We recently purchased an Enviropack 2 trailer from Powerline Industries and took advantage this past weekend of their training program at their facility. As a contractor in business for 20 years, I put a high standard on customer experience and level of service. I cannot say enough of the experience working with Powerline. From the quoting, to production, and through the training program we were treated with top notch service. We ordered our rig late, and they still were able to produce the equipment in time for us to train on it! That in itself is a big kudos to the leadership as well as staff for the willingness to do that for us. We also called in the morning it was scheduled to go out for delivery with a last minute addition and they were happy to oblige.The quality of equipment is unparalleled, as was the craftsmanship of the trailer. I will, without question, be coming back to Powerline/Powerwash for ALL future purchases because I have experienced first hand the level of service and support that is required in this business.Mo and Lori were class acts and we appreciate the level of dedication and time put in by the staff to produce the amount of information that we left with.
