I took my dad in for an evaluation, he has had hearing aids forever and we thought he just had no hearing left. Turns out he could benefit from the new technology in hearing aids. Mike showed us the options available with no sales pressure. A truly great overall experience.

Went in for a free hearing test. Mike was very thorough and explained in detail why I would benefit from hearing aids. I took the plunge and in talking with friends and associates who purchased theirs from the warehouse stores, Im glad a paid a little more and went with mine. They regularly have me come in for checkups at no charge. I chose a rechargeable set and am super happy with their performance. Highly recommend.

My hearing loss is congenital and requires hearing aids on the power end of the spectrum (most recent purchase; Phonak Naida Paradise P90-UP for reference). This means I’ve been in and out of offices such as this my entire life. This is my shout-out to the Riverton, Utah office where Kayla Vecchiarelli lent her expertise and knowledge in helping me get set up with my most recent purchase. For those unfamiliar with this piece of kit, the Phonak Naida is not a simple piece of tech. Kayla was just so effective (and patient!) in connecting the dots I needed in order to meet my specific needs and get me back on the road to interacting with the world around me. If you are in within range…this is the office to go to and Kayla is the professional to see.

Heard an offer on KSL about My Hearing Centers and their latest earring aids, bonus you can try them for free no risks and you get entered into a drawing for a pair of free hearing aids. So I call and I am one of the first 50! I schedule my appointment and go in. They were very friendly but did not get entered in the drawing, they did not say a word about that. And after they contact my insurance and I pay for the hear aids up front then I can take them and try them. If I dont like them then I can return! What! This would be after my insurance paid out so I would not get that back! Very disappointed!

Thank you for your rapid response. Once you get used to not having to shout, it is hard to go back to shouting for communication. You have been very concerned about our comfort and use of the aids. We thank you for that. We will be back I Utah in June and will come by.

I found the Hearing center on a web search two years ago. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I have a bad case of tinnitus and after reviewing the products available I chose the hearing devices that best fit my needs. After two years my opinion has only improved. The staff is professional and kind, I highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was convinced that my wife was mumbling and intentionally talking too soft for me to hear her. it was annoying. and frustrating. It couldnt possible be my fault. Brandon was very diplomatic and thorough in testing and explaining the hearing loss I was suffering. The new hearing aides I tried on in the office convinced me that maybe my wife wasnt the problem. My husband and I both went to the Riverton My Hearing Center. They explained what kind of tests they would perform to check our hearing and also checked our ears. After the tests were given they explained the results in easy and simple to understand language. There was no push, insistence, or obligation to purchase a hearing aid. I was very impressed with the professional way it was handled.

If you worry you have hearing loss and may need hearing aids, these guys can help you out. Ive seen a few audiologists and none have ever mentioned hearing aids to me. A few months before I went here I talked to an audiologist and asked him about hearing aids and he was certain they wouldnt do anything for me. A friend that has similar hearing loss to mine then recommended I check out My Hearing Centers because they actually have trial hearing aids so you can wear them and hear the differenceSince I got my hearing aids, almost a year ago now, I dont have to ask people to repeat themselves nearly as often and have much more confidence in know I hear people correctly.They carry several different brands and will recommend a brand to you if youve never had hearing aids before. Be warned that hearing aids are expensive though! They do offer financing and it can even be at 0% if youre credit score is good, but if youre opposed to taking loans, save up at least $5000-$7000 for hearing aids if you think youll need them!

Mike Rogers the audiologist treated my 90 year old parents like gold. It takes a lot of patience and compassion to work with seniors. Mike exemplifies these traits admirably. He could have easily sold my mom new hearing aids but instead checked the warranty on her existing hearing aids found out that thet were still covered and advised her that he could get them working well for her again. Then he took 30 minutes helping her with them and did just that.. To top it off he didnt even charge for his services. We will definately go back and see Mike again.

I am a new hearing aid user. My experience with the Riverton office of My Hearing Center has been very good. Mike was excellent in getting me off to a good start and now Brandon is serving me very well. Mike and Brandon both taught me the nitty gritties of using the aids effectively. I like the fact that there is a lot of follow-up and routine cleanings and tune-ups. Chelsea has been good to help teach me the ropes and let me drop-in and get my wax buildup issue resolved quickly.
