I really want to like this company. But I made an order in early September and didnt receive it till the end of October. When I emailed the company about canceling my order I got a message that said we are short staffed and working on a response. 2 weeks later I emailed again about canceling my order. The next message I got said my order shipped. I got it a week later, the actual items arent bad, but I wont wash them with anything else for a while. They feel stiff as if they werent washed a sufficient amount of times before shipping.Its really too bad this company cant get their stuff together. Its a great idea and perfect cloths for people who work in schools.
I really wanted to love this brand but I am so disappointed. I ordered 4 shirts on August 30th to wear to work. I am a School Counselor and love the Be Kind message. I immediately received a confirmation email followed by an email saying that they were processing my order and a tracking number. After 3 weeks with no movement on my tracking and no more communication I reached out in fear that my order was lost because the tracking number was now invalid according to DHL. I got a response to this email but it was generic and dismissive of my concern. I know now this is because they apparently have many customers with the same issue so no doubt it is a copy paste situation. The email reassured me that I should see movement in a few days, they were a small business and everything was moving slow. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to wait. When another 3 weeks passed I emailed again, first to the actual person who responded to my first email- no response, and again to the customer service email. I got an auto response from the customer service email stating that someone would get back to me really soon to address my issue... well shocker... no one has responded to that email either. I waited another week and a half an contested the purchase via my credit card because I knew I would get no where with the company directly. Truly a shame that a company with such a good message cant be kind to their own customers.
Very upset I ordered the beginning of October with the deaf awareness shirt and stickers plus the free trick or treat bag! Here it is almost Halloween and no shipping info! I have emailed with no responses! Im going to dispute with my bank!
I liked the concept when I first saw them on one. It took of emails and complaining I was so disgusted bc my shirts were gifts which I missed both bdays finally g recd my pkg 7 weeks late & I am not impressed w/ the quality of the shirts either . Im done with this company !!
The shirt I ordered was nothing like the picture. It was so big and the colors were not what was pictured. I decided to just keep it after being told I could exchange it but not get a refund. I even had to pay to return it. I washed it and all the color faded out. The shirt looks like it is 10 years old. Cheap tee shirts are used. I will NEVER order from them again AND tell everyone what a horrible company this is.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE products!! Ordered a t-shirt and 3 face masks. The shirt is short and wide!! I understand thats its unisex, but realistically its way too short. Sleeves are like 3/4 sleeve. They masks are cheap. There is a thin piece of wire that does not extend the entire top part of the mask. Soo it slides and pokes through the fabric on top your face. What a waste of money 🙄
I am disgusted to say the least. I have ordered several times over the past year or so. No problems until NOW. I made what I consider a big order the 1st of August. I cannot reach Sunshine Sisters to find out whats happened to my $$$. Oh, I received automated emails reminding me that its a small company and they will try to work on order # ! Dont bother calling them. I stay on hold 5 minutes then another recorded voice says no one can help me now and they hang up on me!! Im really sick over the loss of $$$ I spent there.I am surprised at all of the complaints I am reading here. I thought they were better than this.
Wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase. I ordered beginning of September and wrote them the beginning of October and only got automated responses the shirts were bought for school this month for kindness day which is now ruined. I even wrote them concerned I was scammed on Facebook. Still no package, no updated shipping, and not one chance of speaking to a person here... save yourself time and money and do not order from here
This companys message is great, but their customer service is terrible. I placed my first order on 9/20 and paid extra to get it within 3-5 days. I should have had it NLT 9/25. I just got it today, 10/5. One of my stickers is bent--a refund of my extra shipping fees would be nice or an extra couple of stickers or keychain, but only what I ordered was in the package. They sent some kind of discount email message right after I placed my first order, so I placed a second order within the next day or two. I just got that one yesterday, on 10/4. My notebook cover is bent. I sent an email on 9/28 and received an automated reply. I looked them up on the BBB website and found they had more than 500 complaints against them in only 3 years of business. They should disable upgrading shipping when they know they cant meet those requests. They do note in a couple of places--just a couple and not very obviously--that its taking them 10 days to fulfill an order and then 3-5 more day to get the order to the customer. Furthermore, they have phone hours for only three hours, Monday-Friday. 9:00 AM-noon. I sent another email via the BBB website and shortly after that email went out, I did get another automated reply asking for patience and explaining they had a lot of orders and were working so hard with a small staff. At this point, I dont care. Theyve been poor at communication and have not fulfilled what they indicate they will do and yet continue to tout their Be Kind! message. I have the t-shirts and pouch and stickers but I am so soured on this company that I wont order anything else and will probably use the t-shirts to wipe down my car. What a waste of money. Its really too bad because their message is admirable, but their example, as a business, is not.
They actually did an amazing job on my hoodie and couldnt be more happier!! They could be a tiny bit nicer though.I really love the amazing job they did on here and I do recommend. I plan on buying a few more hoodies from here soon.
I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews. I order about 10 of these shirts yearly to give out as a Kindness award in my 5th grade classroom. This is my fourth order and I have never had any issues. All the shirts are in perfect condition (yes, the shirts themselves are a little thin, but that doesn’t bother me) and I got them within a week! I love this company and the shirts are so bright and fun! I always buy an extra for myself. ☀️
I ordered a t- shirt from Sunshine Sisters for $20.37 on September 7th. I received an email with a tracking number on September 13th. According to the shipping carrier, they never received the item. I have been trying to contact Sunshine Sisters for the past 2 weeks. Their customer service is non-existent. No one answers the phone and you are not given an option to leave a message. They reply to emails with an automated message but no one actually assists you. Be Kind, indeed!
Do NOT order from these people! I ordered on May 23rd, and here we are in August... still waiting. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST!I have the same experience as everyone else here. Nobody replies to e-mails or phone calls, and when they do respond to an e-mail its a generic message saying theyre working on it, and things ship in 5--7 days. Its been almost 70 days in my case, and I still get no response, and spent well over $100. Money was taken out of my bank account immediately in May.These were gifts for the end of the year for teachers - which I ended up having to re-buy, and even in my e-mails said those were for spoiling teachers and that sob story didnt even help my cause.Good luck buyers! Says orders ship out within 10 days. Mine is now at 19 days. No one responds to emails. I’ve sent 3 so far. There’s no number to call. I’m starting to believe I was scammed especially after reading all the reviews and BBB complaints. Looks like I’m filing with the BBB tomorrow. SMH
I ordered 2 shirts from this company a month ago when I emailed them they said sorry for the delay and I should see movement in my tracking in the next couple of days. I waited a like a week still no movement and I emailed agian and this time the emails were short not responding to my email I tried calling but no one ever answers. I then requested a refund in a email and I got a email back right away stating I am getting a refund like they didnt try and solve my problem or want my business I guess. My advice if your buying these as a gift and need them in time make sure you order them well in advance more then a month.
I have been waiting over a month with little to no response. The tracking number I was given wasnt accurate. I feel like I shouldnt have to wait over a month for one sweatshirt. Im highly disappointed in this company

I was a first time customer and kept seeing these post…I loved the shirts and a friend of mine had ordered before and had no issues…well, this was my first and LAST purchase from them. I ordered 25 BUSINESS days ago and still have not received my order. I have called 4 times. They said there was a delay in the pumpkin tshirts and as soon as they could they would ship…well, this in itself is a lie because my friend ordered one 2 weeks after I did and received hers last week. I have ask for a refund and they continually tell me I am sorry we have a no refund policy. I have made a complaint with PayPal and they sent a message to them and no answer there from them. They do not care…so sick of people taking your money and then trying to act so BE KIND to people. Worst company ever…
Absolutely the worst religious business and customer service I have ever experienced with such a group, or any business for that matter. I have placed 2 different orders early this month and still have not gotten either order. They say that they are in transit. I live in Punta Gorda Florida which is only a cross the state. Vwry upsetting because i need to send a gifts out very soon.
This company doesnt deserve a star . They need to be shut down so many ppl have complained about them you do not get your items like your supposed to I had to ask PayPal for a refund. I ordered on the 29th of August!!! Emailed several times keep being told my order is being tye dyed can’t track the package bc there is NO INFORMATION FOUND! Was told to contact Company and I’ve called stayed on hold for ever then another recording say no support agents to help you that this time, then hangs up!! These were gifts and I’m shocked at this whole situation right now. I even ordered bc it said I would get a free gift!!!!! This place is a SCAM!!!! I placed an order on May 16 which of course my money was taken out of my account. It is July 7 and I have not received any updates after numerous attempts via email and calls!!!! I would give this a zero if I could!!!! No communication with customers!! I get that they are a small business but keeping your customers informed about possible delays is important especially because they are taking hard earned money from people and not shipping the orders!!!!! This is straight fraud!!!!!!
I order monogrammed gifts all the time from shop I love jewelry. Their shipping is slow, just be aware but their products are so cute! If you order enough, you get points for shipping, or a few dollars off, etc.
Im with lots of other people on this, if I could give them a zero star rating I would! I placed an order may 12th and still have not received my order! I had shirts in there for the 4th of July that I know I will never get or time or actually at all! If you received your order, consider yourself super lucky! They made sure to take my money out of my account right away though! I have e-mailed them twice (about to do it again) and I just tried to call and I was 8n hold for over five minutes each time waiting for someone to answer only to hear, Im sorry, we cant take your call right now! These people are trying to spread kindness by what, taking peoples money and not shipping their items? I dont think so!
If I could give the Sisters zero stars, I would have done so. Like many others, I ordered shirts back in the beginning of August, 2021. I have not received these items and no matter how much correspondence I send, I get nothing but canned responses. I have escalated my claim on PayPal, so I hope to be getting a refund soon. Its really a shame that their customer service is so poor. Theres even a FB group that loathes their inability to follow through even after pulling money from peoples accounts. I can only think of two words: scammers and frauds. I think their business practice is illegal, and the law should get involved.
I love Sunshine Sisters but their sizing is way off, they get shirts from different companies so when I ordered a large and a 2x the sizes were the same. Kind of a bummer.
I placed order on 9/3 and the tracking number is now invalid ! I’ve emailed got a reply it should go out in a few days it’s processing ……. Emailed again, messaged, called and get no answer as to where my order is or if it is even processed and shipped . They can’t possibly get anything done working 9-12 est, 8-11 cst to get “mass production” as they call it done . I will not do business with them again . I will spend my $$$ elsewhere .
I placed an order for 4 shirts on August 10th. I have never received my shirts. I have emailed them many times and I get the same response. The response says they are a small team, and they will be in touch with me. It’s super frustrating because you can’t get in touch with anyone, and It’s almost two months after I have placed my order.
This business is a scam. I ordered shirts going on three weeks ago and have not received. If you email them to inquire about your order they just send a generic email saying they’re busy and no one will ever respond. They sent a shipping notification when order was placed and the shipment has not left. I finally was able to speak with a Julia she stated the shirts are shipping in a few days I won’t hold my breath keep your money and do not order from this business. Bad customer service they do not take after the motto “be kind” that’s for sure
They are not responding in a favorable way to my missing order. The 10 business day window to fulfill my order has turned into 37 calendar days and no order. Tracking has expired with DHL. Emailed DHL they couldcare less because they arent responding. Generic responses to emails to support. Bot responses to chats. They blocked me from FB. Responded on Instagram but now are not answering me. Reported to BBB, FTC and Klarna. Now leaving this review. Should be 0 stars.
I placed an $80 order on April 20th 2021. Today is June 11th 2021. I have still not received my merchandise. I have emailed customer service and I keep getting generic excuses. I have order 3 times before over 2019 and 2020. Obviously they are having a very hard time meeting their QUOTA. I honestly just want my order canceled and refunded, but they ignore that request in email. Never again will I order from them. They Obviously need to close their business at this point.

Instead of vacationing with our money they should be filling orders and shipping them out. They are always advertising taking pictures they have time for that but dont have the time to fulfill our orders. Automated emails 10 business days to process and 3-5days to ship. Once that time passes all they have is excuse after excuse all lies. Just had the most horrible experience I reported them to the betterbusinessbureau left a review with the BBB I ordered may 25th and June 3rd never received my orders . Emailed several times excuses one of them was rude seemed bothered that I kept asking for updates on my orders and then they had the nerve to tell me to be kind. They arent kind themselves they are being dishonest with the public advertising shirts that arent even in stock thats lying to customers! They are not an organized company they keep doing this to tons of people I dont even know how their still in business its mind blowing .Luckily I filed a dispute with my bank I was given my money back today.

Although it was a rough process things happen. The Sunshine sisters company is making things right. I give then 5 stars because I finally received communication and my contact has been extremely helpful. The responses stopped being generic and they were extremely apologetic. It looks like they have had a big move recently and many things have happened.Thank you for doing what you can to make it right.
I have ordered several times from SS and have no problem. My last order was the beginning of May and it is June 25th, still have not received. Emailed several times to receive an automated email every time. I called them 27 times since June 8th and NEVER had someone answered the phone. They state they are working on Customer service issues. I finally reported them to BBB and hmmmm today received a personal response stating they were sorry and the order is on the way. I will use them again a d maybe give a better rating at that time...we shall see what happens. I love their items and hope they read their reviews
I placed my order on May 1st 2021 and today is June 7th 2021 and I have NOT received my order yet. I payed for 4 to 7 day shipping. I have emailed the company several times asking for an update on my order and all is get back is the same automated response. I tried calling the company and after being on hold for 15 min a recorded message came on and said no one could answer my call and then just hung up. I will NEVER order from this company again. Ordered in May 4th 2 mystery hoodies and 1 mint hoodie. Received the items on May 14th with one that looked like the fabric had been burnt through by the dye. I emailed them and they told me they would get me a replacement in the mail. I have emailed them, Facebook messaged them, called them, and even commented and tagged them on fb and they still haven’t responded and no replacement sweatshirt.

I have ordered once before and it did take a very long time to ship. But I did receive my shirts. I decided to order the shamrock t-shirts and I did order them on February 22nd. Its now March 23 and no shirts. And I have emailed and continue to get automated email responses. I think its wrong to advertise BE KIND and then steal from customers. I do not recommend at all.
Only gave 1 star because I had to. Horrible company and customer service. I made an order the first week of February and still have not received it. I have reached out to their “customer service” on several occasions via email (since they have no number) and receive either generic responses or no response at all. Now the “preprinted” shipping label is no longer valid and my order no longer shows on my account for their website. I have at this point, reported to the BBB and my next step will be to file disputes with my bank to receive a refund. If you would have asked me 3 months ago I would have told you they were great... always sending shipments on time. Now, I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for anything. Customer service is horrible and they try to act like your order never existed when they don’t fulfill them.
I placed a large order of $134 in total on March 26th and here we are May 29th and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting customer service numerous times and I cannot get ahold of anyone. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company (sunshine sisters) won’t respond to them either. I have never in all my life dealt with such BS. Their motto is “Be Kind” but there is literally no kindness on their behalf. This company steals your hard earned money!
My order from 3/22/2021 has not been filled yet however they keep advertising!They did ship 3 out of 12 shirts but the email confirmation said they were all shipped. Ive emailed several times and all I keep getting is form emails back, no real response.I did order two other times before this with no issues but this past order on 3/22/2021 has been a disaster. I do not think they can keep up with all the orders.

Terrible customer service. Dishonest business practices. You can order the same product twice and it will be a totally different size or quality. IF you get your order, it may take months to arrive. I gave them a second chance after a lengthy delay on shipping and the same thing happened again. Tracking numbers are invalid because they are preprinted and don’t actually become active until weeks later, if at all. Buyer beware on this one. Hiding behind a facade of two young girls starting a company that wants to donate to charity to stop bullying. Despicable.
Terrible customer service, took a month and a half of me sending emails, all unanswered by a human, until I finally got through on instagram. My order was sent right away after that. I do love the shirts, but the hassle was SO not worth it.
This was my 3rd time ordering, first time was great, 2nd time items were caught in transit and arrived by the time customer service replied. Now this 3rd time, I ordered Feb 7, after several emails, they still have not shipped my items and have refused to refund my money stating all sales are final. I have filed a dispute with PayPal.

I have received nothing except generic, automated responses to my earlier emails and now, no response at all. They shouldnt say 10 days to process when you place an order. Has been 49 days (7 weeks) since I ordered. My tracking number has never been activated. The fact that they dont answer inquiries by email, delete fb messages and have no phone number for customer service tells me they really dont care.

I placed an order back on March 11th, March 12th I got a message stating they were currently tie dyeing my shirt order and would be shipping out within 5 to 7 business days...................today is April 8!!! All I get is automated messages that are worthless and a tracking number that is no good. I was also told that they were currently out of the size ordered and had to re order, that after I was told they were tie dying it!!! I have emailed several times, automated messages or a couple from an Allison that says that there will be movement in the shipping in the next few days, well that was 2 weeks ago. Never again will I order from this company. So much for be kind!!! I have turned them in to the BBB and the ftc.gov, hopefully they will stop stealing from the public!!!
I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed a $130 order on 2/4 and their nonexistent customer service can not be bothered to send anything but an automated reply after 3 attempted emails. They have no phone number and only email to contact them. My tracking link is now not even active and says it does not exist and to contact the company for an updated tracking number. The tracking email said within 10 business days the link would be active. Well here we are 23 business days and nothing. They have deleted every negative comment on Facebook to try and hide the fact they are scammers!
I ordered a sweatshirt in a large they sent an extra large and I have sent I cant even tell you have many emails ( at least 20) to them and cant get them to respond. So I will never order from them again and also tell everyone I know not to order from them. Not a happy customer And definitely not a return customer!
Said I could exchange tank for smaller size, paid over $7.00 to send back. Verified they received it, has been 9 days and they have not sent replacement. Had to beg for them to respond to me. If no tank top shipped by Friday filing a complaint with BBB, which they already have a F rating. They also blocked me on Facebook so I can’t comment anymore. They certainly do not have any customer service skills. Wouldn’t give 1 star but you have to!!! Beware!!!

Placed an order for $70.61 on March 12 and my money was immediately deducted from my account. After placing the order I realized there were a bunch of bad reviews being deleted on their Facebook page and I realized my error -- too late! A few days later I was sent tracking information but the message with it was that my items were being tie-dyed and they should ship soon and the number would be active at that time. Past the 10 day window I have emailed the company several times and gotten automatic responses to the effect that 1) there is a 10 day window to process orders (long since passed) and 2) having an unprecedented number of orders and are behind (ahem, hire more people or work instead of vacationing). After commenting on their instagram page they promptly blocked me. At that point I disputed my charge on paypal, entered a complaint on the BBB (where they have the grade F currently), and yesterday reported them to the ftc.gov page for online shopping fraud. Part of the frustration is during this time they even posted stories of a vacation out west --- obviously using the money we all have given them to have a grand time without holding up their end of the bargain. Just about the most gross part is how they sign everything Be kind to gaslight us into the idea that our feelings and frustration arent valid. Disgusting!
UPDATE: Finally received my order on April 3rd.DO NOT BUY FROM Sunshine Sisters!!!I placed an order on February 5th and today is March 13th. I still havent received my order. They keep going around in circles giving a bunch of excuses as to why my order is delayed. They blocked me from posting negative feedbacks on Facebook and they wont issue a refund. They owe me $235 and i have emails as proof.They dont have a live customer service, no phone numbers. Just an automated email. THEIR MOTTO IS BE KIND. YET THEY KEPT MY $235. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. I would give them zero stars but dont have that option.
Horrible horrible customer service. I placed a $160 order on my birthday, September 1st... I received a shipping number within a few but nothing. Now when I click on the shipping number it says it cannot be found. I am extremely upset and unsatisfied. I had heard of these issues, but had previously placed 2 other smaller orders with no issues. So I’m not sure if it was just my turn to loose out on my money or what!!!!!I cannot believe that these so called “BE KIND” people can be so cruel. I mean I get it if they are behind, have a a huge amount of sales that they didn’t expect, WHATEVER the case may be. But let your loyal customers know. Compensate them in some way. That was definitely my 3rd and final order!!!

Ordered shirts, never received them. Emailed and called their customer support but never heard back from anyone. Their Facebook posts are filled with comments from people having the same issue but the comments are never there long, they delete all negative comments. I filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes to at least get refunded my money.
I love this company’s product and have bought many items from them for myself, family and friends, but...I am now very disappointed with customer service. I never received an order and reached out multiple times regarding the order. I got an automated response and that is it. It’s been a week. It has been 17 days since I ordered. Another order will be here that I ordered last weekend. I get things can happen during shipping, but the company is suppose to step up, investigate and make it right. I basically gave you a donation of $35. I hope my current order ( ordered same thing again!!) makes it to me. 😥
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I tried to reach out to Sunshine Sisters because I ordered 4 t-shirts but received only 3. At first, I got no response until I went to social media about them. Then they returned my email and were determined to make it right. That was 4 months ago and I’m still waiting. I went to their Facebook page and tried to post about it but got nowhere. So here it is. I love their shirts and other items but if you don’t get what you ordered and paid for, don’t bother trying to contact them! I couldn’t wait to order some for our whole family, including sweatshirts, face masks etc but I won’t now because it’s just throwing money away.
I ordered shirts 2 months ago, and I still have not received them. I’ve tried emailing customer support regarding my order, but I have not received any responses. I’m VERY disappointed.
DONT DO IT.Keep seeing the FB ads and decided to get their oh so adorable fall jammies with the coffee cups for my mother-in-law and myself. They were advertised true to size, and of course, all the BS reviews on their I love Jewelry website (have to be bought) that said how cute and cozy they were. Got the pajamas and WOW. Complete garbage for the price. The top is the worst. The neck of the shirt is so HUGE it falls off your shoulders. They are not warm nor cozy. They are thin and stretchy like workout material, almost transparent. You will not be able to size up enough to get a loose fit. Best part? All sales final.
I love the shirts I got a neon one the first time then I just got a dark one. I love them both. Wash good and are so comfortable 💜

Horrible customer service.. Waiting 3 weeks for an order with no help in sight!!! Took the money out of my account immediately but still waiting for my order... All you get is an automated response!!!! TERRIBLE
What a disappointment. Ive been fed their IG and FB ads for a while now so I finally decided to order. I did the bundle of a sweatshirt and free t-shirt. These are the least comfortable shirts Ive ever purchased. So crunchy and hard - not at all soft and cozy, which is what I was hoping for. I went to the website to return them and EVERYTHING is final sale - which is an absurd policy for clothing youre purchasing online. Total waste of money for shirts I will never wear because they are so uncomfortable. Youre better off buying your own soft shirt, tie-dying it yourself and ironing on the words Be Kind. Ugh.
Awful company. I ordered but never got my stuff. Wont answer any emails or Facebook messages. While another customer and I were committing about not getting the stuff we ordered they blocked us.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do NOT order from them. I placed an order on 11/23, and still nothing. I’ve emailed, DM’ed them on Instagram, filed complaints with BBB and PayPal. They either do not respond, or give you a BS answer that means nothing. I am beyond fed up. The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas gifts and now I’m left empty handed and they have $65 of my money!
Saw advertisement for sunshine sisters on Facebook for a Valentines T-shirt so on January 15 I ordered $55 worth of shirts and it was supposed to get here before Valentine’s Day and has never even been shipped after 30 days.I would not buy from this vendor again they are clearly unreliable
Saw prior complaints on Facebook about colors varying drastically from those advertised but still decided to order. The shirt that came, while the same pattern, is much more dull and dark than what was advertised. I posted a picture comparing the two separately, as it would not let me add a picture to this site. If youre looking for bright, neon colors, dont order from this store!
I purchased a shirt in aug. still have not received it yetall blue i have all my emails and have gotten my shirt. Got 4 so far bit having trouble with the 5 one which is to be all blue tie tye. I have the email my purchased no. And the charge on my master cardGetting ready to cancel it.
If you expect to get your items in a timely fashion, dont order from here. I ordered a tshirt on 9/16/2020, here it is 11/01/2020 and no shirt. I have emailed them AND filed a complaint withe the better business bureau (which apparently has a current status of 69 complaints and I guess mine makes 70).Update: Well I finally had to file a complaint with PayPal. Sunshine Sisters had no response, and after waiting for PayPals waiting period they sided in my favor and returned my money. Good luck if you use a credit/debit card.
Don’t do it!! They have yet to ship my order from February 9, today is March 15th. They will not respond to me!
Very slow shipping! Ordered on the 13th of September and still have not received. Very sad. Email says they need 10 days due to volume of sales. Ok I can Understand that, if they are a small company but over 20 days and nothing. That is unacceptable. FB has a lot of comments with others having the same issue. They will comment on the compliment posts but will not comment on others asking about their order. This kind of customer service can eventually put them out of business
First and second order received third order placed 10-1-20 never received they took my $70.00 and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Tracking information does not work. I has been over a month and not word from them. It is a shame Sunshine Sisters does not have a contact phone number. They also have not responded to the BBB. I will not order again I liked their products but I will not be sucker again.

I have bought 3 different orders from them and have had no issues. The T-shirts are good quality and vibrant colors. I bought 3 tees for myself and 1 for my step-daughter (she isn’t that much into tie-dye. It’s ok her stepmom is cooler than she is!! Lol!!!! (Just kidding D) I wear mine out all the time and get complimented on the meaning of the shirt every time I wear them. This company is awesome and it started with sisters and I always wanted to start a business with my sisters so I’m happy to deal with a small family run business.
Currently going through PayPal to get my money back. Been almost a month, the tracking number they gave me has been deleted and they sent an email saying items had been delivered the day after I complained to them. Which is a lie.
DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I ordered an XL hoodie, the same size Ive ordered from every other place for years (including Old Navy, various band websites, InkAddict, and more) and their sizes are ABSURD. They also do not offer a size chart for their hoodies. So, I ordered my usual XL only to get a hoodie that is SUPER WIDE and SUPER SHORT. Their sales are final. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they could care less and will not offer a refund, only an exchange. So, I went and expressed my feelings on their Facebook, only to have them remove the post and block me. I have disputed my payment with PayPal, although I figure it will not go anywhere since their website says all sales final however they are very sneaky by not putting any size charts for hoodies. Shame on them. I have attached a picture showing a size 2XL hoodie on top of their XL hoodie.Edit to add: They did not even contact PayPal back over the dispute I started with my purchases.
Unreal. I would like to start by saying I am a ONE hour drive from this company. I purchased on 09/20/20. I ordered their special, that of which they should have copious amounts of since specials usually generate lots of sales. Okay. Got an email that my item was shipped 09/21/2020. Hooray, right? Wrong. It has sat in the same place since 10am that morning. What gives? Well, they preprint shipping labels. WHO DOES THAT? So, as it stands, you order from here, think your stuff gets shipped, and it doesnt. They have TONS of complaints littered on their review-less Facebook page. One thing I have learned from this... if a business doesnt allow ratings, THERE IS A REASON. Okay, back to my mess. I wait. I wait. Now its Friday, 09/25. Realistically, its the first day in the 5-7 business days that they quote for shipping... initially. But, since my shipment has been marked as sent, I decide to throw some communication their way. Simple and friendly whats going on? This comes after reading the internet horror stories of waiting 4wks being normal. Wait, what? No. Dont quote me a week and take FOUR. Okay. I get the autoresponse of your dreams. They want 10 days now. I respond to this automated message. Nothing... crickets. Knowing people are waiting weeks, I can see this is going to be a wild ride over a freaking hoodie. I am now at the end of my 5-7 business days. Friday will be day 10. I reached out again via Facebook today. We will see how THAT goes. Then I come on here and see a 1.7 star rating and now Im SURE I will be disputing this come 10/02/2020. Thats the 10 days they quoted in their autoresponse. If I dont get SOMETHING from them by then, I am absolutely making sure I do not owe them a dime. They also will not, for any reason, refund or cancel an order. Makes you feel like they are really looking out for the customer, right? They use their kids faces with the name, which is absolutely shameless to look like they are some respectable family company. Fact is, if youre gonna order from here, you might get your stuff... aaaaaand you might get squat. Care to gamble? Where you at, Sunshine Sisters? Care to say your piece? Im dying to hear SOMETHING from you....
They shipped me the wrong tshirt. No response to my multiple emails. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card.
