@D Lub: I did - I waited THREE months and am now trying to get ahold of someone to cancel my order. The mildly unpleasant lady who normally answers the phones just... isnt.Dont do it, folks. Its just not worth the heartbreak.Edit - My review is for the Canadian outlet, but it sounds like the US outlet is no better.

I ordered parts from this company and they took over 4 months to come in! At first I thought this company was a scam because every time I asked for shipping updates they didnt give me a straight answer. I was uncertain when their order would get to their facility and had my car immobile for months because of it. If I knew how long it was going to take I wouldnt have ordered them in the first place. I hope you dont have to go through the headache that I went through.

First of all they offer parts they dont even have. Take your money then silence. When you contact them. You get we have to make them it will be 6 to 8 weeks just to make them then add process to ship and shipping time. P.S.A. they dont make them they order them from China. When ask why Im still waiting I was told what is your problem people have been waiting since February for their parts. Excuse wait for it........Covid. The excuse every lazy, poor work ethic, poor customer service companies use.

*** DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ***. I placed an order April 6th. I was told 5 weeks to be delivered because they were from China. I was subsequently told my parts arrived in the U.S 2nd week of May. I guess Canada has moved. Its July 5th and still no parts. Same old excuse COVID. That worked for the first 7 weeks. Not anymore. The will NOT respond to email or answer phone calls. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with these folks. Hopefully this helps someone out and youre not disappointed like myself and the others on here.All the best!!

Terrible customer service, someone respectful needs to be answering the phones, very rude. placed an order for rockers, and had to cancel my order after i followed up and was told it was going to take 3 weeks for them to make them and another week to ship. so a month to receive a set of rockers, aint nobody gonna wait that long.

Stay away its a scam, ordered rocker panels over 6 weeks ago, so far been told.......there shipper has been sick....there backlogged on orders.....we will get these out to you by the end of this week......you will have a fedex tracking number today....its a scam stay away from them.

Older review from 2019. Order wheel arches for my 02 Sierra, parts arrived and were the proper ones . Not sure why they get so many bad reviews. I just ordered rocker panel without reading the reviews hopefully I get what I ordered

I placed an order for 95 -99 dodge neon rockers. I got told something differently every time i called. Now I am out of a customer and 90 dollars.

Item took months to arrive and came damaged, poor customer service

Ordered a roll pan in June. Everytime I called for an update got a different story. First it was covid then is was backordered then it was in a US warehouse then it was discontinued. Finally was told two weeks ago they had to source it from a Canadian supplier. So here we are in November and part finally arrived but it was the wrong part. I an hardly wait to see what happens next. Will never deal with these clowns again.

Worst service I have ever had ordering parts for a truck . Kept getting the run around saying it’s going to be on the next shipment which never arrived. Never will I ever order from these guys do yourself a favour order somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment.....

Odered from Canada store in windsor been waiting over a month for simple rockers for a customers truck

Order arrived poorly packaged and damaged in shipping. Bedsides for a s10 pickup if they did not get damaged they still would be the worst fitting poorly made repop i have ever seen.body lines not even close to matching. I am guessing made with a bead roller from memory with no care of getting repeat customers.

Ordered rocker panels, they never even shipped them. Tried calling and sending emails, never got an answer. They just stole my money.

Ordered a panels that they didnt have in stock (Ontario) so they had to shipping in from states, which my mistake I placed my order on July 4th (us holiday). However i still received my panels to my front door, in only 2 business days, very fast shipping and phone I havent had best luck but email 100% great communication success.

Panels are poorly made with ZERO attention to details. They are simply generic bed floor panels with a vague attempt at resemblance to the original.DO NOT USE FOR A RESTORATION!!!! They do not match, the ribs are wrong, they spacing is wrong g, basically no good at all other than for patch panels in a cheap car.

Shipment was here in two days just what I wanted and very reasonable price

Parts did show up; however, they were not for my car. Contacted company a few times with little to no response about returning the pieces. Only got one response email which was not helpful. Customer service is pore, completion of requested services is pore. They were prompt with taking my money though!Would highly recommend this company is not used for anything.

Dont buy parts from this company!
