When measurement was done for my countertop was told it would take 14 days for installation. It is taking 34 days Felt I was given the run around as I got. a call a week ago to say it was ready but I was out of town and asked to wait a few days Now I am told it still isn’t completedAlso their voice prompt said to talk to Melissa. Left numerous messages only to find out she hasn’t worked there in 2 weeks. Definitely a sub par company

Very poor customer service When making the template for my counter top was told it would be done in 14 days Now 25 days and counting - told to wait 7 more days. They called me last week to say it was ready and being out of town I said to wait a few days and now told it still isn’t made.They don’t return phone calls- can’t believe Home Depot deals with this company

Very nice and professional staff and great selection. The problem is they are not open weekends, and when I managed to get to the showroom before they closed I was told they would move a slab from the shop to outside so I could see it. The slab wasnt moved and after a week of phone calls with no one returning my call, I checked a second time and the slab was still not moved outside. I am going somewhere else.
