The service was fine. The only problem is that they said they would call us when the car was ready. They took my husbands phone number. The store closed (at 6, even though online it says it closes at 7) and they never called us! We were walking like idiots around Walmart until we noticed the lights of the shop were off and when we approached the person on the front desk she said they ‘don’t call unless we leave the shop’. How can they know where we are? And why did they ask for my husbands for number? The car has been ready for 40 minutes and they just wasted our time because ‘they don’t call’. Also, they said it would take 30-40 minutes so we were not alarmed that it was taking a little longer (it actually only took them 10 minutes).

The employees at the Roanoke Rapids, NC Walmart service center were very professional, helpful and efficient. From the service contact that directed us to the store location over the phone, to the technician that checked us in, to the mechanic that serviced our vehicle, we were pleased to find such an exemplary team.Thank you to them for quickly servicing our vehicle for an unexpected repair during our long-distance travel. We are very grateful.

I went there to get my brothers tire fixed it was leaking air and we didnt know why, the service man said the tires were dry rotted and he wasnt going to touch it without even checking the tire he just kept saying its in the red. I asked how was my brothers tires dry rotted when he just purchased them about 2 years ago he then said the tires were manufactured in 2017 just because they were manufactured in 2017 doesnt mean he purchased them in 2017 he couldnt tell me how he came up with the idea of dry rotted tires. He was very rude. so I went to Firestone complete auto care the guys there explained to me that you dont let a customer drive away with a damaged tire you try to help them Firestone fixed my brothers tire no problem.

Bought online and scheduled appt to get put on. They canceled and then told me I had to pay again to get the tire. Havent got money back yet

Scheduled an appointment online, took off work, then showed up and they weren’t even open. Tried calling 4 times throughout the day to see what was going on, but no one ever answered. Decided to just go in and talk to someone directly. The person who was checking me out was not very nice and seemed angry to be there. Waited three hours for my tires to be changed, at which point they told me they could only change three because there was something wrong with my fourth tire (not their fault though). Three stars is generous.

Was quoted an hour, but took 2 & a half. The lady at the register complained about her job the entire time & wasnt friendly. I had just worked 15 hours & had to go home to get up for work the next morning I skipped dinner because they took so long, but was a good price & convenient to shop while waiting.

Had what i was looking

This is our second trip from Emporia foran oil change. The poated hours are 7a-7p, but yesterday and today they closed early. This is a regular problem at this store. On numerous occassions I have had this issue. Other times I get here earlier, both for tires and an oil change, and am told that they do not have the staff to provide these services. I wish there was a way to give negative stars for such a major lack ofconvern for customers that work fora living.
