I have some health issues and sometimes I suddenly and urgently need to go to the bathroom... I suddenly had to go while in this store. I quietly and politely asked to go to the restroom. I was told to go around the building and pee outside... I couldnt believe my ears. The next thing I knew I was being asked to leave because I said I was about to pee myself and it might go all over the floor if I even moved.. Again they told me if you gotta go that bad go around the building... Really?? Wow! So I just put my stuff down and left. Luckily I was able to hold it long enough to get to the shell station... I will never step foot in this store again.

Store manger doent like couponers only allows you 1 transaction a day

I live right up the road from here, they always have the warmest greetings. The employees always help and go beyond to help the customers, finding stuff we need or want . check out is always fast and nice . I love it wouldnt change a thing ......

It needs work and that is what im there for to make it better and make every one satisfied with their shopping experience im currently one of the asm come see me let me know what u need help with im please to help as our other family members at our family dollar store come join our family!

I went in there today and I think I would rather not go back in there.The woman at checkout had a nasty attitude. Why do people get jobs with the public if they are going to be like that? Its not our fault they chose that job but they take it out on us because they hate there job!

Best Family Dollar in Roanoke Rapids. Needs a new parking lot and new structures although do not blame this store, the current district manager cannot run a successful branch. He has had multiple Store Managers, Cashiers, and Assistant Managers leave because of him.If you have any issues please report the issues to Family Dollars website through calling HR. You can make your neighborhood better.
