The store is never fully stocked. I know this is an high traffic area, but things like pasta, and can goods are scarce at times. There is no way of knowing whats in store in advance, so I recommend going to Kroger or Walmart. The drive will be worth it.Sincerely In the proximity, yet inconvenient.

I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews especially for locations that I frequent but I really want someone who works there to see this. The location is always a mess but it seems to get worse every time I go. There is no organization whatsoever. When you look for items, you can’t find it neither can the staff. Nothing is restocked, everything is literally still in boxes that have been opened all over the store. I took pictures because it was honestly THE WORSE I had ever seen it. I’m posting this so someone can go in and FIX IT.

Man! during the middle of a pandemic the store employees are not wearing their mask. 😓 Whats the point of having it under your chin and requiring customers to wear a mask if they arent going to wear theirs. Please pull your mask up over your mouth and nose. But atleast the cashier was polite.🤷😓

Sales associates were really nice and helpful. The store was stocked with everything. Its was not over crowded. In additional the prices was reasonable for the quality of the products.

Overall I like this one because they are friendly and helpful..always stocking the shelves. Sometimes only 1 cashier.but no big deal it happens sometimes. Keep up the good work guys!!

Not enough product, but customer service is awesome.

You can find some great deals by perusing each aisle. Certain things that I dont usually buy here are available at very reasonable prices.

I enjoy shopping at this family Dollar. They have same manager and crew. Also helpful when you walk in. And I like that they keep the store looking neat and they definitely keep the store stocked. I think that caught my attention as a customer and They do have shopping baskets a plus. First impression really does set the tone if you will come back. And definitely friendly atmosphere. So far Im a regular customer that keeps coming back. Good job Riverdale family Dollar.

The cashier today was amazing. She killed they line buy running two registers. one for credit/Debit card transactions, the other for cash paying customers.. Freaking awesome customer service!

Friendly staff well stocked store

It was hot no a/c it had a weird smell none of the drinks in the coolers were cold. The line of course was long and the other workers were just walking around even when the cashier rang the bell for help. Oh and they were out of bags so they had to put our items in what appeared to be trash bags

This place is a Fire Hazard, you can barley walk in the store. They need to SHUT IT DOWN, and restock and organize it then reopen when its safe.

Its always a mess but I saw a group of workers the other day trying to get it together. They have everything you need and open early in case you need to buy kids things for school in the morning and close at 10pm very convenient.

Clean store, good stock of items. However, Im marking down my review because of the grotesque attitude of the cashier Leteashia. It wouldnt hurt to smile or at the very least, be polite towards customers. I asked her several questions and she answered them all by nodding her head yes, seemingly annoyed by my question asking. If youre a regular customer who needs help or has questions, do yourself a favor and visit another location.

The store was filthy. Garbage everywhere just mass chaos and confusion. Always a long line and I never feel safe in that parking lot...

Products are everywhere causing you to not be able to go down every aisle. Entrance door was locked. First two parking spots in front of the door have a big hole. Store smelled like weed in almost every aisle.

The store was very junky, I couldnt use a buggy because they were all fill with return items. Walk in the front door it was overwhelming with so much stock at the front door. The price of the items in the store are labeled with sticky notes and sharpie. The story is poorly managed and I am ashamed to have a store like this in my community. Very disrespectful to the community and the customer it serves.

Manager arrives at 8:17 am .. told customers to wait five minutes and now it’s 8:40 and we are still outside . Only person inside is her husband and one worker there are other workers here to help her but she has them outside waiting as well

They tend to have a good deal on items, however, they dont keep a good restock of household items that are good values (ex: Family Dollar brand 1000 count toilet paper).

Do not shop here at this location!!! Was singled out and profiled as a thief in front of everyone. They follwed me around the area of the section i was shopping like i was going or attended and im spending my hard earned money in your wack store. They did refund my money only after they called the police because the manager said i was vulger. I agreed with her that i will never in my life come back tonthis store and spend any money with this company ever again in my life they hire the most ghetto rachett ingnorant people they can find and nownyou can add racial profiling!!To her. Rightfully so i just paid for my items and your following me around like im a criminal. Never in my life have i been through such poor management and lack of customer service or profiling. Will be getting a lawyer i have been criminalized, racially profiled,singled out,and harassed i felt like i was under attack just because..none no reason do not spend your money here.
