No change in appearance. But this time all the customers in line (and through out the store) got to here the sales clerk on the phone complaining to someone about how bad a company they were and she had been there all day with no help and she was so overworked BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! I wanted to tell her if she would get OFF THE PHONE!!! She wouldnt feel so overwhelmed. I was in line for 20 minutes and there were at least 15 customers behind me who were all complaining about her being on the phone.. Dollar General if you read this PLEASE GET SOME PRIDE and clean up that store and for goodness sake get some less trashy employees..

THIS DAY I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED. THE SHELVES WERE BEING RESTOCKED TOO. THE CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. ALL CUSTOMERS STAYED 6 FT APART. I HAD A GOOD DAY!!

There products are reasonable, however there are frequently long lines. Customer service is good. Its better to shop early mornings. After 3pm, you may have to experience long waits.

Shelves are somewhat depleted but they had paper products that I needed. The Christmas merchandise was pretty picked over and disorganized, but I was happy to find some xmas dinnerware. The cashier was extremely pleasant and congenial.

Great place to shop 👍. Everytime I go in there everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable about the store items so thats a good thing. I always find what Im looking for which is great.

There is one employee working the cash register that has more experience then everyone that works there... including the manager. She was a manager for one of your competitors. Why would you put her on the register? It makes no sense. She should be managing the store. How long do your customers have to suffer? There is expired food on your shelves for God sakes. Please fix this store.

Customer service was okay the food was hot and good.

My favorite store besides Aldi and Lidl. You can get everything for a reasonable price.

Not understanding why they wait until the line is completely down an aisle before help comes. Anyway, Ive learned to accept that this is the uniform way of doing things.

Horrible experience. Store is beyond cluttered. Aisles blocked. Merchandise is thrown about,unorganized . Cashier on duty outside smoking.

My experience today at Dollar General was good but my sister was couple people behind me. Some one came wanted to return some and she started slapping her bag of chips around. My sister told my other sister about how her chips will be crumble its like the cashier was upset

Very solid dollar store. You can always find good stuff here. I usually leave with way more than I actually go in for. Great for housewares for young people just starting out, and for kitchen gadgets you dont want to pay an arm and a leg for (pizza cutters, whisks, etc.) Food section has lots of hidden gems.

Fast checkouts and easy to find snacks

Dollar General is always an amazing store! This one is no exception, and has a lot of great items. I left a bag inside and someone brought it to me, the employees are very kind.

Place is always unorganized, cashier texting while waiting to be rung up.

The young lady with the curly blonde hair has the best customer service ever.

Shelves were empty. Must have been delivery day. It was hard to get around. Normally better.

Ive found items that are even organic household cleaning products at less price but all the items can be found in other franchises prices are high. Customer service is GREAT.

This is a very convenient store. This particular location doesnt always have what youre looking for but it still is very useful.

The was a mess and empty all at the same time. Maybe there are remodeling but they only had one cashier the lines were long. They seemed as if they were understaffed but the cashier was handling it fine they just need more employees I think.

This is my local Dollar General. The employees are nice. The store is usually cluttered but since I shop here often I pretty much be in and out since I know exactly what Im getting.

1 star is a star too much. This store is the most unorganized, messiest Dollar General I have ever entered. One cashier with over 8 to 10 customers in line. It needs new management!

The shelves were bare

The manager was very friendly and believe in showing the young staff about hard work.After a customer ask the young cashier for a cart, the cashier told her to look outside. The manager told him that when a customer needs a shopping cart to please take a moment to go outside and get one.

I initially have a review of Clean place and friendly Staff but maybe that was that day! The more I come in here, the more I notice that they DO NOT stock up, they DO NOT have fast and efficient service. Friendly but no sense of urgency AT ALL...

Employees are very pleasant at this location. However, though I do not go here much, the few times that I do, sometimes theres a wait for a cashier to appear to wait on customers.

Its ok i guess, but they always follow you around the store which makes me feel uneasy. Everyone does not steal and that is super annoying.

Always a Very long wait to check out. Never opens a 2nd register UNTIL THERES 7-10 CUSTOMERS... Standing in line too. A total of 5 employees with At Least 4 appeared to be working

Cashier didnt want to honor the lower price if the item on the shelf.

They dont except cash app card. You have to cash out and use your bank card. Or some other form of payment that Dollar general excepts.

Customer service is cool. Only thing I dont like is they make you leave you book bag up front. I left mine one time it was right by the door with no one watching it, someone could have easily took my bag and walked out. For this reason I stop going.Everybody who has a boog bag are not criminals or thieves. I use a small one to carry my water, phone and keys in while working out not to come to your store and steal.To be truthful you dont need a book bag to steal. The policy is pointless and will end up getting your things stthingsThey dont monitor your belongings at all. DG are profilers . Family for me.

This is the nearest Dollar General to my house, and I must say they are VERY SLOW checking customers out. On numerous occasions there has only been 1 cashier to check out nearly 20 people standing in line. Its like they rarely have 2 people at this store on any given day.
