Had an experience that was not very customer service friendly. Ordered 11 prehung doors and 7 of them came damaged. After agreeing to replace them when they came back out 3 frames were damaged again. After waiting over a week for them when I went to pick them up all that was there was the wood for the frame unassembled. When you pay for prehung doors the expectation is that they will be preying. When asked what they could do about it they said it would take 4 weeks to have them prepared. Since we are in the middle of a build that was not an option and we had to take them unassembled and assemble ourselves. Thru all of this not once were we called to communicate to us what was happening with our order or delivery. We needed to track them down each time. Josh was not very helpful after he sold us the job.See below for just a few pictures of what was delivered to me

They have a wider selection of quality lumber than anywhere else. Great showroom and most hard to find cuts and sizes of lumber they have in stock. If not they order and have delivery available as well.

We were referred to Gian at 84 Lumber by our contractor. I am an Interior Decorator and am doing a remodel for our personal home where I want to do some unique millwork treatments. Being familiar with remodeling, I know how to use stock moulding without going custom thereby escaping custom millwork pricing. Gian worked so hard to find us nearly all of the pieces we needed. We were very pleased with the pricing. We are going to have a beautiful, high end look at a very affordable price! Gian is the best!!!

Very nice people. During the hurricane buying plywood was simple and easy. They were very helpful in mounting supplies on to your car and also had ways to tie. Unlike other companies in the area we wont mention names but its on 45th street. Anyway, didnt know it even existed but the show room was beautiful.

This place is HUGE. We were impressed with the showroom and mill. Beautiful showroom. Loved the wounded combat parking spot and veteran discount. Alexander was so helpful.

Went there today looking for some hardwood for hobbywork- not a large $ purchase but critical items for my hobby. Brandon and Joe were incredibly helpful and provided above and beyond service- even got to tour the woodshop where i saw some truly impressive one of a kind wood doors being handmade (the novice woodworker in me was jealous). My hardwood was in perfect condition and prices were very reasonable. Great place and terrific customer service.

So I went to 84 lumber this week and as usual they always come in the clutch with all the supplies I need my man gian is always hooking me up!!!

Nice showroom and all but they are either grossly understaffed or grossly mismanaged. Needed 3 sheets of 1/2” ply and it took 25 minutes to get it. I was the only customer in the building.

No customer service. Strange place with no lumber. I drove there to buy wood.

If you are looking for wood any type is the place to be .

Was using this company as a source until I saw their commercial. Should keep your politics out of your business.
