Ive been to this location a couple of times and have never had a bad experience. I had to use the check engine light device and the Gentleman that explained how to use it was very patient and thorough with the directions. The store is organized and things are easy to locate on the shelves.

I think if you post online that you open at 7:30, then as an employee you need to get up earlier enough to get to work on time so that you can open on time. Today is July 8, 2021. Its currently 7:38am. Ive been here since 7:20. I searched the hours online and it says they open at 7:30 but when I went to the door it wasnt open so I called. The lady said they open at 8am. I pulled up, she standing outside... This is the store in Riverdale Rd by the way. Yall should either change the hours online or open at the set time. AUTO ZONE get it together!

Had to use the engine light tester since my engine light and Trac off and vsc lights were on. Came back nothing and the lights went off after I tested it. I was so upset the lights were on, thinking what is it now. Thank you Auto Zone it made my day to know nothing was wrong with it.

I went to auto zone with a list of things I wanted to purchase. There was a oil changing kit on sale but the sales person charged each item individually; instead of charging me 35.99 for the kit.He also added something I did not order to my tab. Once I added up my purchases in my head and compared them to my receipt, I realized the young light skinned brother did it to gain points for up sales.I didnt order an additional 19.00 item. He added it without my consent. Check behind those sales people!!!

They all seem to have more people working, which makes getting and out a lot better

The agents were very helpful even though they didnt have the parts to fit my car. They made up for not being able to read my code on last week with the customer service today. I would give more stars if they had what I was seeking as I did phone first.

Dashed straight to my neighborhood AutoZone (Store #0905) in Riverdale, GA after my battery light came on in my 07 Acura TL driving to & from work. Thinking I needed a small part to ensure my battery could charge, tech Rikko helped properly diagnose the issue. Despite me coming at a time when only 2 ppl were staffing the store, Rikko stepped outside to help me put the part on and troubleshoot what turned out to be a failed alternator. As a single woman trying maintain a car with over 200K miles on it, I am appreciative of ppl like Rikko who take time to help me keep my car running. The store can get busy but techs like Rikko, who go the extra mile, will definitely make me come back.

Today, I went to buy a heater hose and Ramone was very helpful. Even though Autozone didn’t have the product I needed, Ramone took the time to find the product number of the hose on Google and told me where I could buy it online. Ramone, you’re the best, thank you.

The item I purchased has changed, light weight . Which was a good thing.

Good for general parts and maintenance. Dont really carry parts like fuel injectors. At least not for volkswagen.

Terrible customer service. Worker did not have tools to take off the battery he brought me so tub with bolts and said this whatcwe have or offer the battery lube. Guy at the counter atomic add the core with out knowing if I already had the battery in had. No help all. I left store and went to OReilly.

I had a hard time getting the wipers on so I was on my way back in the store to return them the guy was walking out and saw me having problems with the wipers and showed me how to put them on that was really nice of him

I ordered a part from them since Saturday and they told me to come pick up my part yesterday and they still haven’t received it, so they told me to come back today if it came and the gentleman tried to call the place that I ordered but they never answered the call. So I’m still waiting for my part for my truck

The empmoyee was very rude didnt offer any services and brushed off my question.... I went in for a check engine light and he say they no longer do that .... We the customers have to do it our selves and of not take to another place

This is the least helpful AutoZone Ive ever been to. I usually go to autozone because the employees are very helpful. They would always come out to my car and help me with whatever Ive got going on. The employees at this AutoZone wouldnt even take us to the right aisle to get the tool we needed, much less come out and look at my car to see if they could help. Hopefully Ill figure out a way to fix my shredded tire!

The manager Rigoberto is always a pleasure to go to. He is Hands-On and all of his guys are just as helpful as he is. They are all knowledgeable and the girls that work for him a professional Syrian everyone there is well groomed clean and ready to work every day. Going to AutoZone on Highway 85 in Riverdale feels like youre going to a family friend. Sometimes the wait is unbearable but well worth it

Good service! The people offered to change the stop light of my car. They did fast and well. They even explain me how to do it next time by myself.

They were super busy and the line got backed up a little but they were cordial and offered a little conversation to lighten the mood. Some times people get frustrated and angry when they have to wait, but at least the staff seemed nice and helpful.

Patrick was such a great help in assisting me with my battery. The staff in this autozone really know their stuff and are very friendly. I would recommend anyone coming here.

Went to get my car looked at due to the check engine light came on...and they didnt have the tool said someone stole it from them....dont they sell those as well . If you didnt want to do the service dont have it listed . Only in the black community do we get this type of situation. We have to do better.

My friend was driving down Highway 85 one night when she remembered she needed a battery for my car keys. She said she meant to get one for the longest but just never did it. I dont know why but when I saw the sign for Auto Zone it reminded her that she had to get that done.We walked in there told the guy what we needed and us helped find it. He even was nice enough to replace it for her himself. Excellent friendly service. We appreciate all his help that night. The last thing we needed was to not be able to get into her car that night.

Even tho Ive worked here, I feel like Autozone requires way too much for $8.50 pr hour. On the consumer side of things I believe the something needs to change because there arent enough employees on a register,EVER.

The store is fine. The people are fine. The glue/adhesive that is supposed to be used to mount the rearview mirror is useless, even with the surface being cleaned before being applied.

I sat on hold for atleast 5mins each time and explained to four different people what part I needed for the third person I spoke to put me on hold while he gets ready to take my card info over the phone for a part that I needed ordered. When I fourth person picked up,he told me that nobody was around he came from lunch and he notice it was a call on hold. When I explain to him that Ive been on hold & gave my car info multiple times,he tried to get rude with me as if I did something wrong.

ZERO STARS. Came here with my father in-law to replace his battery. Delt with the store manager directly. He wont change the battery unless we bought an anti-corrosion kit. He told me I would have to change it myself. I refused the felt washers and dielectric grease and he refused to change the battery. He had the audacity to get smart me after I told him I am own a shop, work on cars for a living, and was a former Auto Parts Store manager. I told him it was absurd and lazy of him to refuse service over an upsale, and I am not in working clothes to change the battery. We walked across the street to the OReillys Auto Parts store instead. Bought a battery, tools, and walked back and changed our battery in the AutoZone parking lot. That employee whom they call a STORE MANAGER lost a sale, customers, and commercial customer for AutoZone over $1.50 and poor choice of words. I buy thousands of dollars worth of parts every month. Good job with your choice of employees.

I came in looking for something and the man that was trying to help me didnt know what it was not where to find it he told me hold on he is going to ask the manager and come back to finish helping me. Instead of him coming back and telling me they didnt have it or he didnt know what it was he just started helping another customer. I approached him and he acted as if he never helped me wired out advice know what your coming for and where it is in the store because they hire anyone with legs arms and mouth to talk Smh

I called Auto Zone twice, to check for my specific car part. No problem, we got it. Upon picking up the car part, Are you sure this will fit my car? Of course it will.Long story short, It was the wrong part, didnt fit. Had it put on by a great machanic, and this ill fitted part shut my car down I was stranded in the streets.Had to end up purchasing another part and of course, now Im back at the manchanics, requiring more of his time, and of course a recharge for his troubles. Good news is, I called Auto Zone, explained the above.The Assistant Manager, Kashon? (guessing her name) and the Manager (Rico?)were patient, apologetic, with a great display of customer service. They allowed me to return the part, granted a refund for the part, also reimbursed the cost of double installation by the mechanic; upon presenting a receipt for the new part and reinstallation cost. I was very upset in the beginning, wasted several hours at the machanics on my off days from work, was stranded in the streets for over an hour; but it all ended well. I told the Manager Id never shop there again, but after a good cool down, I might shop there again. Just no more car parts...maybe Ill buy some gloves or something. Moral of the Story.GREAT MANANAGEMENT TEAM. The assistant manager was able to make an executive decision on her on about all reimbursements requests, saving me a call to corporate or higher.The Manager supported her decision without question, and was apologetic also friendly upon my arrival to the store.Keep up the Great work Guys.Your work is impressive.Great TeamGreat De-escalationThank YouJG
