Rent-A-Center literally was going to charge me DOUBLE for the same Queen bed that I bought from Nulook. It was easy getting approved, and the process afterward was pretty straightforward. Nu Look furniture has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. However, getting my furniture delivered was horrible. My purchase date was March 5th. It is now the 16th. They told me that my window frame for delivery was from 10am -2pm. And that the delivery person would called an hour ahead of time. So I told them I couldnt do that cause I wouldnt make it home from work on time. So they scheduled it for Saturday. So I called at 1:47. They told me my time frame is from 10am-6pm. So I told them I could have had it delivered on a week day if they had 10-6 at first. All I am saying is, it is taken too long for my diningroom table to be delivered. And they are literally less than 30 minutes away from my home.

I applied with their financing co. and was approved, however their merchandise is extremely overpriced.I went to fancy furniture instead and was extremley pleased the kicker same finance co and merchandise much cheaper though.

I arrived there on a Sunday 35 mins before closing and the staff still provided excellent customer service. They were patient and very helpful. Cashmere has an awesome spirit and was very heplful. I will be shopping here alot. Btw the merchandise is GREAT.

I called a week ago to schedule delivery because my Babyshower is tomorrow 3/11/2018. I had to call Monday - Thursday to get an actual delivery date which was today 3/10/2018 from 2-6 I started calling the store at 6 & was told the guys are running behind but are on their way & theyll call when theyre headed to you. It is now 9:32 pm the store closed at 8pm, nobody has called me, I have no living room furniture and my Babyshower is tomorrow. At 8months pregnant this is lots of stress that I really dont need right now, Thanks Nu Look Furniture, Riverdale, GA

Ordered furniture 16 days ago. I was told by Shawn at the Riverdale location that the products would be delivered on today July 20th between 9 to 5. An hour later I receive a call stating that delivery would be between 10 to 6. After 5 p.m. I place a call trying to understand when the products would be delivered since the employees Of the company were a bit confused. By this time I am mad because Crystal is rude to me threatened to fight me and now Im screaming at her. I contacted the Ackworth location, spoke with DD she claimed to have gotten in touch with delivery. Now they are saying their phones are dead. Next they claimed they were held up at another clients home for 3 hours and that yhe goods would be delivered by 9 p.m. mind you the establishment closes at 8. It is now 9 p.m. no call no show nothing but lies and bad business. I will never deal with this company again. They jusy lost a customer for good and anybody that I know considering dealing with them I will be there to deter any notion. These people do not deserve to be open. Do not use nu look furniture. Crystal fat puffy ass, Im after your job. DD you didnt have to lie, so Im after your job too & Shawn as well. They conduct terrible business. Please dont deal with them.

I recently purchased a $320.00 coffee table from the Riverdale location.. nobody from the store bothered to contact me letting me know the table had arrived for pickup, I reached out to them an discovered it had arrived. On 07/15/2017 I went to pick up the table, I was instructed by the store manager Crystal to pull around on the side of the building, as she gave me 2 boxes to load in my truck, although it should have been 3 boxes.. upon arrival at home is when I discovered Im missing some items, I immediately called back to the store, spoke with the manager Crystal, who blamed the warehouse for not shipping all the parts, an Ill have to wait until Monday to get them. Approximately 20mins pass by and Crystal called me back stating the items were in the store, an she overlooked giving them to me, and informed me that I would have to come back a 2nd time to pick them up, which I informed her I was very busy, an it would be inconvenient, I asked if someone can deliver them, she stated because I did not pay for delivery nobody could deliver them, which I thought was terrible customer service.. she then initially suggested meeting up with me, but after i contacted another location to make a complaint she then said she refuse to meet me to bring me the items that i paid for, an that SHE FAILED to give me, which I thought was unprofessional, childish, and petty.. if shes the best Nu Look Furniture can hire as a manager, they will lose business an be closed soon.. they have just lost a customer, an I would NOT recommend a dog shopping there, Ill stick with American Signature! Lesson learned being cheap, sometimes gets u cheap an unprofessional customer service.
