Really I pick no stars, horrible experience last night . I walk in the store, first things cashier yells at me, GOTTA HAVE A MASk!! I say I dont have one. She says no mask no serviceSo then she says I can buy a mask!!! Lol reallyI can buy a mask while not wearing a mask, but I CANT buy a soda with out wearing a mask!! Tell me how that makes any sense?!?! Thats just bullshit💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 I will never go in a family dollar again. Plenty of other stores !!

I understand this is Family Dollar and not Macys but they could use some major improvements in cleanliness, availability of shopping baskets or carts, and competent staff. Unfortunately I do not think this fault lays mainly on the company, but the surrounding community. Better to drive a couple miles further inland to the Northlake location.

I have concerns about this business. Who is running it? I use to shop there until I noticed improper protocol by management. Their corporate office should definitely take a look into the matter.

I went into the store Friday just passed. I bought 4 pizzas and asked to use the restroom. I was told no with a smile. Y? I dont know, I then asked can I be checked out so I can use the restroom. I told yeah hold on. After a 60 second pause, and a few adjustments of misalanaus things. I was then attend to and asked, how am I doing. Should I not have slapped the @## out of her being that, upon her 1st contact with me I asked, can I use the restroom!!

Purchased headphones that did not work. I attempted to return to the store of purchase but they did not have the color. I brought them to this location and was told rudely you cant return electronics. I left and called back and was told the should be an 800 number to request my money back or have them repaired. Taking them back to the original store which I will continue to visit. Nothing but bad experiences at this location.

I arrived here at 9:10 PM and the store was closed. The sign clearly states the store is open until 10PM. Two employees were sitting inside the store playing on their phones and laughing. Is this what you are paying these people to do? Bad business. They are robbing your company.

First off, I LOVE family dollar! I just went into the family Dollar off of Broadway in Riviera Beach. I have shopped at this location so many times and never once had a problem whatsoever. I’ve always received great customer service and very friendly employees. I just had to walk out of the store without purchasing anything in my cart bc of how rude the employee working to was. I clip the coupon in my app and I asked him where could I find it because I had already looked up and down the correct aisle. he then replied back to me and said I obviously didn’t look hard enough and I need to keep looking, I asked the man to repeat himself, hoping I did not hear him correctly. He then repeated the same thing. I walked Towards the door with my cart of items, dropped them off and walked out.

Who ever owns or manages this store should be ashamed of themselves!! It’s the most cluttered store I’ve ever been in!!! Can’t get around the boxes ( Unpacked) it’s unbelievable the condition in side and I’ve been in there several times but nvr again!!!

Let me just say there are better places to go to get treated like a human being. Instead of a street fight.

Service is the worst, always new staff cause manger is nasty,rude, childish, and very unprofessional, the store always has freight on isles,empty shelves, dirty, very confusing to shop, so unorganized, sloppy hot, mess ..She must have gotten her position for being with the company for awhile cause she has the core values a manager needs to have which is customer service, you ask for help she is rude and gives you all kinda additude, I hope corp sends a mystery shopper to expose her nastiness, always on her phone, or playing music on it, so unprofessional, that stores whole layout is, messy and unorganized, I remember the management befor her they would let you use the restroom they were nice super friendly and respectful, and the store looked better, she seems so miserable, I had the worst experience, and usually, I buy and run out, cause the energy is so toxic, she picked a argument while I was with my child my two-year-old child, just pity, she cant stop me from coming there as she wants, I never stole anything in that dirty store, I work hard for, my, money and I would sue the hell out of that store, I broke my silence today, cause this was the worst shopping experience ever, the management before herb will let you use the restroom they were nice the store was cleaner and a little bit more organized I dont know how she got her job but shes definitely not management material

Just visited this location today... Was very disrespected.. walked in and was told to leave my ourse at the front because i had a half filled container of softener and an empty box... So i showed the manager what I had and she says Well you need to leave it up front because i aint trying to have people stealing Then as I walked to get items to buy she continued to keep saying things out liud throughout the store so i can hear her saying I aint the one today...Im not playing with these people so i asked what the problem was and why she kept going on about it shes says to me its a free country I can say what i want and you could of chosen to go to another family dollar What manager speaks to customers like that...Very rude and unprofessional... She needs to leave her ghetto attitude at home

The cashier was very disrespectful.

The Manager is very unprofessional. Thats why she always there by herself, she very disgruntled and not a people person. Her store will never be right because it starts from Manager.

Mostproducts I was looking for was not there like the store was out of them the store was pretty empty of a lot of stuff that I was interested in buying
