Experience was ok at best. It was clear the rep would rather me do her job for her rather then she do hers. Rep kept asking me what am I looking for in the iPhone Se model and I kept telling her I don’t know because I have an iPhone 6 and I’m behind on my specs for Apple phones and I asked her to tell me the differences between SE and 11 model. Ultimately she told me I would have to contact Apple to get pros and cons of the SE or I would have to google it. I had to let it go and just get the phone based on price value. I remember a time when reps were suppose to know everything about the phones but maybe I’m just old. She was nice but that messed up the experience.

I love the staff. Justin was very helpful with all my needs when it came down to upgrading my phone. He definitely made the experience fun and enjoyable even though he owes me $20 for birthday lol! Thanks Justin! and the T mobile team !

This by far the best T-Mobile I have come across, from them having everything you’re looking for to the customer service everything was AMAZING! The associate who help me was Garon. He was so kind and energy was on 100000. Ask for him every time you go HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The best T-Mobile store that I have ever visited. I took my granddaughter in to upgrade her phone and the manager and staff were super helpful with assisting her transfer her information and choose the best case and accessories for her phone. Will definitely return and tell all of my family and friends.

WHERE IS 0 STAR AT! Horrible experiences everytime I come here. They have different people work here all the time and none of them on the same page. First time I came in asking the guys to help me with my sim card, he end up charging me a new sim card without telling me. Second time I came in to trade/upgrade my phone, spend 3 hours in the store to confirm the amount I will be paying for. After all the sweet talk to get me into trading/upgrade. My phone bill came out to be more than what tmobile store offer me. I went back to the store and complained. Their excuse was every human make mistake and the guy didnt know/understand about the promotion. If he doesnt know than you shouldnt be hiring him! It was bad excuse because the manager was there. Both of them have a talk, so whatever he told us the manager told him to tell us. Both the manager and him shouldnt even be working here. They basically trick people into getting their phone and doesnt even apologize to us. I wish I could record the whole event and have them held accountable. Now Im stuck with high bill!

The 7081 HWY 85 t-mobile location.The store is a mess (being remodeled) BUT the service was fast, the staff was very knowledgeable and down to earth. My rep Liz was so sweet and patient with my upgrade. I definitely enjoyed my experience with this crew.

I had a great experience at this store . I love how they keeping they customers protected by following the COVID rules. I also love how I need it a clear understanding on how to operate my phone device and Iesha showed me how. She also explained the new updates of my new iPhone 12 Pro vs my 8. Make sure you back up your phone’s before coming because it makes life much easier and faster to transfer data from one phone to the next.

The employees were great and they work miracles and I love TMobile on Hwy 85 and Bethesda. Come out and visit you won’t be disappointed.

Marcus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone I purchased, its features, and the plan & benefit details. The store was very nice and clean. I liked the hand sanitizers and disinfectants around the store. The playlist was also a nice touch. All my 90s r&b favorites were playing. I really enjoyed my experience.

Ive been with T-Mobile for almost 20 years. The customer service is always great, today Cat was very patient, moved me from my old phone and paired my new galaxy watch. And showed me something new-samsung wallet!

Mr. Silva helped my granddaughter and I pick out our much needed mobile phones; THE NEW SAMSUNG! Mr Silva demonstrated the epitome of an award winning sales person. From our initial conversation expressing what we were looking for to the selection of our phones, picking our phone cases, and setting up our new phones, Mr Silva gave us his undivided and patient attention. TMobile has an employee that wears the company logo well.

Customer service needs work. I went there to buy a charger cord. The young lady acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. She was short and dismissive. Looks like more training is needed or get a job you actually want to do.I wish I had chose some one other than her to waite on me.

I’ve been waiting in the parking lot with no communication for over a hour. I checked back numerous to see where I stood in line was told then I don’t know because someone was activating service which I didn’t see what that had to do with my wait and why I wasn’t told about the wait time and a better way to service customers maybe take phone numbers and call when available to service them. Communication as to what’s going on during holidays no one has time to waste. If told I could of gaged what I wanted to do with my time or find another location.

Worst place . Rude. We went to buy 2 iPhone abmd 4 lines. It was raining and they asked us to wait outside and allowed customers who came after us. They did not even have organised way of letting in. Thanks to this . I realized my current service provider is far better .

MONICA MONICA MONICA what an awesome rep you are! I have never received such excellent customer service in my life not even Chic fil A ! I went In devastated because my phone stopped working and it’s the holidays, and within an hour I was out with a new phone, cheaper plan and a peace of mind the staff manager Shane and Monica’s co worker Dionel were also very very helpful everybody was hands on and listening and helping customers getting them in and out in a timely manner. Beat T Mobile store in Atlanta hands down these people need a raise! I was and am so pleased.

I would have given 0 if I could. I went to this location once and may never go back thanks to one young lady who stared blankly at me when I came in and didnt greet me or ask me what I needed. I explained my issue, she took the back off my phone and took the battery out and put it down on the counter. another worker came in (maybe the manager) and gave her some coffee. They stood and chatted in front of me and started to open and drink their coffee DIRECTLY over my phone. When I pointed out to her what she was doing she said oh honey Im not going to spill anything on your phone SERIOUSLY????

I thought this T-mobile was good, but sadly I feel they since of the employees dont care about the customers. Ive been with t-mobile for nearly 10 years now. I went to this store weeks ago, sometime in late March, and asked about upgrading to the s10. A sales associate, well call her Jamie, told me about the ins and outs of upgrades and I asked her about jump on demand. She kinda sighed and laughed and told me I could do that, but they dont usually like to offer jod because they dont make commission from it, but she told me about it and at end of the conversation, she gave me her card and told me to call her when Im ready to join in exchange for a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I went there today, April 12th, and spoke to Jamie again and told her that I was ready to switch to the s10 wanted to do it jod. She obviously forgot who I was because she told me that jod doesnt exist and hasnt for 5 years unless youve already had it or had a prepaid plan then switched. ... She was totally lying to my face. She didnt realize that I spoke to her three weeks ago and that she told me a completely different story. She lied because she wanted to get paid and knew that me joining jod to upgrade would hinder that. Highly disappointed by this poor, poor, poor customer service. After I left, I called t-mobile customer service and asked if jod still existed and they said definitely yes and asked if I wanted to join and upgrade. I told the rep what happened and she told me she would call the store tomorrow to ask why they would blatantly lie to a paying and dedicated customer. Shameful.

This Tmobile was very professional! My Husband and I were there for less then 30 minutes we purchased a new phone and fixed our issue, also very knowledgeable!...the other Tmobile on Tara Blvd was nothing but alot of kids, unprofessional and dont know how to do their jobs nor do they know anything about good customer service! This is our new store!

I wasnt greeted( thats cool), never asked what I needed, someone walked into the store was greeted and was told to be their name on a waiting list... What??? I was sitting and no one ever said anything to me about putting my name on a list... Ok wont be back!!!!!

I went to Tmobile to buy a phone and to cancel a line on my account set in the store for 40 Mins and then was told i Could not cancel the line and I got the phone I wanted but she did not even set it up just scanned the box popped the sim card in and went to the next customer even though i spent well over 400 on a phone then to make matters worse she just sat there with an attitude when i asked could she be more helpful although i know how to set up the phone i did not want to get it home and there be a problem with it this store needs better management
