This place is a joke. Not sure how are they manage to stay in business. Ordered a door from here and was promised 3 week. They delivered the wrong door. Took another 2 weeks to get them to delivered the right door. No apology whatsoever. Called to speak to the manager and of course he’s “always” in the warehouse. Left several messages for a manager to call me back but nada. Called corporate to complain but nothing either. Buy from Home Depot. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy getting jerked around.

Very difficult to get in contact with someone. Despite spending thousands with them, we ordered a specific door but received a completely different one! They basically told us it’s not their problem. If this is how they treat loyal, returning customers, I’d hate to see how they treat others. This issue is still pending and unresolved. No one will return calls and emails.

Buyers beware! We ordered a door from the catalog they provided to us and the door received was not what was pictured or described. This is a classic example of BAIT AND SWITCH. Weve purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise from this vendor, and now they wont stand by the product take back the door. Very disappointing!! Not even worth the one star I was required to give.

Incompetent or lazy are the only two ways I can describe my experience with Builders FirstSource. None of my (multiple) ordering experiences have been positive, so Im done dealing with them.

Upon arrival and employee took my order and it filled quickly and efficiently. There was no waiting. I will resend them as often as I can.

Very great experience and theres this guy at the door shop he really helps you out quick and finds a solution to your problems Im glad this gentleman works for the company

An absolute disaster of a business. They are great all the way up until you pay them. Then nothing!! No help, no customer service. They ordered the wrong doors and have no solution. Can’t give a straight answer or date as to when this can be resolved. No one ever calls back. Zero communication. And now the job is a minimum of two weeks behind. (If the doors and trim came in today) But since they haven’t that clock is still ticking. So the carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and everyone else waiting to do their final stuff are all on hold. Every trade is waiting to do their work so they can get paid... all held up by this companies incompetence. Avoid them at all costs. Once they have received payment they just don’t care anymore....

Any one who has posted a less than great review with BFS should call Scott Boelman for help. Scott is a BFS store manager with great product knowledge and a willingness to help his customers any way and any time he can.

Horrible!! These people are supposed to know what they are doing?? 🥺🤷🏻‍♀️. Several doors missing and the ones that were delivered some were the wrong swing. Big turnover of sales people and a manager who can give a hoot. Buying from this company cost me a delay by 2 months in moving into a completed home, time, effort and money. One of the most frustrating companies I had to deal with. They are horrible. Stay away !!

Ordered two sets of double doors. They sent one set. That was so warped they could not be used. They did not receive the doors warped from the manufacturer. They actually had to pre hang and they bent the jam to match the warp in the doors. Probably hoping I would not notice.. not the first time Ive had trouble with their suppliers. Also took two weeks longer than quoted

Great prices. Staff is very knowledgeable. Randy in sales is awesome. The manager Dominick isnt a nice guy. But the staff makes up for it. And the prices!

Its a great place to pick up doors, windows, trim wood, baseboard casing and such, and a lot of other builders supplies. Easy to get to..the workers are all pleasant and quick. Customer service is excellent!!

Really disappointing experience. Person taking the order was very friendly. More than 1/2 of the order delivered was not correct or had missing items. Followup delivery was not correct either. Triple check your entire order when you receive it and measure everything. They send the wrong size moldings and trims and leave off door hardware. Very frustrating when you have a carpenter at your house ready to work and you realize the materials are not correct. I dont know how they could stay in business with this type of process.

Terrible company. Bought $3,000 French doors and they dropped off cracked and scratched doors. Sent new ones with no glass. Scheduled to come out and swap the glass and install and never showed up!!
