This store has a good variety of items. Cynthia was very helpful. I found the customer service to be excellent.
Whatever you do, DONT go through their drive thru pharmacy if its more than a couple cars. I literally waited 30+min. Otherwise overall service is good.
This was a pretty mundane trip today. Just picking up some quick items. The store was clean and staff were adhering to proper Covid safety practices. I will say CVS is well laid out so it is fairly easy to get what I need and get going. The young woman at the checkout was very friendly and courteous. She gave us a have a great day as we left.
Pharmacist named Lucky is the best pharmacist Ive ever encountered!
Dont bother using the drive though pharmacy unless you have at least an hour to waste. Theres no way to get out of line and they seem to take roughly 20 minutes per car.
I posted a photo of two cookie packages. A few days ago around maybe 04/28, they still have a package of Milano cookies that’s expired 10days ago...........
Horrible! I took my son into the doctor for pink eye first thing when they opened and a prescription was sent over. When I was leaving to pick it up I called because I wanted to make sure I had the right location (just moved) and was told they would have it until the next day. Not one phone call! I even verified they had my contact information. If they had called when they received the order I could have made other arrangements! By the time I found out, I no longer had time to drive the hour to a CVS with it in stock and back, and it was too late to submit to a different pharmacy chain. The next day (a Friday) I waited and waited for the notification that it was ready to be picked up, but nothing. My son was spending the weekend with his grandparents. So now it’s Monday night and they still have not contacted me. He no longer needs his drops, but the 2 days that he did need them he was unable to get them all because this pharmacy couldn’t make one phone call! I’m furious with them! I will be filling my prescriptions at a different location going forward.
I had 2 prescriptions filled and ready to be picked up by my husband but he wasnt going to make it in time before the pharmacy closed, so I called and asked if they could stay open until my husband got there because I really needed the medications and to my surprise, they did! Wonderful, caring staff. Thank you so much.
Great, quick stop. They always have what I need in stock, or in the back if you need to ask. Polite professional, kind staff. It use to take a while to get rang out, but has picked up past few times.
First of all I don’t know what kind of people they got working in the pharmacy but this African-American lady that works back there was completely rude started freaking out on me making a scene in the store yelling at the top of her lungs because she thought I snatched my money from her hand! First of all you do not talk to a customer like that nor do you diss respect and make a scene in the store she was not professional at all and she kept going on and on and on about it. I going to that pharmacy CVS all the time and spend at least $50-$75 a day there I am a valid customer I will never ever go back there in my life and I tried calling to talk to a manager and was put on hold for over a half an hour I do not suggest going to the store at all very unprofessional!!!
Less than one star. Kept me on the phone over 7 minutes. Called during low traffic hours, & pm Still . Dont go to see this clowns if you need a good service
Multiple customers and vendors maskless. Employees did not seem to care at all.
I have to say, they have turned the service around here and its much faster, friendlier and easier to access the pharmacist ( and shes super nice)
Ive never spent less than 10 minutes on hold when I call and theyre always understaffed. There is always one person trying to do the work of three and youll wind up waiting.
Shop here twice, staff seem like she don’t want to be there. She just wanted to ring you up and get rid of me. When I pull coupon she sigh like, “really?”. Stop coming here a while after that.
My visits here have always been very fine. I go there about once every two months.
Hands down the slowest pharmacy. Not to mention theres a walgreens right across the street that opens an hour earlier and stay open an hour later.
They do a great job and very seldom do I have to figure out when I can expect my meds to be delivered to my house!😁☺
Ive never had any trouble at this pharmacy. Like any pharmacy dealing with them on the phone is difficult, thats the nature of pharmacies on the phone.
They had what I needed, but cost per 12, was the cost per 50 at Office Max
Always Excellent service and very Friendly. Especially Crystal
Pharmacy horrible. Slow, out of meds, doesnt fill meds on time
Worst pharmacy ever. They (especially Jenna!!) are rude and inconsiderate. They dont listen to anything you have to say, they lie about what theyre doing and they will waste your time and money. Would give Zero stars if I could.
ZERO STARS. About one year ago store #1129 was the best pharmacy. I have two people in my life who have multiple medical needs that sometimes require frequent medication changes. For example, Ive been to this CVS pharmacy four times this week, so one could say that Im a regular. Nearly every staff I encountered at this CVS pharmacy from around 2011 to 2015 was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. Above and beyond on many occasions. I noticed the changes about a year ago when suddenly almost every pharmacy staff member was new. Most staff members seemed nice, seemed to be trying to do a good job and take care of their customers, but I got the sense right away that something was off -like maybe new management, or policy changes, or changes to the record system, or the fact that the entire team was new all at the same time and every single one of them seemed to have zero prior experience working in a pharmacy. As months went by, my experiences at store #1129 pharmacy got worse and worse. Theres been a revolving door of Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy cashiers, and what I think might be interns?? and the Pharmacist theyve had for the past few months is terrible. I suspect hes terrible because the atmosphere of the pharmacy is stress and chaos every single time I go in. I can tell it is an extremely challenging place to work and there is a palpable lack of leadership and guidance for just about every single person behind the counter. I just accept that I have to call a few hours after a prescription has been sent in by a physician to make sure that the prescription gets filled. I didt call once and the prescription didnt get filled until I called three days later to ask about it. Thats not how that is supposed to work. This week three bad things happened at CVS store #1129s pharmacy. Bad thing number 1: Lazy HIPAA. I got a call from a cashier at the pharmacy who said, is this (said the patients name), I said, confirmed that I was the contact for the patient, then she said, is the date of birth (said the patients date of birth), I said yes, then she said, is the address (said the patients address), I said yes, and then she launched into disclosing the personal health information to me over the phone. So she verified the patients identity by stating the information that I am supposed to give her to verify the patients identity. Bad thing number 2: a different cashier, or intern, or whoever was managing the incoming prescriptions told me that a medication would be ordered yesterday and delivered today. So I called today, because I have to call to follow up on everything at this pharmacy now or else it doesnt get done, and the staff working today told me that the person I talked to yesterday was mistaken because the pharmacy doesnt receive deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. This information should be a basic thing for the person ordering the prescription to know. Bad thing number 3: I picked up a prescription yesterday, for a prescribed Schedule II Controlled Substance no less, and BOTH the first and the last name of the patient on the bottle were misspelled. Misspelled after verifying the name spelling with two pharmacy staff members in person earlier at the pharmacy that day, AND verifying the name spelling with one of the same pharmacy staff members over the telephone that day.I dont know whats going on with this pharmacy. Its like a sinking ship so Im getting off. I got great service at the New Hope pharmacy one time so I think Ill give them a try.
The c.v.s in robbinsdale never has my nephews meds i always have to go to brooklyn center.i live in robbinsdale and we have been going to that one on 42cd for 6 years .someone needs to get things rite over there.that is not fare to people in robbinsdale that have to take buses all the way to brooklyn center .
Walked in 15 minutes before close and had an employee flowing me around the store and kept saying “ we’re closin soon “. At 9:55 she sat behind me while I was just finishing my shopping and stared at me jiggling her keys. I apologized, paid and left. Was in my car at 10:03. Seriously the most unprofessional thing. Place was a mess too. Don’t shop here. Not nice people. Rude employees.
Poor service, They even filled my prescription wrong and had to go back to have it redone. The place is filthy. I dont think they ever vacuum or clean the floors. I am transferring all of our prescriptions to a different drugstore.
Good rmplyees
Bad customer service. Rude and the store is very dirty.
