Most of the staff is awesome and helpful, but there is something odd going on with corporate pull at this store, I cant seem to get real invoices from them for a charge account. Any other ace will auto send them via email when a purchase is made. They even sent printed copies of cashier receipts in the mail instead of a print out when we requested a balance statement. And they arent even legible once copied cause their ink is light blue. Paying them shouldnt be so hard.

These guys are great. They will order you anything you need if they dont have it in stock. The store is just so nice and clean too. Everything is easy to find, but the guys who work there will point you in the right direction quick. They will walk you over and find exactly what you need. The employees make your trip quick and pleasant.

This store does place an emphasis on service. Easy to find someone to help you. Prices are a bit high, but deals can be found. The rewards program can be good, but not always. I only wish for more product off season.

If you need to shop at ACE, make the drive to Lander and visit that store. You will save yourself endless headaches!

This is great! They are working with the central wyoming aviary to adopt out the parrots. The people on the phone are very friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anyone!

AVIOD THIS STORE!!!!!!The cashier was horrible while I was there. I had a return to the store, with a receipt. Everything in the bag matched the receipt. My daughter went to get parts for her dad, used her husbands rewards number and her fathers debt card. After being questioned by the cashier I began to get loud shouting at the girl. She called 3 people to come stand by her as I was getting loud. I HAD the receipt mind you. The manager Tim then said to me we have these policies we have to fallow. He then said for all we know you could have taken that out of anyones house or car. So now not only have you made me super upset and angry you people are calling me a thief and a fraudster. Ace Hardware this customer will not only Never spend another penny in that store I will be posting it all over everywhere telling all my friends and family not spend their money there either.

Looking at display, picked up a small box to read details and glass (looked like metal) fell off and broke. Guy attendant made me pay for it. I did and left the other half of set there as I dont even drink. I work at Rocky Mt and if anyone breaks something we dont make them pay for it. Very bad pr. I use Ace lots but wont anymore. I can go to Walmart. That thing at Ace only cost Ace half of marked price but that bad pr will cost them much more as Im telling all. Tina Moore

The staff is great, as are the selection and prices.

Normally Im in and out without much hassle. The prices can be a little on the higher side but if you know exactly what you need, Ive never failed to find my hardware needs here.

Store is a reg Ace store. 3 guys tried helping but their inventory was off and didnt have what I was looking for. I can see being off 1 gal of paint but they were off 7.

I bought one of the plastic wheel barrels just a little over a months about 32 days took it in to exchange it I didnt have a receipt but I did have the document off of my checking account where I bought it and they were very helpful and exchanged it for me
