Empire was wonderful to work with from everybody in the office to seeing my slabs before they fabricated to all the guys out in the field installing and OSCAR who comes to measure all the staff at Empire are incredible to work with.YULY In the office was the person that I dealt with. She was so incredibly thorough always kind to speak to she was very organized and explained everything. YULY would try to do whatever your needs were if they could ……what an asset employee to Empire.We did two bathrooms using a slab of Dekton. Empire Stone is the best I have used in many years. This is the second kitchen counter that they built for me both great jobs . The owner, Jorge Franco took his time both times to recommend the best option for us. The installers are very professional, neat and experience . The job went both times very smoothly and without any complications. GREAT JOB !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

By far on the worst experiences we have ever had. Ordered counter tops and vanity top, received our price and after we gave them our deposit, they raised the price. Stating they forgot to charge for a special sink. Contract was signed and delivered. They are deceiving and crooks. Beware of the scams they try to get by with. They dont understand our language and cannot communicate what needs to be done.

THE WORST PART OF BUILDING WAS THESE CLOWNSI built a custom home and my builder chose these incompetent people to do my stone work inside and out. The inside job we had issues with almost immediately. The seams were sloppy and the patterns didnt even remotely line up. After persistent chasing them and telling my builder I would not sign off on crappy work, the repaired the issue somewhat better, but it was never considered a great job.The reason I write this awful review today is the work they did on my outdoor BBQ area. They used the wrong glue and it turned yellow and started to crack off after only a year. They came back and did the exact same thing and the issue has happened again. They sent out a nice man two months ago who was the shop foreman. He said I am so sorry I will get with the owner and we will make this right for you. I called 5 times and left messages, and emailed 3 times. Ignore me and this is what you get. On to every other site and social media I can think of!

Empire crew installed counter tops in my kitchen in 2017, Just recently wanted them to come back and trim 1/2” of end of counter to ease an installation of a upgraded refrigerator. Called first time and told them about the job, they asked if they had done the work I said yes and they found the record and send they would return the call in a few minutes. After lunch I called again and was told the Mgr didn’t like look at it yet and would call back in a little bit. Nothing, called back again and was told they wanted a photo of the area of work. Did so immediately and got no response. Will not use Empire for future work. Learn what customer service and support is. It’s competitive out there!

Absolutely amazing workmanship and customer support and service. Empire Stone cut and installed a beautiful and large quartz counter top in my kitchen one year ago. For some unknown reason, the seam began to show. When Empire was contacted, one year later, they immediately responded and came today to see the seam. Theyre workmanship is the top shelf!!!! They are skilled artist and truly back up their work!!! I will use them again as I continue to renovate. You dont find businesses these days they take such pride in what they do!!!! We visited the yard and found a couple of great options. Once we decided, Jimmy came into NYC, measured, and was back with the stone within the week. Originally we thought there would be 2 pieces with a seam, however Empire crafted the countertop in a single piece. Workmanship, service, and price were all fantastic. Empire Stone is my go to company for countertops. They know what they are doing and their pricing is very very favorable. Their template and install crews are meticulous and professional and the customer service is superior. They are capable of handling even the most complicated designs and installations.

They came out to my house, measured the wrong counter, took my sink in error and then would not Return it. They said they had no one available to bring it back. We had to drive 40 miles to get it. Not happy. Very poor customer service.

Schedule, reschedule never available after regular work hours. Appointment for a month and they knew when we available. They called to tell us our appointment was at a time when we specifically said we were not available. The worst customer service I have ever seen from a company that sells big ticket items like granite. Made us feel like we need to accommodate them. Pretty much have to take off work just for them to come measure, let alone template or install. So guessing the expectation is for the customer to take off work multiple times just to get measurements. Told them we will go with a different company and the girl did not even offer to put manager on phone. Absolutely the worst, avoid like the plague!

Stay away from this company, they damaged my brand new stove putting a dent in it by resting a slab on it & didnt make any compensation for it. in addition his men cut 3 electrical outlet openings wrong & went past the cover plate & had to epoxy to fill in their mistake. not only that, when I stopped payment on the check the owner had his lawyer threaten me with a letter. the owner of this company clearly has no regard for his customers or his reputation. he told me now that I have to pay in full before he will fix my back splash.

EMPIRE STONE is the kind of business you want to deal with. They are very professional and do wonderful work. They are on time and their prices are very reasonable.They made us two vaniety tops. They did an excelent job making and installing them. We would highly recomend them.I can not say enough about Empire Stone. They did 2 bathroom vaniety tops and also a small table for our outside. The workmanship is what you want. Everyone who comes into our home just love what we have had done. We would not go anywhere but Empire Stone.

They have a variety of options available(granite, quartz, marble) and with their help, I was able to choose the right shade and style to fit my home.

Rip off! 30 per sqft for fabrication. $1850 FOR A BAR TOP??? Charge for a full slab when size needed was only 100 by 25 and only 1 long edge with a bevel edge and was a level 1 granite. They need a pricing adjustment BIGTIME!
