I like that this location stays open until 9 p.m. most nights. Their selection is a little limited in crochet hair but I usually find something that my daughter likes. The employees are kind of young and do a lot of things that you would expect young people to do but everyone is very nice and very helpful. The managers are really professional and helpful as well. Ive never felt annoyed or like I was being annoying when visiting this location. They have fair prices. The store is neat, clean, and stocked really well. This is my go-to place when I need to grab something quickly.

Had $10 wig sale. The wigs werent cheap looking, just extra stock. Loaded up with something cute for fall.

Its sooo much fun to go to a place dedicated to nothing but making women feel beautiful! Love it!This place has lots of stuff at a decent price. The owners seem pretty cool too.. not like the other places were they act like they despise you THEN want you to spend ALL your money there. NOT me...I go were I feel welcomed! BUT... Im still not spending an arm and a leg there either. 🤷‍♀️

Horrible horrible customer service here. The person in the wig section didn’t know shyt. The girl at the register was extremely rude. I advised her that I wanted to get something out of the jewelry case and she asked another for the employee for the key. I stood there 20 minutes and no one ever came. Ive always come in here to buy hair and wigs. One day I had purchased about 6 wigs and one of them came off of the display...at the time I didnt know this. When I got home and looked at my wigs I saw this one matted up wig that was tangled and had a weird smell. I took it back only for the people in the store to look at me like I had stolen the wig and brought it back to get money. I literally just wanted to swap it out for a unit the same price and he kept telling me no refunds and no return. I then saw they young woman who checked me out and she told me to swap it out after he told her to help her customer this is not and will never be the only hair store in the ATL area. If you want regular customers I suggest you get employees that have decent customer service.

They dont take cash app. Other than that, they are bigger with more selections of merchandise.

I love this place. They have very reasonable prices compared to other places, but I dislike the fact that as Im deciding on something a worker approaches me immediately asking me what am I looking for. I prefer to browse and if I need further assistance Ill find someone. Its as if she was rushing me to pick something. It didnt stop there. After I allowed her to assist me in my decision. I walk off continuing to browse other things. Im looking at products reading the information and the same attendant comes past me and makes a smart a** comment about me still being in the store. Her words Man! You still here note to management I dont know who this woman is but she needs a little training on customer service and space. If Im in here to spending my money it shouldnt matter how long I linger around if its a time limit we have to shop and look around the store it should be posted on the front door upon entrance. Overall you have a great store the cashiers are always friendly and helpful upon checkout.

The you lady in the wig sec. Was Rude Had me a bit upset. So rather than go off I pulled her aside after the other customers left and thought I would use it as a teaching moment and explain to her how her customer service was, she was not moved or receptive she didnt even look at me and see what happened to conversation but the other young lady who was the assistant manager at the front of the store was completely helpful I will be going back to speak to the owner and manager. Havent been back since and probably will not go back.

Okay beauty supply store. They have great sales, but not a huge selection of hair. They also issue monthly coupons which are great.

Very long line, want to say due to social distance however none of management in the store actually enforced it. Worse thing to see is one cashier ringing up people, one cashier helping customers in the aisle MANAGER standing at counter refused to help nor ring up people. So if customer service declines it started with management.

I like that they always have deals on the products that I use. The only problem I ran into at this establishment was the pricing on the packages differing from what is in their system. If they can make sure that its correct on both ends, this will end some confusion. Other than that, the staff is helpful and friendly. Love it!!!

Fine foe the basics but dont expect to get any real help unless youre looking for bad weave/wigs or bad lashes. Otherwise u will get little girls who have no clue or guys who cant speak english 😕

Love this place. Nice prices and a variety of different products thats usually hard to find. Nobody didnt ask did I need help the last time I had visited, so I just tried to figure everything out on my own. Seemed like the hair helper was busy.

They must have a lot of thieves in this store, because the cashier left the register and stood over me in the makeup aisle for 5 min. So I left.
