Sorry but even though one of the ladies try to help she was so rude and unprofessional, while giving me a price when I asked and switching to a higher price once gotten to the register. Bad business

Close a hour early for what reason when they closes on Saturdays at 6pm

This is my first time at this location I’ve been sitting out here since 8:52am it is now 9:20am and nobody has come to open the building. Very unprofessional!!!

I came here to purchase a TV. This is how they operate here; the sign on the door says they open at 9am but the black lady came to the door after us standing there for 20 minutes past 9am and told us she will not open until 10:30am, smh. I was told most Cash America pawn shops are ghetto ran by unprofessional black ladies that need a man in their lives. I wish there was a Zero 🌟.

Absolutely awful experience!! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff that shared a disrespectful attitude and nasty mannerism. Customer service skills are nonexistent. I will not be returning and I will be certain to share with Everyone in my circle, to bring their business elsewhere. Training is most definitely needed, professional employment training as well as good home training. .....an embarrassment to our community.

I’ve had my share of transactions with Cash America but I love this location. Kendall and Chris are outstanding and awesome. They always go over and beyond to help me. They’re patient and if I’m pressed for time they never forget to contact me regarding my needs. Thank you guys so much! I will be back! Even if it’s just to drop in and check on you guys!

They sell broken items and they put it out there to sell to customers. This pawn shop is ghetto some of the employees are good. The others are hood rat to death.

I get the deals I needed for an affordable price, the workers Ty and Ms.V make the pawnshop an enjoyable experience for me. I recommend them as well as the manager Chris

This place is terribly slow. Employees talking loud about anything. Associate Ben is absolutely the worst. Talking about taking a break with customers in the store 30 minutes before closing. I will never return.

These people DO NOT care about their customers. You can tell theyre just here for a check. They walk around dragging there feet and spending waaay too much time talking and laughing and not caring that the line gets longer and longer and thats with 3 workers at the counter..this place sucks

Terrible customer service employees including manager dont care if you buy. I was shocked when I asked to speak to a manager and the person was the manager. Had me waiting in there for over 30 minutes just to ask a question and then another 30 minutes just to answer it. Then the price on what I wanted to purchase was incorrect so was the information they didnt care to correct it I will never go back
