Decent customer service, especially when compared to other places. Quoted me one of the cheapest prices in the area for some work that I needed on my car and stuck to it. Comes with its cons though, because I had to return to have them fix an issue that they had caused while servicing my vehicle. They resolved the issue for free same day, and admitted fault, which is few and far between at most other places, but would have appreciated a discount due to the inconvenience of driving two hours round trip for the issue to be resolved and taking up most of my day for a repair I was told would take an hour or two. EDIT: it’s been roughly about two month since I brought my vehicle here to be serviced, and the part they replaced (oil valve gasket cover) has already become worse for wear than it was originally and sprung several leaks, despite putting on less than 2K miles since it’s replacement. No rough use on the vehicle, no reason this should be an issue this soon, was advised by another shop that the repair was not done correctly and will need to be replaced again. Will not be returning.

I seriously love this place. They are so easy to work with. Ive taken several cars here over the years for exhaust, suspension, bearings, etc. Never once had a bad experience.

They quoted my exhaust for 250 when they were done it was $565 within 7 months of it being done Ive been in there five times for them to fixed by custom exhaust do not recommend anyone to go there

They replaced a tail pipe on my truck and did a great job. Price is very reasonable as well.

This place is horrible took 2 days to finish replacing a power steering pump then messed it up was put on incorrectly! also the parts taken of to get to the power steering was all loose. said theyd fix it but I dont trust these people horrible service. refused to refund for the labor after I had another mechanic look at it and fix in 2 hours. calling lawyer and taking them to small claims court. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Instead go to steves automotive or even panchos both have nothing but great experiences at should of waited and went to them when I needed stuff done but both were to busy and its obvious to me now why masterbend wasnt.
