My husband had been looking for his retirement truck for months but was having a hard time finding the one he wanted because of the vehicle chip shortage. The truck that he wanted was a Nissan Titan Pro 4X which is similar to the Ford Raptor. He decided on the Titan because Nissan had a much better warranty (a 5 year, 100K mile bumper to bumper warranty) My husband had been dealing with Roy from Performance Nissan in Pompano who promised him $7,000 in incentives but they were trying to talk him into a truck that they had on the lot instead of what he really wanted. When that didnt work, they told him that they would find the truck at another dealer within the next two days and then call him back. Not only did they not find the truck but they never called us back and we didnt get the incentives because they expired while we waited for then to get back to us. My husband then called several dealers from Miami all the way up to North Carolina and none had the truck in the color he wanted but they all said that they look for it. Ken from I-95 Nissan called my husband back and told him he found the exact truck in black just like my husband wanted. The very next day, we went and bought the truck.... It was exactly the right price, color and model that he wanted. We dealt with CJ, Ken and the fiance guy and it was a smooth and easy process and they were all very friendly and professional. We highly recommend I-95 Nissan in Riviera Beach!

After management following up on my concerns with the rogue they have provided a resolution that is acceptable .I was able to trade the vehicle in giving me higher than estimated Kelly book value from the Rogue to the Murano . The best car buying experience ever! From first call to the dealership, to driving off the lot. The sales associate (Yadira) was super helpful, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, she gave us so much helpful information, walked us through all of our options, NEVER pushy, and even showed us how to use the technology in the car.I would go back to her again because she didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. My husband called and asked if they had the model car (2022 Nissan Pathfinder) we wanted. We gave her all of my requirements a of what I was looking for. When I arrived, she had the vehicle waiting. We took it for a test drive & loved it. Then saw the same model car with more of every thing and ended up getting the more expensive model. After that, the financing portion was a breeze. The finance guy was helpful and not pushy. Explained all of our finance options with transparency.The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Usually car dealerships always seem like they are judging you to see if you can afford their prices. Not at I-95. I had such a great experience, I would go back there again. They were all friendly people who were there to help and get it done fast. Glad we chose I-95 Nissan.
The worst service center I have ever been to. It took a hour and a half to do a oil change (thats with the vehicle already in the air) the mechanic doing the oil change kept leaving to talk and laugh with other mechanics. When it was finally finished it took another 41min to get the key from the service desk. The so called customer service representative kept taking customers instead of getting the ones thats BEEN waiting out the door. Avoid this dealership at all cost.
Very disappointed in my service adviser. She blamed me for ordering the wrong tires. She caused me to have to rent a vehicle for an extra day. I was not called about my tire issue until mid afternoon the day I was supposed to pick up my car. For her to tell me I told her a tire size which I did not! Then she thought it was correct to try to correct me as I was paying my bill. She was very rude and unprofessional and I knowledgeable. I sold cars for 8 years and I have never seen this kind of treatment. I now will drive to west palm or Stuart or PSL for my vehicle needs.

Great experience buying a car!!!Have been to many dealerships in the past and have bought many cars in the past but have never had such an easy experience as I did with I-95 Nissan.Didnt have to deal with all the crazy haggling and the let me go get my manger stuff. Was straight forward and offered a very honest price. The sales rep Kevin was great, very knowledgeable and not pushy. The gentleman handling the financing was also very knowledgeable and explained everything I detail.Was in and out so quick, still cant believe how easy it was. Highly recommend this place!!!

My car just needed to reset to factory code due to battery change just days prior. I know this because years ago the same happen & I just brought it in and Nissan reset it without charging due to courtesy and my long term service relationship. Due to money hungry service they insisted on diagnostic hookup to get &99.00 & charged me a $ 14.00 shop fee/tool and for what? I asked for a car wash which they didn’t. They didn’t text me to let me know my car was ready and sitting out front. I happened to look for it after 3 hours and half had passed. Very disappointed. I know it’s a new ownership and eas advised they couldn’t pull a history of my expensive item I bought from you all over 2 years ago which cost appx 8500.00 which corporate help pay for when I contacted them. They rectified my issues which I appreciate. Thanks Rich!

Very poor customer service from service advisor Jay I came in an hour prior to closing reasonable timing for a simple oil change and was declined service because he’s too busy worrying about getting off on time. I work for public transit and only had this opportunity to come here for service where I purchased my car and do all services here. Very disappointed and I accommodating to the customer. I will not return they need to bring Pete Wyman back to train these inconsiderate young men

Be careful with these guys. They ripped me off. I saw a listing for a used car here that I was looking for with an advertised price that fit my budget. After calling and speaking to a sales person about the vehicle, I am promised that it is clean, no issues, perfect condition etc. So I make the 3 hour drive to the dealer, test drive the car, and its not in perfect condition nor is it clean. In fact it was disgusting. (Food in the seats, empty alcohol cans hidden under seats, etc all things I found after I purchased it). Fine, I can clean it. But to make matters worse, the windshield had a crack in it that was perfectly covered up by the dealers stickers so I never could notice it until we drove off the lot. But thats not even the worse part. They slap on a $999 dealership fee to the posted price AS WELL AS a $1900 reconditioning fee which was NOT advertised on the website nor was I told about this by the sales associate I called. I was very frustrated and negotiated for about an hour and the sales associate Brought the reconditioning fee down $1000 and we shook hands and agreed on an updated invoice. Then I went to the finance room, go my loan, signed the papers, etc, but only when I get home and do the calculations I realize they never even gave me the agreed upon price but rather the price that we started at, with the full reconditioned fee. Makes me so angry that I didnt catch their shenanigans before signing all the documents and that theyd take advantage of a family man like me just trying to care for my family. Just be careful guys, dont want you to fall into the same trap as me.
This experience was pretty good. But my previous experiences have been hell‼️ You tell them what’s wrong with your car they fix half of it. And they ALWAYS HAVE A MACHINE BROKEN.
I have been buying cars from dealerships all of my adult life. This dealership is by far the easiest to work with. Including the test drive, I was out the door in 3 hours. Nia my sales rep was very nice and provided excellent follow up AFTER the sale. In my opinion I was given a very fair deal and received an above average trade - in value for my old car. When buying a new / newer vehicle - consider I-95 Nissan before you make a purchase elsewhere

I had been communicating via text with a sales associate who gave me a quote on a car at their dealership. He told me to come before 8 and when I got there.. he wasn’t there and neither was said car. But the sales mgr did everything he could to sell me a used car of every kind. The finance mgr proceeded to tell me I was basically crazy and I would need to pay a $600 a month car payment in order to buy the car I wanted.. a $22k Nissan Sentra. After being talked to like a child I have decided I will take my business elsewhere. I highly recommend the rest of you do as well!

Service was terrible. They lost a cover on my instrument panel and claimed it wasn’t them. I asked for them to fill the cars tires including the spare, which wasn’t done. When I asked the service tech directly he said he filled it and that the tire was old and that was why it didn’t stay filled. I asked him and the manager to fill it again. Magically it is now holding air. Other minor issues but I have been going there for years and sadly I don’t believe I will ever go back. I’m nervous that my car isn’t getting handled properly and that they could actually damage it

I had a bad experience when I took my Nissan Rogue to service at I-95 Nissan.At first, the Service Dept. was short-staffed because even though I arrived at my appointment time, I had to sit in the car waiting for 15 minutes to get check in (they had helper technicians - but hardly any service advisors).After I told the Service Advisor whats needed to be done with my car, he seemed absent-minded and ran back-and-forth with other customers so I doubted he really remembered my request. Whats even worse is that he did check with me in the waiting lounge to recommend stuff, I then clearly told him that I dont want (1) the cabin air filter and (2) the windshield wipers to be replace, since I can replace them myself. Butafter 3 hours of waiting and eager to go home, he still added those unwanted items so have to pay for a lot more than I anticipated.With this bad experience, I wont return to this dealership for any services and I highly dont recommend anybody else to, either!

I have been coming here since, I got my vehicle, I moved to Broward, and went there once, and I rather drive the hour to get here. Not that I didnt like the place in coral springs, its just that Ive been going to Nissan on Blue Heron, and it feels better,Although so many people have come and gone, from here, like my main guy that always took care of me, there, I was pleased with the lady who took care of me, this time, she kept me informed, answered any of my questions, and was great.

Very disappointed with service I have received. Purchased my car here under WPB Nissan and have gotten service here over the past 4 years with no issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere after my recent experience.... I brought my vehicle in due to issue with the A/C. Issue was diagnosed and the advisor told me they would need to order the part and check my extended warranty and he would let me know when I could bring the car in the next week. Two weeks later I have called 6 times, and cant even get the advisor on the phone or to call me back. Ive been told by other members in the service dept that they would let a manager know about my problem and that a manager would personally call me back. Ive asked to wait on the line while they tracked down my advisor and they have said he is here but helping another customer, he will have to call you back. I cant even get someone to call me back to confirm the part has even been ordered.
Horrible experience. I went and looked a used F-250 there. The salesman was amazing, his name was CJ but the owner/manager or whatever he is was horrible. It said $18,900 on the window and they tried telling me $26,300 out the door after tax, tag, title etc. I ended up going elsewhere and got a vehicle in way better condition for a way better price. All I paid was tax, tag and title at the other place without any kind of crazy absurd markup. I work in this industry and have for almost 5 years. This place is an absolute joke. Save yourself the time, headache and money by going to a different place.

I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation that was covered under a warranty I purchased when I bought my daughter a vehicle in May as a graduation gift! The service manager Mike comes out and tells me that one of the tires was very low and it was perhaps due to an alignment issue. Needless to say I was upset and said to myself, “here we go”! Mike stated he could do nothing about it and he didn’t even try and said I could research the issue! I went to see Bill from finance and he was able to resolve the issue for me! I have purchased 4 vehicles from I-95. Was disappointed that I even had to experience that!
Terrible customer service. Dropped my car off on Saturday, couldn’t get in touch with anyone for two days. Nobody answered the phones. Left several messages, no one ever returned out calls. Had to go to the dealership twice just to get some answers. Only way we got in touch with someone is when my said we might be interested in buying a car then they started calling nonstop. Also when went there everyone was sitting around on their phone, so they weren’t busy
I originally went in to get a pre-owned NV 200 and came out with a brand new 2021 Nissan Rogue SV! I had an excellent buying experience with my salesman Ken Kelly. Ken explained all my options, and worked my deal with complete transparency and stayed extra late to complete my delivery with full satisfactory. Had a second follow up to go over features on my vehicle which was very helpful. I got my Nissan Connect Services App which was a free complimentary app with amazing features. If I could give the service dept 0 stars I most certainly would! The only one that I would give a review was the young man that I made contact with when I first got there. The service dept and yes that includes management are HORRIBLE. None of them are on the same page and they fail to even call you to update you when for some reason parts don’t come in. Let’s not even talk about how difficult it is to even get in contact with anyone. They have the staff trained to say no one in the service dept is there. You have to request for a manager to speak with someone. I get reassured by the manager that someone will call me and my car will be ready the next day. Don’t receive a call AGAIN so of course I call. Finally get someone. They say that everything is being finalized and they will have my car done before closing. I get there and they ask me for payment. Never mind that I already signed my paperwork for the $1400 payment that they gave me up front. Manager comes back again and says well you have to pay $100 when I was already given the quoted price and payed that amount. He waived it which is the only plus. Other than that RUN! I wish I would have read the reviews. Also keep in mind they tell people they don’t have certified mechanics so if you buy a car from there they won’t be able to replace anything under a factory warranty. Please tread carefully!

I just purchased a 2019 Nissan Frontier from West Palm Beach Nissan.I recently had nightmare scenarios with other dealers and this was a breath of fresh air. I got a small truck for the price i wanted with very little haggling.At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.Talk to the internet sales rep Norris (that is his first name) he is outstanding in every way.(So far the truck is fantastic as well)

Worst service and really bad service manager... Stay away from this dealer service department!!! I took my car for an oil change and they damage the oil pan and didnt take responsibility for the damage they made claiming the other dealer that made the previous oil change was responsible for the damage. I drove the car for 7 months since the previous oil change and not a single drop of oil was on my driveway, now Im not able to park at my driveway because of the amount of oil it is leaking. Now they are charging me $650 to replace the oil pan. There is no way Ill have any work done there, they will probably damage something else and blame it on someone else.
Salespersons Nia and Ram were great. Knowledgeable and thorough. Manager made me feel welcome and worked to earn my business. Financial person was fast, efficient and when I didnt want to buy certain add ons, he moved on. No pushy sale or eye rolling. A very good overall experience.
I brought my car here to be serviced. Customer service was terrible. (Except for the service aide that booked the appointment. She was a delight. Hints the 1 star.) They overcharged me for a new battery and held my car hostage over the weekend until I was able to speak with corporate. Trying to speak with management was a total disaster. I definitely will not be bringing my business back here.
The experience purchasing the vehicle was fine. It’s the experience and service afterwards that’s been very disappointing.Long story short, the payoff check for the previous vehicle was sent to the wrong address/bank. BB&T and SunTrust are currently merging into one bank “Truist”. I had a loan through BB&T, but they sent the payment to SunTrust, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. But, after speaking with both BB&T and SunTrust, the merger is not complete so they should have sent the payment to BB&T. Remember, the BANKS themselves said this.So, the old loan through BB&T is still showing as active when it should be paid off by now. So, it’s about to start hurting my credit due to past due payments that I obviously haven’t made.I spoke with the bank it should have gone to, and the bank that received the payment and they are working it out to hopefully resolve it.I brought this to the dealerships attention, mainly Ram (who sold me the vehicle), Jose, Dawn and Cindi. It was very clear that they wanted nothing to do with assisting me and that I was an inconvenience to them. They answered every email with 1-2 vague sentences and would never answer the phone when I tried calling several times. Jose even forwarded an email to Dawn and Cindi, copying me complaining about me “blowing him up.”The overall message I got from them is that it wasn’t their problem and it was mine to deal with. Even though after speaking with both banks, they both told me they sent the payment to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, I get it. But I never even got an apology or an offer to help make it right. I was clearly just an inconvenience to them all.I had to do all the leg work and still am doing the work with the banks in getting it sorted out. The dealership has provided minimal assistance on this mistake they made and I’m the one who is going to ultimately be affected. None of the 4 people mentioned above showed an ounce of care. It’s embarrassing and shameful.I work in hospitality and I understand upset customers can really suck. I’m a very reasonable person and just wanted some help from their mistake. Literally one of the emails read “well, they are the same bank so it shouldn’t be an issue” - basically telling me it’s not their problem. Their solution was “call the banks and figure it out.” No offer from them to help me in calling the banks.Maybe leaving a bad review on Google will inspire them to be better. I am a paying customer who was and is just trying to get some help in resolving a mistake they made.
I traveled 3 hours to get to the dealership. They had the vehicle listed for 30+ days and it was cleaned the morning of. At no point did they tell me that the side door did not open. I felt like this should’ve been disclosed with a only 2 year old vehicle. At this point I’m already committed traveling so far so I had no other option. After I discussed my concerns with the sales rep, he said “I do apologize” and that was it. Really just disappointed in the professionalism and ethical behavior of this dealership

I wish they would have discounts for military/veterans. I came for one thing and ended up finding more issues as usual.Im going to have to pay close to $600 for something that was supposed to be installed for free and I just pay for the parts. Too good to be true🤦🏿♀️. Next week the parts will come in, so I can get whatever I need to be done. The plan is to get all the little things fixed or upgraded on my 2010 370Z when Im able to.

I-95 Nissan asked for my review so here it is.I-95 NissanRead our review guidelines•••••Not goodAll changes savedWhen I leased my 2019 Nissan Rogue from West Palm Beach Nissan in August of 2019, I was promised free maintenance for the term of my 36-month lease. When I had the car serviced there in March of 2021 at 10,000 miles, the service manager assured me that I would receive free maintenance at 15,000 miles and at 20,000 miles. Today I took my car in for the 15,000-mile checkup and was charged $116.77 because they said that my free maintenance had expired. They also wanted to charge me $656.25 for lots of unneeded services. The $116.77 included $14.24 for miscellaneous charges that Earl Stewart reports is a scam to make the dealer rich. This dealership is now called I95 Nissan and has many new employees. Apparently, the new owner of this dealership did not feel that he had to honor the commitments of the previous owner of this dealership.
Extremely Unprofessional and rude customer service my mother experienced in the service department today. The so call manager need customer service training. We live 5 minutes from this dealership but will drive to Southern 441 for all of our service from now on.
I usually go here and it’s good but this time I was getting an oil change and the guy told me I could get car wash as well inside and out but when I was told the truck was ready I noticed it had not been cleaned. The guy said “are you sure it’s not clean” clearly it wasn’t. It would have been better for him to just acknoyit didn’t get clean. It’s about integrity and makes me wonder where else they lack integrity.

Great service as usual at this location. I was able to drop the car off for an oil change and pickup after I got off work at 5:30.

I made an appointment for my truck to have the engine light checked. I am still in the service checkin bay at 4:25. Why make an appointment. I was told they are understaffed to check me in, but there is no other customers and two people behind the desks and one walking around. They asked me all the questions over the phone yesterday and confirmed ot all by email.
Great experience willing to negotiate the price. Our salesperson was very informative, polite and willing to go the extra mile to close the deal. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I bought a used vehicle from Napleton in July 2020 and it broke down on the side of the road on my way home. Towed it back to the dealership for repair, waited over 2 months to get my car back. Fast forward to 1 month ago, the part is still leaking, so we brought it back to the dealership because we were told the repair was still under warranty. Phone call this morning stated that they were not going to uphold the warranty and that I would have too pay for repairs out of pocket. Management here is useless. Worse than a used car salesman.
Be mindful and follow up with all your banking upon leaving this dealership. Salesman tried to pull a fast one stating he’ll get Carfax at completion of paperwork (it’s printing). Also said Car only had one owner. After “dragging” his feet. Boyfriend pulled up report with VIN #. Needless to say- I cancelled transaction. Salesman assured me paperwork would be shredded. I’m still waiting on my down payment to be returned!! They processed without my consent as I have no car- no keys/ no anything. It’s been 4 days. Scammers T best. Carfax report was multiple owners and recent accident. Run fast from this dealership.

I walked in with not a lot of money in my pocket and not great credit but Radjhi and the team hooked me up. I called ahead of time to see what I needed to do to get the ball rolling ahead of time and the process was painless. I remember sitting through my parents or friends buying cars and remembering it taking what felt like years to complete the transaction. This was easy and I was in an out super fast. I walked in car-less and walked out with a great first car that’s going to fulfill all my needs. I’m coming here for all my cars from here on out, you should too.
I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to. The service Advisor Dennis was nice but when I got into my car after them having it for 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change/tire rotation, and saw they never even washed or vacuumed the car which is supposed to be a curtesy, I was aggravated to say the least. The kicker is, as I was driving my car 30 min later, I received a text saying my car was complete and with the quality wash team!! What a joke!!
The team at West Palm Nissan was very helpful. I brought my mom and dad in to help them get a new car and they were very transparent with us. The process was very easy as we were in and out in an hour and a half. If you need a new car or used I highly recommend the team at West Palm Nissan

Great experience, although our purchase was with a different dealership. But WP Nissan worked very hard to get the right vehicle onto their lot for us.
