I come here because its convenient and because its a one stop shop situation, but may have to start going to an actual drug store. I was charged 72 bucks for prescriptions that I knew my insurance fully covered, was given misinformation by one of the pharmacists.. Had to get a reversal of payment after having the lady at the register run my insurance. Even though I was told that they had run my insurance and 72.00 was my portion, I knew better than that.. Also, always call and make sure to verify that they have the correct number of prescriptions ready because often times they will tell me its ready, I get there, and theyre missing one, then they look in the system and give some generic response like oh, we mustve missed that one, itll be ready in a couple hours. I think the communication amongst the staff is lacking. It makes me nervous that people who are this lackadaisical are responsible for preparing medicine. I always google the pills when I get them to err on the side of caution. Some of the staff is courteous.
Great service great prices
Very professional they always have my medication ready on time alot of time they get it ready before that time way better then cvs
End of the day, I get my meds at a great price.
Long lines. Wrong windows. Long lines. Understaffed. Long lines. Misdirections. Long lines. Chaos. Oh. Did I mention long lines ?
I love this pharmacy. They are very friendly and helpful. Even when its crowded they are able to maintain a level of excellence fpr their customers
Filled my prescription wrong by 60 pills and has not corrected it. I get put on hold then told to call back. Theyre not apologetic or timely.
It took a minute to fill price wasnt bad
I was told by the Pharmacist Manager at store #787in Riverdale to go kill myself by overdosing on my Anti Depression Medication. I called my medicine in days before I was out and the day it was to be ready I went to pick it up and I was told to go to the drop off window bc it wasnt ready. I go to the drop off window and the store associate explain to me that I can either pay for it or wait til the next day and let my insurance pay for it. I decided to come back and let my insurance pay for it and told her my decision. The next day I come back EXPECTING my medicine to be ready and it wasnt and I was told to go back to the drop off window. At this point I am frustrated bc I started having withdrawals from not having my meds. I am trying to explain to the Pharmacy associate what was told to me the day before and that I shouldnt have to keep going back to the drop off window and my meds were supposed to be ready days ago when I called it in on the automated refill line. The lines are long and there is only 2 Pharmacist working and the Manager says he will take me at the drop off window. He is trying to see why my medicine isnt ready so I am explaining to HIM the convo I had the day prior with the the other pharmacy tech. He tells me that my Insurance wont pay for the amount I have been taking daily and in the midst of me explaining that I have been taking 3 pills daily for months and not 2 he says You can go take them all of you want with this smug look on his face. I am having brain zaps, headaches and mood swings which I explained before that comment, all I wanted was my medicine. I get my medicine and leave but when I get in the car with my fiance It hits me that what he was saying was that he wouldnt have to deal with me anymore if I was dead!! How dare he say that to me!! I get home and I make a complaint to Corporate via Email, I call Corporate to make another complaint to make sure they know how I was treated.Having Depression, Anxiety and PTSD this has really disturbed me Mentally and Spiritually!! He will never get a chance to talk to anyone else like that. NO ONE should be spoken to like that by someone who took a oath to uphold respect and integrity to the customers he SERVE no matter what the situation was.
So unorganized. Came got my prescription filled waited for it to be ready only to get to the window and they couldn’t find that very prescription. Saw them hand a lady the wrong meds. Everyone is just running around lost while the line is ridiculously long. A pharmacy is the last place to have chaos.
I like this pharmacy.theres a small waiting time but the service is great
