I had my doubts about going due to some of the previous reviews - but I have to give credit where credit is due. It was only 2 young women holding down the Sprint store while they professionally greeted me when I came in, answered my questions, and continued to take care of other multiple customers (3 clients that were there before me and 2 that came in after) AND at the same time get me an upgrade to a new phone completed & contacted sprint customer care for additional options I needed assistance with.These young ladies were killing it today and the one that assisted me had a sprained ankle - I think her name is Shequela.Today - SPRINT won with these two young women at this location.

This location lied to me for a quick sale.And the service is also horrible

Kristi went above and beyond with enhancing my guest experience. Kristi is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and welcoming. I will be returning here in the near future and would highly recommend to all.

I had the pleasure of going back to this sprint store for more services on 2/08/20. My daughter needed to upgrade her phone and I had questions about my bill. Zariah was the sprint store associate that assisted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable of sprint products and services. Not only did my daughter get the phone she desired, Zariah Called customer service for questions about my bill. My bill was adjusted and $70.00 of services that I didn’t utilize was removed. I was thrilled and grateful. I returned to the store on 02/20/20 to add an iPad and as always Zariah and staff demonstrated Excellent Customer Service. This store and its associates (Zariah, Jamika, & Josh) display a great level of Customer service and Knowledge of Sprints Services and Product. This is my Permanent Store!!!

This store is the worse store in Clayton county, they have horrible customer services. I know Sprint stores our franchises this owner needs to fire the whole staff and hire more professional people, its bad when the staff at waffle house has better customer services, and all I was trying to do is pay my bill lol

The employees here are so helpful!.. They make sure youre satisfied before you leave their store .

Still have yet to get Mt three phones I payed express shipping overnight for each one. Four days ago. Very incoveient and disfunctional and sprint wouldnt give me a refund for the extra money for overnight shipping that I didnt even revive

We only stopped at this location because we passed by it and needed to go to Sprint. Hood rats doing what only hood rats know to do, unprofessional ans rude. The guy with the little ishlocks in his hair walked off acting so silly due to his lack of comprehension of the request to add a line. The other hoodie with the yoa pants on wasnt any better. I told my son only in the hood do you get awful customer service, they act like they are at home and not at work. I am sure this location loses business on a regular. We will stick with our Fayetteville location where they are appropriately dressed and give excellent customer service!

The wait was crazy. However the knowledge of the products and customer services was excellent.

I’ve been here twice in the past week and was misinformed twice! I was told that the two things that I needed to be done, couldn’t be done. Went to the corporate store and the rep told me that the salesperson at this location gave incorrect info. Complete waste of time! Sprint service- phone and customer-sucks!!!!!!!!!!
