I had to go back multiple times and product still was not ready. Sent my boy in there 3 hrs later product was still not ready. The jury is still out on this establishment. Prices are fair and reasonable.

They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and have VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Six of the same type of shirt I brought in were RUINED and I was told it was my loss because they dont know how certain materials will react once pressed on. However, once the first shirt was DAMAGED they proceeded to damage the other five instead of contacting me about the first one. The dreadhead guy at the front told me it will just wash out. No, it will not. The owner told me, Sometimes you have to take Ls in life, and, I know you want me to take responsibility for it, but Im not. He also said I learned my lesson and just dont buy that type of shirt to be pressed on in the future because I know it will be ruined. No, I do not. You are the so-called professionals so you should know how to handle certain fabrics accordingly or what to recommend to paying customers. So basically, Im out $50 and you got your money up front so, oh well. Yeah, oh well if you lose a customer who would have brought you more business if I had received quality work and service. Just take your money elsewhere that also has air conditioning and not just a fan circulating 90 degree temperatures inside the building and have have you sweating bullets as you are trying to do business. There are OTHER SCREEN PRINTING SHOPS in the area where you can get MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE all around. Remember, you get what you pay for!

If I could give this ghetto establishment NO STARS I would!!! The owner Perl has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills nor does his new worker!! My organization has used this business for a long time and have also referred other organizations to this place. The new worker and the owner want me to wait 24hrs for ONE decal that would have taken 5 mins to cut!!! I asked the owner to send me my organization logo to my email and to delete all files of our logo. He tried to SELL me my own logo that I paid his previous worker to clean up. His response was .. You didnt pay me!! I advised him I paid HIS worker!! I had the incompetent worker delete or logo and the owner said to me i need to leave the premises.. Its a ghetto flea market that he does NOT OWN!!! I then asked the worker to delete our logo out of his trash on the computer. He refused. I would not recommend this place to a crackhead now that he has a new worker and he is a very unprofessional black man who has NO RESPECT for others.. Except for their money!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOOD SHIRT & DECAL SHACK!!! You want great work.. Contact Cloud Nine Customs its a black owned business who I highly recommend for professional customer service and excellent work!!

The staff does not work in a timely manner. Should not take 24 hours to make one kids tshirt. I was also unsatisfied with the final product. The shirt had lint stuck

Took 2 weeks for an order then they only did part of it gave me my shirt back day after about the 3rd deadline they missed! I know nobodys perfect but they didnt even seem to care about my inconvenience. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY TAKE IT WHERE IT WILL BE RESPECTED! #stayaway #badbusiness
