This morning I went to your location on Blue Heron and US1 in Rivera Beach Florida. I have to compliment one of your associates: Angel C. he truly went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue I was having, and even recommended the proper brush and spray to clean my car parts so that I would not be damaging my new battery. He was calm, kind and thorough while explaining the 3 year replacement warranty and was able to find a reasonable solution to ensure my satisfaction.Quality customer service like I experienced today is exactly why THIS is the AutoZone I repeatedly shop at.... What a great experience! My check engine light came on, I stopped by Autozone were Merrill helped me out with there scan tool, pulled the active code and assessed that it was something very simple and nothing to panic over (we are traveling from and back to SC) and we will get home without issue.Thank you Merrill!

Merrill was the best parts employee I have ever encountered. His trust in me to loan me the stores jump charger so I could go home and bring my car back was a true act of faith since he wasnt supposed to do it. My battery died a few days ago so I had to walk to Auto Zone, when I arrived Merrill was there to greet me he was very knowledgeable and professional. Let me go ahead and tell you the story of how Michael G from AutoZone saved my life today.I went to get my battery charged because the warning light was on and I was worried the car was gonna die in the middle of the road. I got there he took the battery of and put it to charge, after 45 minutes the battery didnt charged and the alternator was most likely the problem, we replaced the battery and put it in the car. I asked him for curiosity where the alternator was and while looking around he found the v belt completely DESTROYED. found the problem, look for a new belt, stood outside 2-3 hours trying to replace it, had to take a bigger belt, finally snapped it in, the whole car is running completely fine now, no warning signs on, if you are reading this Mike, the warning lights that were on when I left turned off by themselves after 2 minutes, no noise, no shaking, the Ac is working again..... man, I must likely own you my life at this point, if corporate is reading this, give this man a raise and a promotion, he deserves it soooooo much.

The customer service here is great. I came in to get windshield wiper blades I had no idea what to look for the Manager Tanya helped me find what I was looking for and also helped me install them. A busy place but staff is always helpful.

It was apparent on my visit that customer service is a priority at this location. When I entered the store, I was greeted by Merrill. I described the issue I was having with my care, and we thought to test the battery. All within 15 min my battery was tested; he showed me where it was reading a bad battery. He then explained my warranty and replaced the bad battery in my car. This location is by my job, not by home; with that said, I found my new AutoZone.

Both customer service agents were very friendly and helpful. Angel helped me install my air filter and was so nice!

Including free battery test and charges. Alternator test (free). Need a light bulb changed, give them six feet and they will have them switched out while your shining bright before the moon takes over. Car making funny noises, get your diagnostic test done for (free )to take to a mechanic in case you need a second opinion. They honor those who have served this country so let them see you military or veterans Id for a little something sweet. Got a mechanic that needs parts at a discounted price. Have them sign up with Autozones Commercial account. These are the people you probably see everyday and dont realize how much they mean to you. So mask up, give them some space,an with patience and love let keep America moving forward. Last but not least I obtained all this information through Ms.Tanya Grant. Im extremely angry with the service that I received tonight! I arrived at your store at 7:50 and was told that your establishment was closed. The sign on your door states that you guys close at 9pm. Two guys came to the front door and stated that you close at 8, I said well its 7:50 can I come in! They saif its closed. I have already paid my mechanic to be at my house at 6:30 to do my brakes. I only had an hour for my lunch break and had no time to run to another store. Now I have to inconvenience my morning and go to the store tomorrow. I called the district manager and left a voice message and will update after I hear from them!

Gavin M. made my autozone experience painless and simple. His customer service was on point. I have been to this location several times. He is very professional and efficient. He has replaced my battery and ran the reader on my car with my check engine light on. My car was not in the best of shape, but he was very patient. AutoZone in Riviera Beach FL has a very friendly staff. I tested for a bad battery and Elie assisted the purchase, including the pros and cons, best warranty, best cranking amps, installing and replacement if the battery is defective. Also, he was knowledgeable about what I wanted instead of what was recommended.

Shop at this Auto zone quite frequently in Riviera Beach. I like their genuinely warm neighborhood vibe and always willing to help or find someone else that can help if needed.Still a bit astounded though in these days when a company finds they made a mistake and one that I wouldnt have caught, brings it to my attention and in this case after receiving a wrong battery for my vehicle the first time and it not holding up to warranty, they gave me a brand new one and the correct one. Schneider gave great customer service while assisting in helping check my engine. My check engine piece was a bit broken and he had to do a little extra work then normal to hold the piece down while hooking up the device to it. Greatly appreciate his service this morning.

They normally have the parts and service and if it has to be ordered that is not an issue. My experiences have made me comfortable with AutoZone, regardless of the branch.

The service here was outstanding. The attendants went well above and beyond to make sure my needs were meet. They manager on duty was as nice and professional and curtious as she could be. Customer service is good but the surrounding area looks lot creepy after sunset. It is ok to buy your product and run back to your car. Visited 3 times so far never had issue with the customer service.
