The representative was very patience and great customer service and I highly recommend you to visit this location.

I believe this location swapped new management and staff completely and it is just not the same!!We miss the old girls that used to be at this location.New staff is horrible and rude! Definitely do not recommend!!

I always go to this particular location everyone in the store is always very nice and patient. They have really really good customer service but today while I was in the store I was about to pass out because of how hot it was in there the ac wasn’t working and i feel like it’s not fair to the employees who have to be there under that heat all day I was wondering who can I call to get this to headquarters so they can get their air conditioner fixed ASAP it was extremely Hot in the store. Please and thank you.

Very helpful getting a new phone.

The Rep was nice but she signed me up for Cricket Protect without me wanting it. I called Customer Service and now they will not refund the money i was charged. I now have to write (they dont provide a phone number) a dispute to get the money back. Another strange thing was the policy of bundling. I just wanted a phone to replace my broken one and the rep said that whether i wanted a screen protector/case or not it was bundled in with the price. If you look on the receipt it says nothing about bundling anything so for a case and screen protector i didnt really want i had to pay the bundled in fee of $40 for both. I am trying to make an inquest within Cricket to find out if this is a store policy or if this is Cricket Policy. It certainly is a great way to Con customers out of a few extra dollars.

Alexa was the most helpful and very kind. I was transferred over to cricket from T-Mobile in less than an hour! Special thanks to Alexa!!!

Brought over a phone that was verified to be compatible with cricket service and unable to use data and text. Been given the run around ever since. Issue still hasnt been resolved via store and corporate.
