Have been doing business with them for years. Never have been disappointed. Delt with Mr West this time. He quoted a great price. Made an appointment, no problems. Day of the appointment I was going to be late. Called to tell them. NO PROBLEM. He asked me to call when I was on my way. When I got there Mr West was not there but the man behind the desk had the information. He got me right in, no wait. Got the bill and it was less then quoted. GREAT COMPANY. They more than I asked for and for less money.

Purchased a cover for my two dodge trucks. One in November and had a cover put on. Didn’t quite fit right, took it back after my vacation and they fixed it right away. Had them put the other one on today. Fits great, both times salesman showed me and my wife how to open and close them. Highly recommend this store!!

The bed cover I had them install on my 2011 Silverado 10 years ago still looked like new and I had not had any issues with it when I recently sold the truck.I had them install the ACI Access Literider on my new 2021 Silverado this week. I was pricing a truck cap for my new F-150. I walked into Mid-West Truck Accessories on Fort Street in Riverview, MI and was greeted by Tim. Tim was very personable and trusting and I ended up buying an ARE truck cap to match the color of my truck and they had it in stock. The next day they installed it and the installation was perfect. Color matched, installation great and the cap looks great as well. I am very happy with my purchase and the quality of their products and installation. Tim was a great salesperson, helpful and knowledgeable. I will go back there again.

Mike and Tim Did an excellent job hooking me up with all my 1500 RAM truck accessories! The roll up bed cover and bedliner are 1st rate. The running boards are a perfect Fit. When they scheduled me in for 1 hr the work was complete. The show room is outstanding with workable bedliner examples probably 12 to choose from. Mid-west truck is a horrible place to deal with! I went in on a recommendation that retract tonneau cover was the best, and the company was a good company to deal with. When I was waiting for my cover to be put on, the salesman that sold me mine. Was telling a new customer that is it the best cover they have. Well, let me tell you it’s not, first, it leaks, second it’s not lined up evenly, third they scratch the top of the base of the truck putting it on where they had a meeting about that in the evening of installation. Because I complained after looking at more closely. So this cover will make you loose one third of your bed that they don’t tell you about, because they don’t have the cover underneath on one of the displays that the gentleman showed me. Plus they wanted to sell me a 2020 bed mate to get your money even though you have a 2021 truck. I bought a 2021 mat from the factory. When I went there today to talk about it, someone that I didn’t explain my problem to, he said unfortunately I can’t help you on your top. I didn’t even talk to him about it, never even came out to see the truck or the leakage or the alignment or the scratches that they put in in it. All I can say is run fro this place. You better off ordering something and installing it yourself.then it’s on you. The I never used a company like this before, but I’m 67 with health problems and I thought I would pay the 2000.00 dollars and let someone else do it. What a mistake. Oh yeah, we’re talking about a 75 thousand dollars truck that they don’t mind putting scratches on or don’t care if it leaks. Run from this place as fast as you can. I’ll probably have to keep this cover, but if I can help someone else from getting rip off I’ll eat it. Stay away from Mid-West covers or caps or what ever they call there-selves. I called 15 minutes after I left your place of business to complain about the scratches, and that the cap wasn’t line up equally on both side’s. (Tape measure) I called within a couple of days to complain about the cap leaking. I noticed you sign that you bought used caps, which it’s not up now. I will eat the cap, that’s my mistake for not researching it better. I thought you could of work with me on it, but you first respond was there nothing you can do. So that’s what’s upsetting when you pay 2000.00 dollars. What’s a backflip? 600.00 dollars or a little more. I’m just trying to get the word out to customers that can’t afford to blow off this experience. You have a good day Steve. I will not respond anymore and I’ll see what other avenues I can look into.

I have been thinking about this for a week or two..I have been a long time customer (20 years). The guys they have in there now are top notch. They are extremely busy fellas. I had a tonneau cover, bug deflector, vent visors and some step bars installed. Matt took his time goinging over every option on the tonneau cover and step bars. He went through all the pros and cons from the cheapest to the most expensive. He talked me into the Access Limited and 4 inch step bars. I already knew what I wanted for the vent visors and bugsheild. When I was there he told me it would take about 2 hours. They had probably 5 or 6 other customers they were dealing with. When they were caught up with their customers Matt went and gave the installers help. You can tell he is a team player and cares about his customers. Tim is the gentleman who ended up cashing me out when my truck was done. He took his time and went outside with me to show me how everything works and went over everything. Im sorry this is long but I felt these guys needed to be congratulated on there professionalism. They are a good team and seem to work very well with each other. Like I said in the beginning I have been a long time customer and this was the best experience Ive had there. I dont know how long these gentleman have been working there but they know there stuff and they are great people to deal with. I will be back hopefully and I will send all my family and friends to see them.Gods BlessingsJames

Lots of trouble with Leer company, waited over 5 1/2 months for a cap that was damaged twice (once unrepairable) and new cap lost in transit. Cannot necessarily blame Mid-West for all the problems, but cannot recommend Leer for valid customer service either...Update: I must say I am very appreciative of how Matt at the Riverview store followed up with my issues and helped us out with our dilemma with Leer. Thank you for your assistance and again I am very pleased with Mid-West for doing what they could to make the purchase of my new truck cap a better experience...

The last place I went told me my tonneau cover was too short and wouldnt fit my truck, they proceeded to try and get me to buy a new one. I found Mid-West online and figured I go get a second opinion, not only were they able to put it on but it only took around 35 -40mins even tho they said a hour. I didnt even have a appointment but they were more than happy to take care of me! The installation was $69 which is more than fair in my opinion. I dealt with Matt West, good guy and a straight shooter. If you need something for your truck dont hesitate to give these guys a call. Thanks Mid-West Truck!

Absolutely the finest truck upfit company I have dealt with. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, and seemed to have my best interests in mind. The mechanic I spoke with, and worked on my truck, Jon, was an expert at his trade, and took care of my truck like it was his own kids truck. Very helpful and friendly atmosphere. If anyone is looking for accessories for their vehicle,I would definitely shop here. Not to mention their discounted prices compared to other shops. I definitely will be shopping here again.

They do an okay job installing a lid but stay away if there is anything more involved. More specifically any electrical work. I was told when I bought the lid that the wiring would be done inside the truck. I should have inspected the work better before leaving. They used quick wire taps on wire under the truck where weather could easily get to the exposed wire also they ran the power and ground up to the battery without any loom even though the wire came with a full length loom. I know from now on if you want something done right do it yourself or at the very least dont go to them.

I bought a tonneau cover and a set of running boards a few years ago. They were great!! Both the product and the service. But now a couple years later I needed some truck items and went to their website and after every item I looked at it said click for quick quote. I want to know the price now not wait for a price. No prices is why I gave them only 2 stars.They have great products and I feel at a specialty store you are going to pay a higher price so why try to hide it.

Top notch Service, I wanted a cover for my truck, Walked in on a Saturday, Matt the sales guy showed me what they had in stock, No need for appointment. I was in and out within a hour.

I bought a truck cap in VA and was told I shouldnt have trouble sending it out to another email location. That would be if this smug Joe here didnt want to rip me off for a $200 install. During my venture out here Ive found 2 other stores out of my work schedule range that would do it for $80 or $100. You will spot this smarmy Joe and instantly identify him and even further confirm this as his mannerisms kick in.The funniest thing about this whole scenario was he felt entitled to extra money saying he wasnt going to make anything off of it, but I had immediate additional work to do on the cap, and also just bought an F150 that will be getting many upgrades.This Joe wont be making enough money on them either, stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

I have to admit I was not impressed with this place at all. I would say the lack of enthusiasm probably was the largest detractor.They have several different offerings when it comes to truck caps. Seemed like I saw different manufacturers like Leer and Are and possibly Jason.They also provide other services such as berliners, tonneau covers and wheel well inserts.I guess I see places like Car City and how they really get into what they sell.I would go here if I needed something I couldnt get somewhere else but other that I cant recommend the place.
