’s cheaper. Cheaper isn’t what I was looking for. Customer Service is what I was looking for!! New office services store opening on Patterson soon....I will check out their customer service!!

My brother, his friend and me went into the store to just look around and after a while of being in the store, the manager was following us around keeping an eye on us but we were absolutely nothing wrong, simply looking around. Then we went to go check out this display and my brothers friend drew something funny and we were all laughing so I went to go take a video of the picture and the manager told us that it was time to get out of the store because we weren’t going to buy anything. He also kept asking if we needed help and we said no. And he kept asking why we were in there. So we got kicked out for no reason and he followed outside and as a joke my friend said don’t go to staples because they were racist and he yelled back saying only to Mexican. So never again going back there.

They have a great selection of ink. The signs say they price match 110% but only price match to certain places. Not sure where they get 110% but that’s not guaranteeing a price match putting restictions to certain places. I’ll just get it elsewhere now.

Great store, friendly staff, awesome prices, and they carry great selection of items. No doubt about it I prefer Staples over Office Max or Office Depot

Customer service is good but the printing machines suck take so long and only one of them is usually working at the time

Customer service was awesome, manager that was on at the time of my visit was friendly and just all around accommodating. And their price matching was on the ball as well, had an excellent experience here, and have always had in the past as well!

Caitlyn is an incredibly talented representative of Staples. Her proficiency and ability to work with different file types is impressive as well as her knowledge of the printing side of the equation. My high end custom resume is a stunner!Thanks Caitlyn!

Bad service manager should be fired. Workers need customer service training. There business product are not profficianal. They have gone down hill. 10 years of getting my invoices there and now they cant even get that right. My 9 year old can do better in his lap top.

Marie at the copy&print did an awesome job and very quick and polite go see her for all your printing needs Im happy for my wedding invitation labels

I WENT to Staples in Riverbank to make a copy NOBODY waited on me, I figured out myself. Nobody didnt say I WILL be with you NOTHING ! When a CUSTOMER is waiting say something, its NOT RIGHT!

Absolutely tge best customer service out of any copy center

Really bad service all the time, year round. It is the corporates fault they have the worst customer service becuse they dont have enough people working on the print department > Beaware do not go into the printing department in a hurry. You must prepare 3 or 4 days in advance for printing.

Had a job interview last Tuesday at Staples, when the interview was done, the interviewer told me they will be calling me about if I got the job or not, so then days passed by and Ive been calling them about the job status, Its been a week since I havent heard of the status yet, really unprofessional, do not apply here (will be a waste of time)
