Don’t sleep on this place they actually got good stuff !

I purchased a reclining couch in March of 2020 it stopped working towards the end of April before my sons birthday, I purchased a warranty but the owner and employees keep telling me they are waiting to replace it with the same couch and it is now august and the owner is never available now. The staff keeps asking for my name and number every time I call but still no resolution. I was happy about the furniture in the beginning but this is very poor service and I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I have been without a couch in my living room for almost 5 months and it’s just bad business!

Ben is not truthful at all. He will tell you ANYTHING just to get you to purchase. I took off work and waited home all day for a bed to delivered which they charge $80 && the bed was never delivered and when I called he played as if they were in route until the end of their business hours. AWLFUL customer service.

Went in on January 29, 2019 and ordered a bed frame, mattress and a box spring. The price was great for all three. Here’s the best part, we were told all deliveries were at a stand still due to the “snow day” that never came. However, as soon as we got home Abdel called and asked me if I wanted the set delivered that same day. The guys came, set it up and were out in about 30 mins. Excellent customer service and I will be returning.

I absolutely love them. The customer service is exceptional. Ive shopped their twice. They have a mass selection of furniture, rugs and more lol. They will figure out a way to get you financed. Great experience although the second time they had a new set of delivery drivers I DIDNT LIKE. but the manager made it up by PERSONALLY coming by my house and resolving my issue himself. Love them.

I love my sofa and loveseat! I was able to pay it off within 5 months. If youre looking for quality furniture but are on a budget, this would be an excellent option. I would definitely shop here again!

Im giving 5 stars 1 because of the unique designs of furniture and 2 the customer serviceThen I have to give a 2 star rating on finance service availability.... they only have options for people with challenged credit ... I didnt like that!!! My credit is good but I could only do business with them based on a set up as if credit was challenged and the option was definitely not in my credit worthy interest.

Drove out of the way to this store. Looked up online hours showed open, sign in window said open, hours on door said Sunday hours open til 6 PM. Its 338 knocked on window, pulled on door, no one home. Guess I have to spend my money elsewhere.
