Was threatened for the police to be called just cause i pulled up to a pump and finished talking on my phone for like 10mins before entering inside the store never felt so insulted never again

Stopped by to buy some snacks and had to use the restroom. I walk in and asked the clerk if they had restrooms. He said “nope” as I see a huge big sign behind him. I took it as him joking with me and I laughed and started walking towards the restroom. “NOPE” he yelled again and said it was too late. What? Too late to use the restroom? At 9:24pm for a paying customer? I walked right out. Never coming again.

They sold me a tank of water last night and now my car is in the shop. To their credit they reimbursed me quickly for the full amount of repairs.

You could never go wrong with this particular BP. Mike is one of the best, honest, and detailed mechanics in town! Especially when sometimes being a female customer in the auto repair world...

Very bad customer service! I felt horrible leaving with a flat tire on my bike after Id mentioned that their air pump took my money and failed to turn on. In the end, it was about how I was treated not so much the money.

They will sell you scratch offs but not cash them

Very poor service lately. Not sure why the new guys there dont have the same customer service as the guys I am use to. Too bad!
