I have nothing but praise for Ken Erickson, who has went above and beyond to help me with my hearing aids. Mr. Erickson takes his time in making sure that your hearing be the best that it can be. This office is always friendly and courteous, making you feel like old friends. I would highly recommend this particular Miracle Ear for all your hearing needs.

Did not realize that i actually had a hearing loss. The team at the Valley View office, were very attentive to my needs. Ken and Jenny made setting up my appointment accommodating for my schedule. They listened to my concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction. I could not be happier with my Hearing aids and the way they took their time in getting me fit correctly. The post follow-ups and minimal adjustments that were needed have made my experience with Miracle Ear a very meaningful and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

My mom is 93, her hearing has deteriorated over the years. A hearing specialist had told us many years ago hearing aids would not benefit her, well so far they are working for her. We have been back for adjustments the last three weeks, each visit is a positive experience, they dedicate many hours adjusting the hearing aids, never a rush in rush out, always goes above and beyond.

I felt that Ken was knowledgeable, competent, & thorough in the evaluation & necessary adjustmentsmade to my hearing aids. I recently moved from PA & made an appt. for annual eval.I have worn hearing aids for years but have never felt as comfortable as I was when cared for by Ken & feel that the aids are working at their best- thanks to him!

The people were very nice. But the reason I took my elderly mother there was because they claimed to offer some charity care. My mother is on a very limited income (social security) . The charity care is a scam. They do not offer any charity on their 6000.00 to 9000.00 hearing aids. Its a scam to get people in there.

We were treated so good by the staff. Highly recommend this office!
