This location needs to be closed and thoroughly cleaned. While shopping, Im standing in line and look to my right and there are roaches alive crawling on the candy. I start to take my stuff out of my basket to place on the belt to pay and yep two roaches on the belt. I just left and walked out. I was not trying to any little critters home with me. Walmart needs to get it together. Im going back to Target.....smh. I would have not even given them 1 star.

With the pandemic, places dont open until 8am. I have to be at work at 8am. Thank God this Walmart was open at 6am! I urgently needed a glucose meter. So thankful they had it!

I often shop at Walmart, but it only seems in our black neighborhoods seems like we dont care about out black customers.I get the impression that this Walmart management. Customers has to go to the parking lot to retrieve our own baskets and the parking lot is very dirty.

By far the worst Walmart. Dont see how anyone waste their time in this unorganized ghetto store. Cashiers move with so sense of urgency. Theyll have a full blown conversation with other employees before being some assistance to their customers. I literally drive 30 minutes just to go to a different one.

Went to return some items and got politely approached by a beautiful young lady at The WoodForest Bank. She asked did I want to open an account. I was on my way to get an oil change and said that I may come back. I did!!! Her name is Victoria and she was so so incredible. Quick and had great customer service. We talked about family and love as she set up my account. A great and wonderful experience and......as soon as she finished I got a text saying my truck was ready.

Always loved to going to Walmart shopping with my then girlfriend Tesha and her daughter Grace..I miss them both so much..it hasnt been long since we split and I think of the wonderful times we shared and being around her daughter who is so precious and smart as ever for a 3yr old.

I received great customer service from the electronics division! Everything else that I needed could be easily found as well. No long lines when I was checking out at around 5:40 pm.

Have to wait in line over 30+ just to purchase. They have 16+ registers with only 4 open like are all the way though the back of the store this does not make it plesant to shop!

Employees are rude and most dont know where anything is. The young employees act as if your are disturbing them when asking a question. They will run you over with the carts. Ignorance at their best. I am referring to the Walmart on Jonesboro Rd.

Typical Walmart if you see one youre seeing them all The only difference in experience from a Walmart to Walmart would be the professionalism or lack of professionalism of the staff. That seems to be the only thing that differentiates the location of the location of Walmarts. You have some staff members that are very helpful very helpful in some locations you cant even find an employee to assist you with locating an item.

I like Walmart because they simply have everything you need. The major reason I avoid shopping here and most locations is because they only have a few line open. And the lines go way back. Sometimes I want to go in and out quickly. Checking out can take up to 30-45 minutes. I dont understand having so many lines and none are open. Ive seen one Walmart in yearssssss open all lines located in Forest Park, GA.

I went to Walmart for an oil change on Saturday. I was smelling strong fumes when I left. I work in home health and spend hours a day in my car. Today, I decided to inspect my car. The fumes were becoming unbearable. I have been having nausea, dizziness and difficulty concentrating. They did not cover the oil tank.I paid for a service and am now sick due to negligence. I am furious because the fumes are hazardous.

Its a good store with decent selection. The only drawback is there are never enough registers open & the self checkout doesnt accept any cash - none of them do. If I need to pay with cash I have to choose one of 1-3 other registers open and wait in lines that, at times, wrap around other departments in the store. It is not an isolated incident. Ive been going to this store for months and its like that 9/10 times

This location is pretty good. The only issue I would mention, the long lines! They dont have enough staff, to open registers, but they can stand around to laugh n talk, and forget about the customers.

When I walked into the store, 2 of the employees were about to fist fight. Hard to get an associate to answer your questions. I was looking for houseplants, and asked the guy in that department if the SMALL rack of flowers that i was in front of was ALL they had in the store. He gave me a YEAH W/O looking up. So I decided to look a little further & saw a WHOLE BOATLOAD OF OTHERS just outside the patio door. I made sure to tell him, cause I m sure he knew they were there because there were TOOO MANY NOT TO KNOW. 1ST & PROBABLY LAST time at that store

Lines are always closed. They have so many registers and only have self check out and like 1 or 2 regular lines open.

I have mixed feelings about The corporate giant. I love the marked down bakery items. Cheesecake oh yes, they do have cheesecake 7grain bread, pies, everything french and Italian loafs. The shelvea are always stocked neatly

Produce is always thrown around. The bakery is never stocked as well as the meat and seafood area. Workers never know where anything is located or they say its not their area.

Need more cashiers lines always long managed by unprofessional personel

After 7:00 pm stay away if possible. The cashiers narrow down to 2 two lanes open and the line gets backed up towards the back of the store. There are lots of people in the store with shopping carts full or grocery. If you must go pack your patience.

This place is terrible! First of all, there were absolutely NO buggies on either side of the store. I had to go back outside and get one from the parking lot. I went to get a couple of fans due to the AC not working in my apartment but of course I cant just grab what I went for and leave without browsing around and grabbing other things so I spent about 40 minutes shopping. When I got to the checkout area, my mouth literally hit the floor! They had 4 registers open with one being the self checkout and one an express lane. The self checkout was card only which meant cash customers were forced to wait in line with the ones with 2 overflowing buggies of stuff no matter how many items they had. The self checkout line was backed up through the produce department and the other lines were backed up through the clothing department. They are often backed up like this! Its like they are shocked and surprised that people actually still go there so they dont bother even staffing Cashiers. You people who do the staffing know that people go to Walmart! Why are there never enough lanes open and no one getting buggies from the parking lot?? I normally drive all the way to Fayetteville when I need to shop but I had just got off work and thought I would just take a chance hoping I could just get in and get out. Needless to say, I left my buggy and walked out. Yes, I did! Since no one wanted to wait on Customers at the register, I gave them something to do by putting my buggy of stuff away. This is absolutely THE WORST Walmart consistently I have ever been to!

Alot quicker with the self cashiers now..But it made the real cashiers lazy. They dont want to do anything now not even answer a simple Question..Even the handicap have to do everything for themselves ♿😥🤷🏽‍♀️

Filthy. Never have baskets to shop with. Dont even have paper towels and solution for people who get their own baskets. Covid is too serious for them to be playing with the cleanliness of shopping baskets. Customers should be afraid to touch anything in stocks here, if you can even find what you need while carrying your groceries by hand. This Walmart needs a grand reopening with new management and a staff of people who actually want to work. Its sad when you have to choose a different Walmart over your own neighborhood Walmart. If I could give it no stars, I WOULD!

What we have here is your typical Walmart supercenter if youve been to one youve been to them all. The floor plan may be different but the end result is the same store for the cheap Chinese products. Yeah oh boy how much I missed Sam Walton He believed in buying American, As soon as he made his demise Boy did they change the makeup of the inventory there.

Shelves are never stocked anymore. Meat is limited. Cashiers and some of the deli/bakery workers have terrible attitudes. The parking lot is miserable. Only 1 entrance for is open so if you need pharmacy or gardening/dog food then get ready to still the entire store. Hope you have plenty of time to spare as coming to this location is never a speedy trip.

Place was a good place to shop, however when you get in the check out line they only took cards only. I would like to know what is up with this. Some machine was out of order. Things need to change because everyone dont want or like to use a card.

They dont deserve any stars I was standing in line at customer service @6:54pm about 4 different employees walk-in back and forth everybody see me standing there so I asked the young lady if they were open she gone say oh I thought you were waiting on somebody! Was standing in line at register 4 today 6/3/21 around 11am and the cashier with the blonde wig had her light on as normal. I stood there with two very full buggies for about 10 minutes then she rudely looked at me and said she was closed ... again.. light was on.. not feeling in the mood to argue I went to another line. She was NOT closed.. she rang up person after person. It took an additional 30 minutes to check out and of course she was still open and light on as I walked out. Moral of the story? If youre too damn lazy to do your job then QUIT. Some customers have large buggies full of things. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I tried over and over to call to speak to a manager and of course no one answered. She should be FIRED.

I wont even give Riverdale Georgia Walmart 1 star. I had to in order to get to this section. Did a oil change, waited over two hours before they even talked to me. After all that 3 days later my car now sounds and runs like a truck. Oil leaks everywhere. Been calling they wont answer. Didnt even reset check engine light. So many headaches and problems. If they stop focusing on the women that come there, maybe they can do things right and stay focused.

This Walmart if probably this second if not the worst Walmart on the Southside. The lines are always long, registers are never open, shopping carts are never inside the building when you need them and you have to go outside to get them. The managers at this facility they all need to be fired because logistically they dont know what the hell they doing! He always seems like this Walmart is not running things efficiently. Every time I go there Im always expecting to wait in a long line.

There is never any help at this location. You always see most employees talking among each other. But they rarely help you here at all. However the store is neat. The cashiers are nice at checkout. So its ok. Just a grab, & go store. 15mins tops

The staff are as rude as it comes. The deli staff always leave me at the counter for 1 lady to do everyone in line and they go huddle and socialize. Never any registers open maybe 3 for entire store. It has alot of stuff in stock, but there are alot of cash registers, but no cashiers. But it does have very long lines of customers trying to check out from self checkout and traditional cashiers. Better go elsewhere.

Online says Auto Care center opens at 7am no one came til 7:20am. I was told that the person that does the tires will get in sometime after 8:00 couldnt give me a definite answer. They definitely have no customer service and obviously cant get to work on time. I must say Walmart customer service is get bad.

Aisle are clean. Items be neat on the shelves. But we do Walmart a favor by self checkout. The least Walmart could do is accept our currentcy like they do in metro Atlanta. We save them money by Doing it ourselves. No employees necessary. And why do ever bag have to be searched. After we purchase the goods. They are our belongings. You can see the receipt. But not touch the bags. Not without a warrant. We need yall to catch up with the law that governs.

Associate in shoes wasnt very helpful. In-store prices online did not match with this stores particular location. Was shopping for tredsafe shoes for work and the shoes were a mess so much so I couldnt even find a correct size in the style that I wanted. Ended up paying for shoes I didnt even go there to buy and double the price.

No one is ever in the deli. I cannot get a rotisserie chicken to make chicken salad. Everything else is ok.

My experience today was really good, not only was the lines normal I actually got to walk up and check out instead of waiting in a line that is so long and the cashier was awesome she went above and beyond customer service was awesome and she really helped me out with my check out. I had to go get another item because the original one had a hole in the bag so when I made it back not only did she check the groceries out she also loaded my basket I was like wow to me thats above and beyond because that something she didnt have to do but she did it because she knew that would keep everything moving I wish I would have looked at her name tag

My sister ordered laundry detergent and they didnt have it and they came to the car with just the dryer sheets so we had to go find the laundry detergent somewhere else thank God for Kroger it was right across the street

I must say its been awhile since Ive been to this Walmart in Riverdale off of Highway 85, they look like they could use a remodel in certain areas of their store. Now it can definitely be coming soon as far as a remodel goes but other than that my experience was pleasant I had no complaints and I found exactly what I was looking for that day when I went in. Now the lighting on the other hand I dont know if its to save on electricity, but the lighting was kind of dim.

The store was dirty, filthy, merchandise was everywhere and out of place and there was no teamwork at all. Only two registers were open and the lines were long in both lines. There was a spill at the register of orange substance someone finally cleaned it up. Front End was horrible and No Management in sight. They need help at this Walmart Badly. Lots of young people working or lack there of, customer service needs to be taught over again at this particular Walmart. Forget about work everyone seems to be doing whatever they want from the looks of things.

Only reason Im giving 5 stars is because they had it. I searched for an item and it only showed that the item was an hour away online. Upon searching for the item, I found it with another on the shelf. Sometimes you cant trust the online inventory thats shown.

The one in Riverdale is nicely arranged in clean and you can find things as opposed to the one in East Point things are left to be desired

Big superstore! This Walmart had plenty of customers and not enough Cashiers. We waited behind about 6 people for about 40 minutes. They didnt even have much in their carts. Not sure what the hold up was. We needed swim trunks and goggles to go swimming and had bo choice really. No telling what other store lines looked liked. Bottom line, we didnt have much time to swim. The store also needs remodeling. Its so confusing to find things. Although, I like Walmart!

Stock was very low when I went. But bathrooms were relatively clean and lines were not too long. Checkout person was not having a good day I think.

Went for an oil change… oil was drained but oil was not refilled…engine seized up.. wal mart automotive is cancelled.. partially my fault for fully trusting incompetent wal mart mechanics to properly complete an oil change and not checking my oil before I left wal mart..

This store is very clean, but as with all Walmarts Ive been to very few cashiers. Also very disappointing that the self check out machines was card only. I know cash carrying is almost rare but some of us have social anxiety and cashiers are overwhelming.

I also visited the Walmart store in College Park, GA found what I was looking for but wasnt impressed. This location was dirty had trash and debris right in front of the door coming in the Pharmacy side and the inside wasnt all that comfortable and clean. Why isnt management not being conscious about their store and the upkeep of them as if its not important.

I found what I was looking for. The orice was ressonable. The customer service was good. However I was unable to takevof an item at the money center.
