Went there today for a oil change and my phone was stolen. The guy working on my car said the man at the desk had moved my car. I checked the car 2x before even going In the building. I approached the man at the desk and he identified himself as the manager said he hadn’t moved my car. I then Informed him that my phone was stolen and that I needed him to figure out what was going on. I walked behind him to the garage and he wasn’t saying any kind of resolution. He was starting to act like I was doing something wrong because someone had stolen my phone. He then called the police and tried to make it seem I was irrational and being a disturbance. He pulled a gun out then ran into the building and was Visibly showing the gun in the office. I called the corporate office because a man with an anger problem and a gun at a store is not safe and unprofessional I will be legally looking into this situation. Worse Experience Ever I will be writing the news about it.

I put my car in the shop a week ago for them to fix my catylac converter and I still havent received my car back I called on Wednesday lady told me they was working on it as we speak its now Friday still no car no call Im not a mechanic but I Kno it dont take a week to put on a catylac converter will not get any more of my business

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test, and they told me that my car needed a tune up and a fuel injector. After I paid for the tune up, the dash lights were still blinking and the car wouldn’t even accelerate out of the parking lot. When I asked them about it, they said it was because an ignition coil needed to be replaced which they DID NOT EVEN MENTION in the initial diagnostic report. I then had to literally run across the street to the auto store to buy an $80 ignition coil and the guy put it on. A week later, my car starts misfiring again after I spent almost $600 on a tune up, fuel injector, plus the cost of the ignition coil. When I brought it back in, I spoke with a woman who tried to tell me that they recommended replacing all 4 ignition coils when I KNOW FOR A FACT that I was only recommended to replace 1 coil. They basically scammed me out of nearly $600, seeing as how they barely performed any real service on my car but charged me full price. After reading several other reviews, this place deserves to be shut down. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, you will be wasting your money and potentially putting yourself and car in danger because they will half do their jobs and charge you full price.

I return when necessary because they don’t try to take advantage of you. They are reasonably priced and they work efficiently.

I used to love this place but Im never going back when you get a premium oil change they give you stamp card the fifth one is free so I have a Dodge Charger and my car was broke at the time so I was driving my friends car so I got a oil changed and they gave me a stamp card so I brought that in today to get my oil change they said no because in the computer system it has my charger only getting 3 all change and that fourth one is for another car that doesnt make sense is not like I got a discount on the all change I paid full price for the oil change so I should be able to use that coupon and get that all changed for free. How to make a long story whatever you whatever car you bring there theyre going to stamp that card so if you bring in the charger and then tomorrow you bring in a Lexus you going to get two different cards that doesnt make no sense just stamp the first card you have

I went and got an oil change on my new Dodge Durango and barely made it home and my car overheated radiator cracked because the white lady filled my car up with water and it’s cold outside! It damage my car bad hadn’t even had my car 24 hrs and it was put in the shop because they lady was called out about putting customers business out there when me and my children were out there! I even asked the white lady about my car when she parked it and she said I had a perfectly good car there was no leaking or damages! I had to replace a new oil pump hose and radiator thanks to her! Greg should have been there! I’ll NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I use to go there all the time! They need to watch who they hire because it costs you money! Glad I have 150K followers on social media I definitely let them know not to take their vehicles there

Update- I was told I needed my brakes once they preformed a tire rotation, cool, less than a week later I’m having new brakes put on and my tire has knots AND a nail in it. They failed to mention that after I paid my money, along with them improperly rotating the tires.

I always take my car there and we dont have any issues with their service. They always take good care of our vehicles as my son takes his car there too.

Paid for a package oil change only received oil change mechanic did not top off my fluids or change my wiper blades or any other service before I left I had to check all my fluids and wiper blades to come to find out that he did not service those that they offered in the package now Im at the point that I dont trust them and feel like they may do something to my car.

I really hate that I ever brought my car to these people, the head mechanic dont seems to know what hes doing and have the worst people skills Ive ever ran across. He stood in my face and lied to me about my car and when I quoted to him what he said he walked away from me. He said my car needed a high pressure hose for the power steering and then put a power steering pump on the car instead and told me that the hose wasnt the problem. Now 3 day later Im back with the same problem I had before after him keeping my car for four days. The costume service person is about the only person that they should keep at this location. Everything else very bad business.

Like a couple other recent reviews, they didnt actually change my oil until after I double checked. 4 FEB 2020, after they returned keys and I paid them, I checked oil for clarity, but it did not appear to be any cleaner than before. So I got on my back, inspected underneath and found my same blue colored oil filter as I had arrived with. When I asked the tech what color new oil filter are they installing, he said white. Mileage on receipt showed approx 2,000 miles LESS than actual, which creates a slick alibi. Once I showed them pic of blue filter the boss got involved and personally completed the entire oil change and topped off fluids correctly. Boss did correct the mileage on receipt, and I do have both receipts as evidence. Need to hire honest techs.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle since I bought it. They have always taken great care of my truck, I wouldnt go anywhere else if they continue to take good care of my vehicle needs. Thank you Precision Tune!!!👍

First experience was bad. Asked for premium service which includes many things but seems like they juat changed oil and filter (with extra charge but its ok) not even check light was reset and no other fluid was filled not even opened the caps.. Tyre pressure was not checked.

I had been looking for a reliable place to take my car & I read great reviews about Precision. I called ahead & the young lady on the phone was just as nice and pleasant. She even set an expectation for the wait time & best options for my car. Devin had excellent customer service! The mechanics were pros! They made me aware of what I needed to have done in the near future and priced it for me as well. You could tell that it was popular because cars were lined up to the road for their expertise & I could feel the difference in my car shortly after leaving the lot. I was driving to work and my car started smoking heavy and I lost all Acceleration. I was almost hit by another car trying to get out the fast lane from lost of speed so quickly. I pulled over and it was smoke and a small fire under my engine. The fire went out and smoke settled just to look under my car to see my oil filter wasn’t on and more oil shooting out. This all happened 20 hours after a oil change with precision tune auto care. I’ve been the 95 degree weather waiting for the tow truck they say they are sending. I can’t use my A/C because my car has no oil and I can’t crack it up. It has now been 4 hours plus waiting in the heat for a tow truck. I lost money from work today and I hope my car is not totaled from the oil situation. I feel like they don’t care. Smh

I took my car to them for a clutch replacement. After the work was done the clutch was not operating properly. I was told that I needed a clutch slave cylinder. I purchased said part across the street at the auto parts store and had it replaced by another mechanic because Precision only had one person that works on clutches and he was unavailable on the weekend. After installation, clutch still not working properly. I was told today by Precision that I should have gotten the pre- filled clutch slave, master, line assembly part. I was not told to get that part. I have no money to buy the part because I had to pay for labor charges twice to put in parts that were not needed. I dont reccomend this location to anyone who needs clutch repairs!

They quoted me $49.90 plus taxes for an oil change, which I agreed to. After completing the oil change, they told me they had to replace the oil plug because they couldnt get the original back in (and charged $10 to put it in..?). They also charged an extra $7.99 for a canister filter, didnt give any explanation as to why other than yours uses a canister filter, those are $7.99. I would watch them for adding little things like this and make sure you let them know to tell you if there will be any additional charges on there..

The customer service started off great very informative about your vehicle but takes to long when fixing major things on car.rhey need more qualified workers to do work on cars. I was there from 7:57 to 3pm then had to come back due to the guy forgot to do my Alignment and that was another 6 hours and to add when I got.my car back my brake light was on and I came in for control arm replacement smh ...Its still on and its nothing wrong with my brakes scared to go up there it might take another 6 hours...update got me right miscommunication but its straight as an arrow.

This place is a Scam, Crooked and will do anything to take your money!!! BEWARE!!!!On Monday I went to inquire about their AC coolant service and was told by the Manager Tasha that it was 179.99 and that they check all components of the car before doing the service and that if there was an issue that they wouldnt do the service as it would be a waste of money. On Thursday I scheduled to have my wife bring her car up there to have her AC repaired as it wasnt working and with her being pregnant I didnt want her or my daughters sitting in this GA heat.This place is crooked guys, I my wife took her car there last Thursday to get her AC fixed. They supposedly checked the car for any issues then told my wife that everything looked good and began to service to restore her air. My wife didnt drive her car at all on Friday and by Saturday all the AC was gone. I took it back up there and the manager named Tasha said that they were not even supposed to check the car but they did us a favor and that we were just out of luck as far as the service. My wife is pregnant and we got scammed by this company. We paid $202.58 for 1 day of air conditioning.A service rep walked out to the car with me and said that what was going on was messed up and that everything should have been checked. He asked me to leave the car for them to look at so we did. 90 minutes later he called me saying that the compressor is leaking ( something that should have been checked) that the parts are another $240.00 and labor is another 280.00. I asked would the &202.00 be deducted and he said that she wouldnt do that. I refuse to ever spend another dollar at a crooked place tike Precision Tune!!To make matters worse, this is the place where we get all our maintenance done but after this, we be going elsewhere. May 2019, I went to percision tune to get a tune up on my car and an oil change. It is now October and have recently learned they did not do a single thing to my car. I spent at least $200 and my car is having all types of problems after getting it inspected by a real mechanic, he told me that they should have at least changed the spark plugs and ignition coils. Although, me and this mechanic inspected my car and learned they didnt change a single thing. Never going back and definitely will not suggest it to anyone. Go out and find a real mechanic, not this place.

This place was fast and friendly. Greeted me walking in, had great pricing and before I could blink my oil change was done. I will be back in the future.

I am revising my original review. This location is under new management (Devon) and the service and consultation and turn around is amazing. Not only is this my go to location for oil changes, i now trust them with other fluid and filter changes on my vehicle....bravo on a great turnaround!(Original review 2013)If you have 2 hours to dedicate to an oil change, then this is the place for you. Everytime I swear Im never coming back, but the price is the lowest around. Service is poor, attitudes are bad, and the wait is intolerable.

Dont get anything done here. Youll bring in your fine working car with nothing wrong with it, the mechanics will loosen some bolts And mess with your car then call you in and tell you that theres something wrong with this and that just to charge you extra to fix it. Has happened to me twice, the second time I caught on, as they were literally calling everyone in for a problem they found with their cars. They just did my parents like that. If I knew how to report this place I would. Dont go here people please

This location is usually good and fast however my last visist will be my final visist. I was told that they are unable to do my pil change because they are put of oil. Clerk said they are out of all types and i found that to be not true a flat out lie at 11:00 monday morning mind you there was 5 people ahead of me

Never come here! Came for an oil change and they stripped the bolt on my pan then said shell charge 100 by the hour to get the plug out. Save your money time and energy go somewhere else

I went there on July 3, 2017 for an oil change and paid for my fluids to be topped off. 6 days later, my vehicle almost over heats because my coolant is low. What did I pay for, I would never bring my vehicle there for any repairs if your not capable of doing an oil change with fluids topped offf!!! You suck!!!!I had a chance to speak to store manager Devon, who apologized for the issue and has offered to take care of it. Today I will have my brakes serviced and another oil change! Finally found a great mehanic!!!

I have been here 2 times. T time it was good. But recently I went for an oil change and my hood was originally broke and would not close all the way. I told the workers that it would not close an dto leave it alone. one day as I was driving on the interstate my car started to overheat due to no coolant when I tried to tend to it I found my hood totally closed all the way when it usually is to stay somewhat open it would only lock. I knew that they had completely closed my hood up without telling me after I told them not to close it or force it closed. Well my car overheated and I was not able to open my hood to put in coolant because it was closed and I did not have any tools to open it (which was why I told them do not force it closed instead they did) due to the over heating my core hose had a slit in it from where it bust because I had to try to drive it to an auto place to get something to open the damn hood up. When I called them to see why they had messed with my hood it was a terrible attitude and even hung up in my face. I wanted to support this black family owned business but never again will I go back ...RUDE ASSES
