Called several times to get information about my upcoming appointment. No one ever answers the phone after 5 calls. However when I went to get my car fixed all the guys were very polite and got me in and out quickly.

Great, and fast service! Insurance paid for my chip in my windshield, I came to them, and I was in, and out in about an hour. Chip is gone and it looks brand new! The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’m extremely satisfied with the service! 👍🏼

Technician damaged my New 2020 Jeep. Company called and ask if I would review. I quickly said yes as I have pictures to back up my review. Needless to say they never called back. The Technician treated my vehicle like it was a piece of junk. Put tools all over my seats with no protection. Very unprofessional and I am very upset as I have used them before with much better results. BEWARE !!!!! Watch how they treat your vehicle. Mine barely had 3000 miles. Let’s see if the call or respond now ?

My 2018 Jeep Compass took a rock on a family road trip. Needless to say the windshield needed replacement. I used USAA and they sent me here. Lawrence did an amazing job!! He was very professional and explained step by step the process. I would definitely recommend 10/10 ask for Lawrence to do your service.

Im very pleased with my experience. I had a big crack in my windshield, too big to be fixed and needed replacing. I thought of safelite first and Im so happy I acted on my instincts. I ordered my services online and picked a date and a time that suited me. I was kept informed the whole way - a reminder the day before, a reminder on the day, a notification when they started work and a phone call when they were done (half an hours earlier than expected!). Bonus: no-one tried to upsell me anything I didnt need, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and polite. Easiest 5 start review in a long time. I highly recommend them

Quick turn around time, and did a great job of explaining why they needed to replace the entire windshield rather than filling the crack (It was too large). Very helpful, good value and fast turnaround.

The guy that did my windshield was really kind. They bent my hood back to how its supposed to be and even put a bungee cord on it to keep my hood down. They were amazing.

Received good and fast service for a window chip repair on a drop in with no appointment. We waited in their small but quaint waiting area while the repair was completed within 30 minutes of our arrival. No complaints about the quality of service we received.

I had a small crack in my windshield that hadn’t been a problem until I was in snow in the the middle of West Virginia. Andrew drove all the way out to White Sulphur Springs to replace my windshield and did a great job! I didn’t have to pay anything thanks to my insurance. I definitely recommend this Safelite!

He technician came to fill a tiny rock chip in my windshield. The technician did not fill the crack completely. There is still a visible crack through the section that was filled with resin. When I called to make a report of what happened. The receptionist was combative and agressive that I would raise a concern about their companys work. When I was finally transferred to the manager. He was combative and aggressive as well. He refused my report of the facts in favor of pictures that the technician took. After finally getting him calmed down, he stated that they would send another technician to look at the repair. However, even if they are in the wrong and the repair was done incorrectly, safelite will not be repairing their work, nor will they replace my windshield. Their solution is to return the money I paid ($100) towards the purchase of a new windshield for my vehicle ($700). This company claims to offer a lifetime warranty, but when you call to question their work, they are rude, aggressive and offer no real resolution to remedy their own faults.

Customer service is great. They get you in and out in a reasonable time.

On the day they were to arrive someone called me and first told me how poor the online services was and they had missed it all together. I was going to take my car in but decided to have them come out. But 30 minutes pasted the time for them to arrive I get a phone call and told they didn’t see my order and my windshield would be here until Monday afternoon and they’d be here Tuesday Why not know this information when you fill out the forms and then call and say not coming after you’ve set up your time to make it happen. I was so disappointed

3 days ago I had a chip in my window came up to them within 40 minutes I was walking back out with my car chip fixed great service

I would give Safelite a ZERO star rating if it were possible. The technician showed up to fix or replace my windshield but he couldnt apparently even fix the chip on his own shoulder. If you are in the Blacksburg VA area and in need of a new windshield, Check out Collision Plus. Dawn was WAY more polite and friendly and the price was roughly $150 cheaper.

Great place and the people are awesome

The staff were very professional, repair and calibration were performed quickly, they advised me on timing during the repairs. Be advised the newer cars with eye site take an extra hour for replacement of windshield because of the calibration.

Staff was very friendly but work was not done in a timely manner. Work started roughly half an hour after arrival. Arrival to completion time was approximately 3 hours.Appointment after my scheduled appointment were prioritized and completed prior to mine.

I had windshield replaced on 2007 Nissan Altima on 8-3-19. The price was very competitive with other quotes and you cant beat the lifetime warranty with nationwide service. They took my car in as soon as I got there and it was ready 1 hour later as they had promised. Joe the manager was very nice and I cant say enough about Tony the technician who replaced the windshield. Not only did he do a great job, he explained the repair and what to do and what not to do. I asked him if he could take a look at a headlight that has burned out and he was glad to. Ten minutes later he had replaced the bulb in the Nissan at no charge. What a guy!! I definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing expert service at a fair price. This is customer service at its best!!

I needed a windshield on my car a few weeks ago, so I booked an appointment online. That morning the shop called me and asked if I wanted to come in earlier because they had openings. I just so happened I wasnt doing much so I went in and they had me out of there in very little time. I was talking to the technician about a sunroof leak problem I was having (which is something they dont deal with) and he gave me a leftover roll of crash wrap to use until I could get the leak repaired at an upholstery shop. Very nice people to deal with.

Didn’t get quote, had a very awkward stare and response when asking for a quote to install oem vent glass that was purchased threw Nissan dealership and brand new in box. After being told I wouldn’t have a warranty and they wouldn’t be liable if anything went wrong installing it, I was told hold on and when man at desk can back he said they wouldn’t be able to install it. No other option was brought up. If you can’t do something that is fine, but just be professional and treat everyone the same.

They fixed my windshield in 2 spots in December, one very small and the other a little bigger. Small spot has now developed a crack from it when I was told by technician it it guaranteed not to spread. When you call or chat online they are no help what so ever! Now I need to buy a whole windshield. Find somewhere else to go!

My car is 44 years old. In the past when I asked other shops about getting a windshield they didnt even return my call. Safelite not only had the windshield but promptly scheduled an appointment and helped me find the seal and trim necessary for the installation. When I had to cancel my first appointment they were very helpful in getting me rescheduled quickly. The windshield seems to be of high quality and the installation was fast and professional. Price was what they said it would be. No problems at all!

Had a windshield replaced recently. Safelite was fairly easy to schedule with and flexible when we need to change dates/times. They showed up twice to find a good day that worked. The technician worked quickly and it was done without any hassle on my part.

Came and fixed rock chip damage in windshield within 48 hours of contacting them. Very helpful and proactive. My chip repair was covered by my insurance policy, however.

Bought a car with a chip in the windshield from a rock or something hitting it. Safelite got me in very quick and did the repair in less than 20 minutes. I came in prepared to pay $110 to have it fixed. The manager informed me I could probably go through my insurance and persuaded me to give them a call. I knew this was an option, but I didn’t think they’d pay for it. I decided to call them and ended up walking out without paying a dime, just because this man helped me (I left a tip of course). They did an awesome job and you can’t even tell the chip was there in the first place. They even vacuumed my car, got some stickers off my back window for me, and cleaned my windows and didn’t charge me extra. When he was finished the guy let me keep the glass cleaner too because I bragged on how good it worked compared to windex, haha. Super friendly, helpful workers. I recommend 10/10!

I had a large crack all the way across my windshield and contacted safelite on their website. The next day no later than 12pm I had my windshield replaced and was good to go. The technician was very careful with my vehicle and had everything covered with protective material to make sure nothing was scratched or damaged. It was also very convenient to have them come to my place of work and replace the windshield while I was inside. I didnt need to make any appointments at a dealer or sit in a waiting room until they got to my vehicle.

The tech was very knowable and explained every process and what product he was using and how it reacted. Overall it was a great experience.

I have ordered a windshield glass for my car for $179 using a $20 coupon but when the service was done I end up paying little over $230, almost $50 difference. The online system did not mention anything about other fees. Had I known this I could have purchased this glass from else where much cheaper. I think that was fraud. I have contacted the local office at Williamson Rd and I was told that there were other standard mobile fees included on the bill. I do not understand why those fees were not included when I place the order online.

Quick and easy

I waited all day today for the technician to show up for my 8AM-12PM appointment and no one bothered to call to let me know they changed my appointment to a week from today. Now Ive wasted a whole day waiting, and their receptionist was less than sympathetic. Id rather pay more and go somewhere else where my time and patience will be respected. Dont bother making an appointment- they wont even show up.

After them taking days to get to my truck, I had it towed into their shop to repair the hole through my windshield. It was not done when they told me it would be finished. When I picked up my truck there were still shards of glass throughout the interior of my truck that they did not bother vacuuming up. The lady up front gave me poor excuses of the fact that they were busy and only had a small shop vac at the shop. Poor quality of workmanship and would not recommend using at least this location.

Just set up an appointment to get my windshield fixed.

Over priced terrible

First I had to reschedule my appointment, because the crack (that I measured for the representative over the phone) was not able to be fixed, even though the representative said it could be repaired. I made another appointment and got the full windshield replaced the same day (which was good). It was raining when the 2 men got here, so I took my car to a parking garage so they could service it. They proceeded to ask me about drugs, and then when they were leaving one of the men was also shouting racial slurs at a middle eastern college student. I had never had problems with my rear windshield sprayer before, so I turned it on and the line had become disconnected. The next thing I know, my beige upholstery is green, from the rear windshield wiper fluid, and my drivers side floorboard was soaked. I called safelite for the third time, and the man that was shouting racial slurs came and connected the line back together. I mentioned cleaning the upholstery and he told me that it was probably like that before and proceeded to ask me to buy him lunch because he was broke. There were so many different things wrong with the service I got and regrettably, I will not be able to recommend them to anyone based on my service.
