A shout out to Jeff Nelson For his quick thinking knowledge and help at the blue Heron Bridge. He’s always a wonderful dive guide but he also can fix a damp key fob so the car will start. Truly kind and considerate guy.

This is hand down, the best place for scuba instruction. Not only do they have the best equipment, their instructors are top notch. They are patient and understanding, they do not rush you. Their goal is to make sure you learn and enjoy diving. Special thanks to Meg! She communicates clearly, listens and makes the entire process fun. Our dive course took longer than expected, Meg was patient and fully co operative.

Pleasant and helpful staff, good with us snorkelers, and popular for scuba as well. We got a dive flag to make sure boaters could see us in the water.

I want to thank Meg for be an amazing instructor!! I highly recommend her. My two daughters and I went scuba diving for the first time. She ensured we were all comfortable, we were able to adapt to any emergency situation and informed us that she will be there if needed. Had an amazing time diving at the blue heron bridge. It is an absolute must to go diving there. We rented some gear with Force E scuba and they were always very accommodating and assuring we would be safe. Since this was our first time diving here, we hired a private guide. Our private guide was named Nick and we really couldn’t have asked for a better dive guide. He made the dive super exciting and adventurous. If y’all can, ask for nick as your dive guide. You will not regret it. We liked it so much, we dove the blue Heron Bridge again. Highly recommend force e scuba, blue Heron Bridge, and nick. Make sure to say hi to the octopus under the bridge!We went back a second time and this review is still very accurate. Had a great time drift diving with our guide Nick! Highly recommend.

I was diving with my 14 year old son at Blue Heron Bridge and we forgot our dive flag. One of their instructors doing a class, which we were not in, offered to help and called the shop and had someone deliver the flag to us. Doing this helped us have a great two tank dive and my son said it was one of the best dives he has ever done. I can not express my gratitude enough. THANK YOU!! Anyone who reads this please consider using them because I am not local but the next time I am in town I will be going there to spend some money. Thanks again

I had a fabulous experience getting open water certified with Meg :) so thankful for her kind, professional, and excellent teaching. She made me feel so prepared to dive safely and successfully. She was so thorough and I could tell she really cares about diving, her students, and the environment!

We rented gear and hired a guide to dive the Bridge and it was a great experience! We are fairly new divers and this was our first ocean dive so we were a little nervous. Our guide, Annie, was very sweet and attentive. She got is outfitted in gear, helped is set up, and even loaned us sun screen when we realized we forgot ours. Overall, we had a great experience with the shop renting gear and it was worth every penny to have Annie with us for the dive, she knows where the best spots are and made sure we were safe. I can not say enough great things about Force-E and the Blue Heron Bridge dive, absolutely worth it and were already looking forward to going back in few months.

Update: Owner reached and was very sorry that this happened. He corrected the problem and all is good now. Owner seemed very passionate about his business.Started off great. Came here twice for some gear and the employees were very friendly and offered a lot of advice. However, when I rented gear I felt rushed and unable to get good working gear. My secondary reg was partially free flowing while at the dive shop…I told the guy and he said it was normal for that type of reg (even though my sister rented the same one and hers wasn’t doing it.) We got to the dive site and same thing, leaking air and nothing I did could stop it. I’m a pretty slow breather and can make 3000psi last about 2.5 hours at 15 feet but I was out of air completely in 45 minutes. WORST PART - when I got back to the shop i tried to explain this and was completely ignored and was forced to stand there for now reason while they checked in my weights (couldn’t find my paperwork). Lesson learned, don’t settle.

My husband and I went on two tank drift boat dives with Jeff Nelson. He was an amazing instructor. He was knowledgeable, patient and very attentive. Although I was a relatively new diver with apprehension of diving in the ocean, he made me feel at ease and gave me very informative and helpful instructions. I am planning on taking other specialty classes with Force-E Scuba. Definitely money worth experience.

My dad and I got our SSI Open Water Diver certification here and were extremely impressed. If at all possible, request going with John Richert! He is fantastic. Hes super nice, extremely knowledgeable, chill and easy to be around. Would highly recommend taking any diving certification with him! We got our cert over 4 days, 1 full day in the pool, and 6 dives over the next 3 days. John stayed with us and worked with us closely the entire time, we never felt left behind or nervous about getting in the water with him. We did semi-private lessons and he gave us his phone number if we had any questions. My dad had some issues with equalizing at depth and his ears would hurt badly, so John worked with him closely and took his time getting us down so my dad could equalize properly. We also bought our snorkeling gear at the shop on Johns recommendations and were not disappointed. My dads mask was leaking a little while we were diving, so John took him back to the shop before the next dive and was able to exchange his mask for a better fitting one at no extra charge! It was very personalized and all the team was very knowledgeable. The attached picture is John and I on the final dive trip, 50 feet under exploring some reefs! If you come anywhere close to West Palm Beach, go to the Riviera Beach Force-E Scuba Center, you wont be disappointed!

I want to thank Meg from Force E. Who I highly recommend. She did such an excellent job instructing our class and being very detail with instruction. Answered all of our questions. Boosted our confidence, felt very safe, and showed us a lot of wonderful sites of the marine life.

PADI considers ethical diving as one by which we are “passive observers of the underwater world”. It is shameful to see Force-E guides taking folks to Blue Heron Bridge and using muck sticks and other tricks to pull animals out of crevices (octopus) or picking things up (sea stars, box crabs). Whether these guides are with students or seasoned divers, the guides should set an example of how to passively enjoy the critters without handling. The guide at the bridge yesterday was with 15-20 divers and was handling everything. Now we have 15-20 more divers that think it is OK to pull an octopus out of its den……..just for fun?!?!? It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical. Shameful.

The shop has everything you need for diving. The knowledge of the staff on gear, dive sites & dive boats is 2nd to none. Jeff Nelson, Mark Kosarin, Billy Black and the rest of the employees are very well known throughout the south Florida community. Tanks fills are quick and efficient.

John at Force-E Scuba went above and beyond to help us out. A different scuba dive business messed up our reservations and he stepped up to contact the third party and be the go between and worked to figure out a solution. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and got us set up for a successful dive. Will definitely use them again for dive products and dive trips.

Very friendly and helpful. We needed a few things before snorkeling at Phil Foster Park which is just about 2 minutes from the park. Easy to rent and return. They have everything you need.

We absolutely LOVED our dive with John from Force-E Scuba in Riviera Beach. We have done most of our diving in Hawaii and Mexico and were unsure what to expect about diving in Florida, but it was truly wonderful! My husband and I dove the Blue Heron Bridge and had not done a shore dive in awhile, John really helped us feel comfortable, confident and excited. He was very laid back and easy to talk to. He did a wonderful job on the dive, taking us from one great spot to another and helping us spot some amazing macro-life! He even took a few pictures which he shared with us afterwards. Everyone we spoke with over the phone and at the shop was wonderful as well. We also felt like the pricing was very reasonable. Whether youre renting gear or looking for an awesome private guided dive, Id definitely recommend Force-E and John!

I just did a night dive with Force-e. It was my first night dive ever. I paid a little bit extra to have a private guided tour. MARK was my tour guide he is very knowledgeable about the area and about the species of fishes that are in the area. With it being my first time I was honestly a little scared he was by my side the entire time now I wish I could do a night dive every night. I live about half an hour away to 45 minutes from the shop and Blueheron bridge it was worth every second of my drive. If anybody is thinking about doing a guided tour at the bridge contact force e. He even sent me some pictures from his personal camera.

These guys are the best. I just left after having my regulator serviced and couldnt be happier. Their tech took extra time to test all my equipment and actually found a problem with my inflator hose and fixed it on the spot. Pricing was more than fair and the service was exceptional. We used this shop to book a guide and gear for the Blue Heron Bridge. The shop had a huge selection of gear; they took time to fit our needs and explain equipment. If you are new to diving you will appreciate they time they take. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. This is a SSI shop and you can tell they follow the SSI Diver Diamond training philosophy. We could not have asked for a better dive guide than Jeff. He was very knowledgeable about the site and did a great job of explaining the dive plan. He went the extra mile to engage us on our experience, discuss things we might like to see while diving the site, AND took some photos too! We had some doubt about what we might see, but we saw tons of different species that we dont normally see Caribbean diving.

Went snorkeling last Thursday and rented gear at e-force from a friends recommendation and glad we did. They were really nice, informative and helpful. They don’t try and up charge you or take advantage even newbies like us. They told us the best place to park at blue heron bridge and thankfully where to avoid due swimming to strong currents as we have 2 girls 15 and 9. Would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go back!!

Lost a clip on my mask strap, an old dacor mask. Looked online, could not find exact part so walked in Force E.Spoke to lady at desk through our masks 6 feet apart, she went to check parts area, returned with something that will work, and gave it to me. I tried to pay for it and she said no, that they have parts lying around.Ive been in a few different dive shops over the years that have lost the feel of the old school dive shops that used to build a community around classes, equipment and dive trips. Force E is not one of those shops and now ill get all my tanks and get my future gear from them, all because of a .50 cent part they gave away for free.

This shop is nothing less than top notch. Every time I visit the store they have the products I need at a reasonable price, with highly experienced staff and instructors. Dropped off a reg for annual service and service tech found a broken part inside. Instead of waiting for the part from the California based manufacturer, likely closed due to Covid, Nick and Bill went above and beyond by finding a replacement locally & replacing the part under warranty. Customer Service is one of their strongest points, and the shop teaches all levels of scuba from entry level to the most advanced imaginable. Jeff and James W genuinely love to share their knowledge with the customers, and you can trust them to find a solution fitting your budget without compromising quality. Looking forward to starting my tec diving education and journey with Force E Riv in the near future.

We were there for a while last Friday. The bridge was bad for diving, so we had time for hanging around. The shop is great with a great variety on products, looks like the Macys of diving... The crew very attentive and knowledgeable. We even had a Regulator serviced; the price and waiting time was very convenient. I told them we need a shop like this one on Miami area...

I was referred to Force E by my center in Georgia to complete my dive certification and I can say it was definitely a great experience. Adam did a fantastic job walking me through all the steps and making sure I was properly prepared. He was very patient and knowledgeable at the Blue Heron Bridge which was pretty awesome and then our open water dive out in front of The Breakers. Great experience and worth while.

Hired Mark for a guide for the Blue Heron Bridge. He was outstanding in showing me all the great things to see at the bridge. Force-E was very quick to find me a guided dive, however the dive itself was not the experience Ive come to expect.I wish I would have had a warning about the operation and area.The current is so strong and very fast. During descent I was separated from the large group, being swept along faster than I could swim even with years of competitive swimming experience and diving experience. Spectacular marine life - 5 stars on its own.But you’re-on-your-own feel followed by being separated from the other divers over sand for more than 5 minutes in 60-80ft deep fast choppy water with poor visibility had me beyond uncomfortable.Easy to get swept away from the group and the boat very quickly. The guides themselves were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, this is a VERY FAST PACED potentially very stressful dive because of the drop zone and speed of the water.Not much like the very hands-on, personal, stress-free guided diving trips I’ve been on previously.The Force-E equipment was great, but I felt poorly informed about what to expect from the guided dive.Surrounding area is not tourist friendly.

From the phone call to book a scuba dive all the way to the end of our dive, we were thoroughly impressed with the care taken by Force-E Scuba! Originally I spoke to Fred on the phone to book the dive for myself and my son. Fred noted that I was the photographer and was going to be bringing my underwater rig and wanted to see cool critters to photograph. He passed this information onto our dive guide Mark, as he knew that information for our dive and offered to bring his own underwater camera to shoot the macro things that I could not get with my wide angle lens. He took great care of myself and my son as it is been a year since we both dove! He paid special attention to my son who only has his open Junior water certification which made me feel at ease and be able to enjoy my dive. We were able to see amazing cool critters and I had told Mark my biggest goal was to see an octopus as I have never seen one of those in the ocean. Not only do we see tons of great marine life, we also saw three octopus! It was such an amazing dive and I know that the majority of it was due to Mark. Thank you so much for an awesome time I will definitely be back and will recommend Mark as a dive guide and Force E to anyone diving this area!

I have been using this Force E location for years. The staff are all professional and always willing to provide either technical information or just a simple dive question. They sell great dive equipment and gear. Prices are very fair. The staff has become talk buddies when I am waiting for a tank refill. On instruction, my personal picks are Mark K and Keven. Superior dive instructors and never deviates from proper protocol.If you didnt attend their annual Labor Day tent sale, you missed out on great deals. Great place!

I sent my daughters U.S. Divers regulators by mail to Force E for servicing before using them Labor Day weekend. I came in Saturday morning to pick them up right before the dive we booked through them and for whatever reason they werent ready. There was a brief moment of frustration kept quietly to myself due to the request they be ready before our dive. However, what followed truly impressed me. Nothing more than true customer service. They gave my daughter a brand new set of regs with computer setup and ready to go for rent free of charge. I was pleased with this act alone but that was not all. When we returned after the dive to exchange the rental for our regs Billy Black came out personally to hand them over. He apologized for the delay. I was already pleased and prepared to pay for the servicing but he waved the service charge. This kind of outgoing customer service is a virtue lost by most businesses. Others would have more than likely made up some reason why they werent ready and then charge full price. Billy Blacks integrity on behalf of Force E was dearly noted. I felt obliged to spend the money I would have on the service instead in their tent sale and support their business. Force E has won my business and I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Force E has a great dive shop/store and they know how to treat their customers. Thank you Billy.

I just completed two shore dives at the Blue Heron Bridge with Force-E. Paul was my guide, and could not have done a better job guiding our tour around the many sunken structures which attract beautiful sea life. It had been about two and a half years since my last dive, and Paul was very thorough in monitoring how I set up the equipment, and refreshing my memory as to appropriate techniques. We saw sunken ships, tropical fish too numerous to count, a small octopus, a batfish, a frogfish, and a scorpion fish. Because of the shallow dive depth, each dive lasted about 90 minutes. A thoroughly enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat again soon and often.

I cannot say enough good things about this dive shop! Everyone that works at this shop is very helpful and friendly. I have had a few issues with some of the dive shops in the Rivera Beach area, but never one issue here. They have a calendar of events with many free offerings every month, and they even reward you if you get their free passport and get it stamped! If you dive Blue Heron Bridge, then this is the place to stop by first because they will give you current conditions, and assist you if you havent done the dive before, and they also have a free night dive at Blue Heron Bridge every two weeks!!!!

Best and nicest dive shop you’ll ever find. Very patient and informative staff. As a novice and beginner, they’re great at honest opinions and doesn’t seem like they are trying to upcharge. Prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. It’s nice that they’re open early and stay open late.

Visited for the couple weeks I was in Florida. I got sick of renting snorkel gear that was broken, cut up my mouth, and let water in my eyes (note: the terrible snorkel gear was from OTHER stores!). I found inexpensive beginner snorkeling gear that, surprise, didnt hurt my face and was great quality. Used my gear for 3 days of swimming so far and had a 10/10 experience. The staff are super helpful (literally every person in the store was being helped by someone or offered help) and polite. I dont live in Florida but when I come to visit again this will be my first stop for any new gear.

My dive instructor suggested these guys and I have never been disappointed. First renting gear then purchases/services.Great example: Getting a tank hydro-ed.Force-e includes the VIP sticker and the air fill in the hydro price! This makes them the best value on hydro that I have found.Another dive shop charged me the hydro fee plus $19 for the VIP sticker and $12 for the fill and didn’t disclose this when I dropped of the tank. So I ended up spending twice Force-e’s price for the same service.Always helpful and friendly. Loyal customer for 5 years and counting.

Im a beginner diver and was going to dive a 2 tank dive with friends at the Blue Heron bridge, so I stopped here to pick up tanks.Once I told them I was doing a two tank dive at the bridge, they refused to rent two tanks. The guy said it was only about 20 feet and he could go down for 3 hours on a single tank. Good for him, thats great, but Im a beginner and I cant.I understand where theyre coming from, people rent tanks for people who arent certified and they want to prevent that, but thats not what I was doing.Moral of the story? If you want to go on a two tank dive at the bridge, tell them you are going on a boat. Or better yet, go to a different dive shop.

Was my first time going diving. I was very nervous, not knowing what to expect. Our instructor, Ragy, was extremely helpful!!! He was patient, teaching us how to breathe properly and guided us step by step! He was funny and enthusiastic, making our first diving experience very memorable !!

Was very understand and you can tell she genuinely cares about every individual customer. With that being said any problem/concern you have please contact Cathy, she will definitely help you out!!

Nice people in the shop, and great time aboard the boat. One of the best dives I had in a while, (although a little chili afterwards). The boat crew was very accommodating with the chili air after the dives. They had a hot water hose that that passed around for everyone to warm the insides of the wetsuit. This helped tons!! Lots of snacks and drink aboard. Captain Sean and crew were wonderful.Great reef with a LOT of fish, eels, lobsters, etc... I recommend diving “the trench” with them.

Great experience! I came down in February to finish my open water certification dives. It was chilly (70s) and with a swell coming in, there was very low visibility. Mark was my instructor and he was terrific! It was a private class (due to weather) and it took three days to get through the skills (even with 2 wetsuits I had blue lips after a couple hours). Mark was always asking how I felt, and was perhaps more aware of my getting cold than I was.Our last 2 dives were on a boat. Waves were 3-4 and I was pretty anxious. Mark was always calm and in control and checked on me constantly.I would recommend Force-E and specifically Mark for any training you need.

Great, friendly atmosphere. Helped me find what I needed and gave great advice. Very affordable prices for high quality items. Will be here again.

Great rental prices and customer service. I was in and out in 20 minutes with all of my gear. Also, the rental gear was in great condition with my BC being brand new.

Was referred here by another dive shop do our open water certification dives. Did our initial training in St Petersburg Fl instructors were rude and impatient and we figured this wasnt the sport for us, just did not enjoy it. Figured weve invested a lot of money lets at least finish with our open water dives and get certified.Force E Scuba is total opposite from our first shop everyone in the store very helpful and you could tell just liked working there.Jeff was our instructor, Outstanding! Patient knowledgeable always giving little tips and pointers, polar opposite from what we had experienced previously. Guy doesnt miss a frickin thing.We were both nervous about going in to the open water after our initial training with little confidence. Absolutely no need couldnt have felt safer or more comfortable with Jeff.Well apart from the first dive where I jumped off a perfectly sea worthy boat in to the middle of the ocean. Cant lie then there was a voice in my head saying Dont do it !! But wow! Once you are under water all worth it- Fantastic and amazing will be going again and again.Jeff assured me the other instructors at Force E were excellent, so if Jeffs not available my advice still wait for Jeff. Guys the bomb.Very pleased we found Force E feel very let down by Aquatic Obsessions who did our initial training.

Great shop, the staff know their SCUBA.Salesmen can be a little eager but I dont think theyre commission so Im not sure why that is.Either way, these guys do group trips, boat dives, classes and have a good selection of gear as well as experience using it.
